When my 6 a.m. alarm chimed this morning, I was asleep and felt like I needed to remain so ─ it was a strong desire. Even just another hour! But I knew that now that I had been awakened to silence the alarm, my conscience would interfere with a return to sleep and I might still be awake after an hour.
How could I be feeling such a deficit? I had gotten to bed ahead of midnight, after all.
I accepted that the damage was now done, so I commenced my morning.
My backyard tool shed exercise session that began just ahead of 7:45 a.m. was chilly. Like yesterday morning, we were only a very few degrees above freezing, and this time there were snow pellets or small hail lying about. Yesterday mid-afternoon I had noticed a brief fall of such frozen precipitation.
The workout was the usual: a single repetition in all six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, followed by the squat exercises to gain strength at my damaged right knee and the quadriceps muscles.
I was to find that my younger brother had already emerged from his bedroom and was watching T.V. news. Even so, I came back upstairs to my bedside computer to pass time until maybe 9:10 a.m. because otherwise I would likely only be subjected to such programming. It is only towards 9:15 a.m. that he normally relinquishes the T.V. to me so that I can start operation of our old T95Q Android 9 TV Box.
When he did do this relinquishment, I tuned in a 2¼-hour (2:15:39) video uploaded yesterday to Rumble's MattEhret channel: Beyond the Pale: Wag The Zog Pt 3 : with E. Michael Jones, Salim Mansur, Matt Ehret and Don Jeffries.

Beyond The Pale : Wag The Zog Part 3 Join host RB Ham on Beyond The Pale for the explosive third chapter of "Wag The Zog." This time, we're bringing in heavy hitters for a no-holds-barred examination of the Zionist project's theological and historical roots, and the modern state of Israel. Making his debut appearance is renowned Catholic intellectual E. Michael Jones, alongside returning free speech advocates Salim Mansur and Don Jeffries, with special insights from Matthew Ehret. We'll plunge deep into the controversial realm of Christian dispensationalism—often critiqued as a heretical doctrine—and its fixation on End Times prophecies. Explore how these apocalyptic visions risk becoming self-fulfilling prophecies, potentially accelerating global conflict toward a cataclysmic World War, celebrated by some as the prophesied Armageddon that paves the way for Christ's Second Coming. At the same time, we'll unpack how these beliefs conveniently serve the geopolitical agendas of neoconservatives and Israel's far-right establishment, merging religious fervor with hard-nosed political strategy. This is raw, unfiltered discussion on faith, power, prophecy, and the forces shaping our era.
Well over halfway through, my brother expressed that the conversation had lost him. It had become too theological, philosophical, and literature-focussed. To be honest, I was surprised he endured as long as he did before speaking out, for it was just over 1⅓ hours when I tuned away.
And so I instead tuned in our final show, Chicago P.D. ─ episode 19 ("The Bleed Valve") of season 10. This series is just about always excellent.
At most it was 11:25 a.m. when my brother called it a morning so he could return to his bedroom for further bed rest. I had noticed earlier that he had no more beer in supply, so I decided to try and nap quite early as well and hope to be finished in time to invite myself along on the four-mile round trip drive to the nearest government liquor store.
And so it was to be. I am now another two dozen cans of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol) abundant, and have another four-litre box of Sommet Rouge wine (12% alcohol) ─ but I am $84.10 poorer for the replenishment.
I need to mention here that when first I joined my brother for T.V. in the morning, it was snowing rather heavily. My wife had a full workday today, and emerged from her bedroom shortly past 9:30 a.m. to shower and such, and left on her rather long drive to the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time shortly after 10 a.m. At that point, there was a lull in the snowing, but it did later resume.
By the time it was done late in the morning, the cul-de-sac outside was white, as so was our lawn. The snow was of course likely not even an inch deep, but it was our first snow this Fall/Winter season. Had it not fallen, we were set to match the last time we went without snow ─ 43 years ago! But this stuff just had to show up and ruin any such remarkable achievement.
