I am so accursedly close to teetering off the rim that I have been dancing along for two days now ─ this need for a surge of assuaging endorphins is abominable. This afternoon was especially near to dissolution; and it is not as if I have the time to spare frolicking away vital hours as I have been doing.
I could have begun this post reasonably early this afternoon if not for this addiction tease. Instead, I wore out my eyes and needed a restorative nap, rising to find that it was already at least 5:20 p.m. and I had accomplished nothing, including the day's scheduled exercising.
But at least the day has been heavily overcast, with a fair amount of rain ─ in other words, I am not missing out on any sunning opportunities by conducting myself as I did today.
My wife had to work a full day today, so this was my chance to get some things done, but I blew it.
I need to exercise ─ I'm not getting any younger. Consequently, I am going to cut this post short by declaring that I am barely hanging on. I know I am speaking in riddles, but all of this is really only for my own record. I've been hanging on since last August 20's sordid fall.
Tomorrow has got to be better!
At least this latter morning my younger brother and I watched part two of The Crime of the Century ─ that committed us to two educational hours. We had watched part one last week, I believe it was.
Lastly, I had five hourly courses overnight of three drops each of sodium chlorite and citric acid mixed together, and then diluted with a few ounces of distilled water. If I keep this up, then as of next Sunday / Monday night I will consider myself to be starting week two on this regimen.
This blend of the two reactive substances which are mixed with some distilled water 20 - 30 seconds after blending them, creates, of course, the so-called Miracle Mineral Solution.
I actually ordered four more ounces of each of the two reactants last night via Canada's Amazon.
I want to hold out for three weeks on the regimen, and then I will see if it makes sense continuing as is, or if I should just graduate to a single daily dose of one drink of eight drops of the two reactive substances.
What I hate about the hourly doses is that ─ as was the case this morning after I returned to bed around 4:30 a.m. reasonably soon following that fifth and final dose ─ the need to later urinate spoiled my ensuing sleep, and I was up at 8 a.m. to take care of that. I slept so poorly thereafter that I rose ahead of 9 a.m. to remain.
Okay ─ time to exercise and get in a little T.V. before my brother is back home from wherever he went quite early this afternoon. Yesterday due to the inauguration of the province's new 'vaccine passport', he did his drinking at the home of his girlfriend Bev after she finished work. He is not 'vaccinated' and has no intention of being so; as a result, he cannot enter a pub or bar that complies with enforcing the passport.
We wish that we knew of a website listing businesses that do not intend to honour that infernal, unlawful 'mandate' by tyrannical public health officer 'Bon-Bon' who needs to be brought to serious justice for her unconstitutional and deadly crimes ─ as does our rotten, weakling premier.
