Due to not getting to bed last night until after midnight, I had my cellphone alarm set for 6:15 a.m. But I was not to need it, for at one point I thought I might have heard the alarm vaguely sounding, so I rose to check.
It was 6:01 a.m. However, it was not my alarm ─ some unknown caller had phoned.
I rose, and was soon busily involved downstairs with our new R69 Plus Android 14 TV Box. It quite pisses me off that I can only work on the TV Box in the early morning because after Bev gets up into the midday, she watches T.V. until she goes to bed at night and thus it is off limits to me.
I am having trouble installing VirusTotal. I cannot download the apk online via a browser app ─ it just will not download; but I have downloaded it via the Downloader app and the Troypoint channel. Unfortunately, after I attempt to use VirusTotal, it claims there is no internet connection. I have installed it a few times after uninstalling the previous installs.
I see some tricks I could try as I type these words in the latter afternoon, but of course I have no access to the TV Box with Bev desiring nothing else in her life but to sit and watch bloody T.V. each and every day once she gets up.
It's annoying. I don't even like having to hobble downstairs with my crippled right leg when she is there because I am in full view. I tend to try and remember in the latter afternoon to go and fetch what will be my supper if I hear her come upstairs to shower, or else when I hear her sneak outside to smoke.
Anyway, I had my early morning exercise session out in the backyard tool shed ─ a single repetition in all sex sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, followed by the squat work to challenge my bad right leg.
I was back here at my bedside computer before my brother emerged from his bedroom for morning news shows and instant coffee.
At joining him around 9:10 a.m. and very soon being invited to commence operation of our Android TV Box, I led off with a video not too short of 1½ hours (1:25:53) that had been published yesterday to Rumble's TheCrowhouseOfficial channel: The Fall.
Max Igan usually doesn't have any specific point in recording a video, so describing one is also pointless. Basically, though, Muslims good and misunderstood, the West bad through and through, and the End is nigh so start stocking up on food and survival tools and necessities.
We also watched Red Cap ─ episode two ("True Love") of season two. As I explained yesterday, the only source I know of requires each episode to be downloaded, and unless the user has a "premium" subscription, the downloading process is lengthy ─ about as long as it would take to watch the episode.
That difficult source is via this Kprotector.com link.
Also, there is a restriction on the downloads. Yesterday I downloaded three of them, but today I am being told that I have to wait two days before I can download again. Well, I bypassed that by using the Tor browser. I only need to download two further episodes and I will have gotten them all.
My brother returned to his bedroom following Red Cap, getting further rest before heading off well into the early afternoon to catch a bus and go social drinking.
I am finding myself beginning to court that which I should not, and sought my nap after 1 p.m. as a result. I wish that I had the means to get out of here honourably, and go off somewhere to properly live what life I have remaining.
I should mention that my wife had another full workday scheduled today at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time, so she emerged from her bedroom shortly after 9:30 a.m. to shower, and about a half hour later left on her fairly long drive.
I had some light exercise in the latter afternoon in her vacant bedroom before I had my day's second and final meal. This exercise session does involve further squat work, so that element of it might not qualify as being "light" ─ it is definitely most challenging.
But enough ─ it is 6:20 p.m. and time to watch two or three T.V. shows here on my bedside computer and drink a couple cans of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol). I will conclude the post later this evening.
⭕⭕⭕
The Expanse ─ episode three ("Static") of season two ─ was my first show. My source was this TVSeries.video link.
It was interesting enough, although nothing much was relatable to me; and it was done by 7:22 p.m.
Afterwards, I was to hear my brother cough downstairs, so I realized that at some point he had gotten back home.
I failed to take note of just when my second show finished ─ surely no later than 9:12 p.m., and possibly earlier. I met with issues trying to watch the show. Three times early into it my computer either crashed or else just froze ─ the failures varied.
The first two times I had used the same website, so the third time I tried a different source to no avail.
So when I gave it a fourth try, I did so forsaking the Brave browser I had been using and instead gave AVG Secure browser a go, and this time I met with no problems.
The show was Stargirl ─ episode 11 ("Shining Knight") of season one. My loyal source was this 1Moviesz.to link.
It was a very good episode, for it brought forth my deep-felt tears. I need to feel such depths.
And so was to go a second can of beer.
Wouldn't you know! A very few ─ maybe three ─ minutes into my final show, and my computer seized up yet again. This is sickening ─ and all because I have no access to my very own T.V. down in the living room!
So I ran CCleaner in the hope that it might clear out the most superficial impediments. I could run a Windows registry evaluation and repair via CMD (windows Command Prompt) or whatever it is that I need to do to kick that into gear, but it takes several hours to complete. It's more of an overnight deal.
But CCleaner seemed to be enough. I returned to my Brave browser since AVG Secure failed, and I watched all of A Gifted Man ─ episode 15 ("In Case of Letting Go") of the only season. My source was this VIDSrcme.ru link.
It was darned good. It was certainly touching, but it didn't hit me like Stargirl did, oddly. But now I only have one episode of the series remaining ─ will it be conclusive?
Whatever the case, my episode was done by 10:36 p.m.
Not 20 minutes later my wife texted me to ask that I leave my four-litre box of Sommet Rouge (12% alcohol) in her bedroom ─ a glass of 12 ounces or so of the wine had boosted my enjoyment of A Gifted Man.
That's enough blogging for today. I hope that I don't screw up ─ I want to be to bed before midnight. It is already 11:14 p.m.