While my brother and I were away on our mutual errand, I broached the topic my wife wanted me to bring up late last week. Specifically, that the annual utilities bill for which payment will be due April 2nd should be split five ways.
He was amenable.
But I have got to buckle down and get the income tax returns filed for my wife and I. Even without any extra such billings this month, I have just discovered that I may be unable to pay the usual $500 that I do each month to my VISA credit card to bring down the monstrous balance. A payment of $400 will keep the balance approximately the same, so that extra $100 is the point where I start making headway in the balance reduction.
My monthly pension income will not be getting directly deposited until possibly the final two days of March, but my account has to have enough in it to cover the fortnightly mortgage that will be drawn from it on the 19th next week.
The mortgage payment is a little over $990. My account presently has something over $1,400 in it; and I have my brother's monthly expenses reconciliation cheque yet to deposit, but it is exceptionally small ─ a mere $102.
So if I pay $400 towards the VISA credit card balance, I will have something over $100 left over what is owed for the mortgage.
Enough of this worrying.
Right now it is 3:38 p.m. and this is a bath day, so I am going to deal with that lost hour soon. For now, I am going to break from today's post. I will finish up in the latter evening.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Damn it! I always get a late start on things.
My first show and beer were done by 7:33 p.m. The show was The Carrie Diaries ─ episode nine ("Under Pressure") of season two. My source was this CineGo.co link.
It was cute. I especially enjoyed the interaction and relative bonding of Donna and Mouse.
My second show was done by 8:40 p.m. It was The Gifted ─ episode four ("outMatched") of the second season. My source was this Fmovies.to link.
It was interesting enough, for certain! But it left me untouched emotionally. I keep hoping for that whelming feeling of emotion, or inspiration.
Apparently my brother got back home sometime during the episode.
My final show concluded at 9:44 p.m. Initially, I was deflated when I saw that it was The Flash in my rotation list. I got fed-up sick of pontificating, sermonizing, all-human-life-is-sacred, know-everything Barry Allen many episodes ago. Only loyalty kept me watching the series ─ the beautiful regular female cast.
Well, I was uplifted when I realized that this was the series finale episode 13 ("A New World, Part Four") of season nine. I never have to watch this unrealistic do-gooder fool again.
The best thing about this episode was witnessing the three female superheroines defeat the supervillains each of them was confronted with. I just do not understand how Nora was impaled from behind by her speedster foe; and then after saying something I could not decipher, she just snapped off the spike that protruded far outside her belly and sped about behind the supervillain and jammed it into him, vanquishing him.
My source for the episode was an Fmovies.co link. You may notice that the previous link was to Fmovies.to ─ not .co.
Both were of poor video quality ─ be warned.
Concerning The Flash, the hottest superheroine for me over recent episodes proved to be little statuesque Cecile. In her costume, her physique seemed to me to be so very powerful ─ best legs, a muscular butt moulded to tuck in and fit her thighs (and not just bulge out over them), and gorgeous bosom.
Now I am likely going to have to see about watching other projects Danielle Nicolet, Danielle Panabaker, and maybe Jessica Parker Kennedy have acted in.
By the way, the Eddie character was a 𝒻𝓊𝒸𝓀𝒾𝓃ℊ jealous, weakling wuss who deserved extinction. The whole conclusion concerning his ludicrous redemption was sickening. Even God knows that there are those among us who will have to be destroyed in a Judgment. People need to die because they are evil! Heck, I don't even have much concern for those who claim they are "Just obeying orders." People need to be fully responsible for their choices and actions.
Enough of The Flash ─ for good, happily!
At most it was 9:50 p.m. when my wife arrived home from work.
Hey, I want to go deeper into the drinking and watch something else, but right now it is 10:58 p.m. ─ I'm going to call it quits and get to bed.
Incidentally, there are 524 supposed blog views as of this point. Over the past two days I supposedly earned 2¢ via AdSense. If true, I am unsure if I earned that much in all of 2025.
