Let's Go

I got to bed last evening barely ahead of 11:30 p.m., and just as my wife had come into the house, finally arriving home from work. I felt some guilt for avoiding her, but I saw no possible advantage for me to have engaged with her, if we even had a conversation. It would only mean a later bedtime.

Still, my night seemed to end shortly after 5 a.m., but I remained abed until my 6 a.m. cellphone alarm summoned me with its chiming.

Our internet provider must be choking the download speed to our house, because the movie I have been downloading since just before noon yesterday has still not completed. I got so bummed at seeing this when I got up this morning that I began a second source download. And now at 2:19 p.m. that source is only at 29%, while the original is at 67%.

It is good that my youngest stepson is away to Ontario, for he works from home and would most likely become aware of the reduced data flow. And since he pays for our internet, his discovery of the throttling would matter.

My younger brother emerged from his bedroom well ahead of 8 a.m., and before I had yet gone forth to the backyard tool shed for my usual morning exercise session out there. Nevertheless, I still went and with the usual result ─ a single repetition in each of the six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, followed by the squat work for the benefit of my damaged right knee and quadriceps muscles.

I was to join my brother around 9:10 a.m. for our morning T.V. together; and when after just two or three minutes he invited me to start operation of our old T95Q Android 9 TV Box, I started us off with an eight-minute (8:05) video uploaded earlier this morning to YouTube's AnitaK channel: Wait… No Food Allowed in a Calgary School Cafeteria?

Our second video was just under 19 minutes (18:55) and had been published earlier today to BitChute's TheWarAgainstYou channel: China BROADCASTS Iran War LIVE From Spy Satellites - Beijing Exposes U.S. Operations.

In this video, we break down a major development in modern warfare as China releases high-resolution satellite imagery showing military activity across the Middle East during the ongoing conflict involving Iran.
-
The move has raised global concerns about surveillance, intelligence exposure, and the changing nature of battlefield transparency.
-
We examine what is actually confirmed: Chinese satellite firms have published detailed images capturing U.S. military deployments, airbases, aircraft movements, and infrastructure across the region.
-
These images are part of commercially available satellite data, which can now track military activity with increasing accuracy. We also analyse the broader implications. Analysts say this reflects a new era where open-source intelligence and commercial satellites are making it harder for militaries to conceal operations.
-
However, there is no verified evidence that China is broadcasting real-time battlefield operations or directly exposing classified U.S. missions as they happen.
-
Experts warn that the growing availability of high-resolution satellite imagery could reshape how conflicts are monitored, reported, and understood, while also increasing strategic competition between major global powers. As the situation continues to develop, we separate confirmed reporting from speculation and explain what this could mean for U.S. military operations, China’s role in global surveillance, and the future of intelligence warfare.

Then I tuned in The Outpost ─ the season three finale episode 13 ("Violence Is Futile").

The episode was quite exciting, and had I not known better, I would have believed it to be the series finale, for it was looking like the whole nightmare was finally over. I must admit that Queen Rosmund looked most valiant as she rushed to her death, but in so doing successfully killed evil Yavalla.

With the episode done, I next resumed the movie we had twice before had sittings of, and this time we completed watching it ─ 2005's Munich.

There was so much taking place in this movie that we had trouble understanding a lot of what was unfolding. But it sure was not boring.

I had downloaded it months ago because of actress Ayelet Zurer, whom I had watched for the first time in an episode of Legacies where she played the mysterious mother of Phoenix-like character Landon. At that time, her good looks and accent immediately reminded me of Gal Godot, even though I had no idea who Ayelet was nor that she was Israeli.

I now do not know my download source for Munich, but it may have been this GOOJARA.to link.

And we finished up with My Family ─ episode four ("Of Mice and Ben") of season three. Again, it was a download whose source I no longer recall, but I see that it is available as of December 30, 2018, at YouTube's James Cann channel: My Family 3x04 Of Mice and Ben.

Thereafter my brother returned to his bedroom for further bed rest, and fairly early into the noon hour I was to bed in pursuit of a needed nap.

My wife had another full workday today, and emerged from her bedroom around 9:35 a.m. to shower. She was to summon me and solicit $20 from me ─ fortunately for her, I had $25 in my wallet. She had best not seek another handout tomorrow morning, unless $5 will serve!

I never got around to either of the two projects in my youngest stepson's den area, as spoken of here yesterday ─ he is away to Ontario and will not be back until Sunday, but I cannot keep postponing my errand. But I just did not feel well slept following my nap.

I did, however, have my light exercise session this afternoon in my wife's vacant bedroom.

By the way, when I went to the tool shed this morning, we were having some light rain. It did not endure the day, but it may have come and go. As I worked on this post, I could hear it pattering rain outside my open bedroom window around 4:50 p.m.

Right now it is 5:31 p.m. and I am about to break from blogging to have my day's second light meal, and then I will commence watching my usual three T.V. shows here on my bedside computer while enjoying some drink.

I will finish my post later this evening.

🟥🟥🟥

My first show and can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol) were done by 6:53 p.m. The show was S.W.A.T. ─ episode three ("Fire and Smoke") of season two. My source was this 1Moviesz.to link.

It was a good episode ─ I enjoyed it. It was even touching at least a couple of times.

My second show and beer were done by 7:53 p.m. Alas, the show was Rescue: HI-Surf ─ sadly, the series and season two finale episode 19 ("Let's Go"). My source was this Weflix.to link.

I am going to miss this series and many of its characters. The show deserved a far longer run. This one ended without a resolution to several of the characters' dramas, especially Em's heartache over Will.

I believe that I shall check out previous series and movies two of the main actresses have been involved in ─ specifically, Arielle Kebbel and Zoe Cipres. Of course I already know of Arielle from the T.V. series Midnight, Texas.

My final show ─ and maybe 11 ounces of Sommet Rouge wine (12% alcohol) ─ were done by 9:27 p.m. And my brother entered the house a minute later, home from his social drinking at whatever pub he went to in the area of the mid-afternoon (I could hear it raining again when he got home).

My show was FBI: International ─ episode 18 ("Lone Wolf") of season four. My source was this TVSeries.video link.

Again ─ another most entertaining show!

When it was done, I opted to brush my teeth and ruminate whether to try and squeeze in another show with a little more drink ─ it was too early for bed.

Then ─ despite my wife coming into the house around 10:25 p.m. ─ I considered playing an episode of the sitcom Victorious, but I was unsure if I had not already just recently watched an episode.

I investigated, and saw that I had written a few days ago about watching the first season's episode nine ("Wi-Fi in the Sky"), but the Wikipedia write-up did not have a thing to do with the episode title.

It took some research, but I finally determined that the episode I had watched was episode 18 ("A Film by Dale Squires"), so I went back and amended that claim.

But now I felt obligated to watch the correct episode ... and I did. But it cost me a shot of Johnny Walker Red Label Blended Scotch Whisky. I didn't want to have a third can of beer, nor more wine. But I feel rottenly guilty over this choice, for I had not before opened this Christmas gift from my stepsons.

Notwithstanding, the episode had me grinning a whole lot because I just adore Ariana Grande as Cat. Her joyously phenomenal innocence makes me crave to have had someone like her in my life. My source was this 1Moviesz.to link.

I cannot help but wonder if there is any of Cat in Ariana, for I know nothing of her?

The show concluded, and my wife was evidently downstairs busy in the kitchen. As well, it is audibly raining outside as I type these words at 11:18 p.m.

I am going to proofread this post now and publish it, and try to be to bed well within a half hour.
