Who am I?

Leave Them

My cellphone alarm was set for 6:30 a.m. this morning, but I had major trouble sleeping through the latter part of my night and rose maybe 15 minutes ahead of schedule.

At least this allowed me to get out to the backyard tool shed early enough to get in some exercising before my younger brother emerged from his bedroom for the morning ─ he was not as early as was the case the previous two mornings, though.

My wife had not come home last night, by the way.

It rained much of the night, as well as today, so the morning was heavily overcast.

My six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups went as follows where repetitions were concerned: two sets of pull-ups (2-1 reps); two sets of chin-ups (2-1 reps); and two sets of pull-ups between the sides of the metal ladder I use (1-1 reps). I held the dead hang of that very last pull-up for a 60-count.

As always, there was a 30-count between sets.

Then I used the two hanging ladder apparatus to assist me in bearing my weight on my damaged bent right leg ─ four sets of at least a 40-count each. I can barely keep my balance and hold that posture while using my good bent left leg without some assistance.

I finished with the usual 31 unassisted squats, holding the fully squat of the final one for a 100-count before rising.

I don't believe my brother was to emerge from his bedroom until possibly as late as 8:45 a.m. And when I joined him after 9 a.m. and got his invitation to put our Android TV Box to work, I led us off with a half hour video uploaded earlier today to YouTube's Rebel News channel: BREAKING: Ostrich cull imminent after Supreme Court ruling!

Take action ►http://SaveTheOstriches.com | Full story ►https://rebelne.ws/4oW8BCP
Rebel News journalist Drea Humphrey is on the ground in Edgewood, B.C., as the Supreme Court of Canada has just ruled against Universal Ostrich Farms meaning its flock of hundreds of birds will be culled.

As I type these words this early evening, I have a live feed from Rebel News playing ─ apparently earlier there were gunshots in the CFIA-controlled part of the ostrich pens. Maybe the kill pen?

The earth needs to open up and swallow everyone involved at CFIA and the cowardly RCMP force backing that agency out there at the farm. This is sheer evil ─ nothing less.

Anyway, my brother and I didn't watch anything else meriting note until I tuned in Bergerac ─ episode two ("Always Leave Them Laughing") of season or series two.

We were also to get most of the way through a documentary, but ended up saving less than 10 minutes of its concluding segment so that my brother could return to his bedroom for further bed rest ere busing away in the early afternoon to engage his usual daily social drinking.

I had myself a very filling breakfast before a nap, but never felt very well after rising from the nap. Fortunately, this was a bath day, and as much as I dislike that chore, I suspected correctly that the bath would revive me. (Stripped naked for it, I weighed maybe 178 pounds.)

That rain may have suspended with the coming of the dark evening. I hope to rise at 3 a.m. for the ¾-mile hobble over to the elementary school playground to have some exercise there. Actually, I still have my brother's monthly expenses reconciliation cheque from the start of the month to deposit, so I just might make the nigh two-mile round trip to do that, stopping at the school playground on my return.

If it's raining fairly seriously, I won't be exercising there. Heck, I might not even bother getting up.

Due to the bath, I am not having my usual afternoon light exercising session in my wife's vacant bedroom.

I am going to take a break to watch a show here on my bedside computer and have a beer, then I think that I will be fairly smart about promptly getting to bed. I am still feeling below my normal.

I will be back shortly to conclude this post.

🟥🟥🟥

I tuned in The Guardian ─ episode two ("Monster") of season two. Guest actress Katherine LaNasa was certainly striking in her skin-tight jeans ─ I expect that her ballerina training had much to do with that!

Five years ago she played Katy Keene's boss and gave evidence to me in that series that she had exceptional legs ─ she was probably 53 years old at the time.

Anyway, my source for The Guardian was this GOOJARA.to link.

As for the episode's main story, the kid who blew off his stepmother's head with a shotgun and then raped her body deserves to be put away for keeps.

I easily made a single regular-sized can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol) last me through the episode.

My youngest stepson just brought me up a delicious feed, but I am going to save it for the morning. Right now it is 9:12 p.m., so I am going to brush my teeth and start shutting things down on my computer before restarting it to leave for when I next rise ─ 3 a.m., I hope.
