Once more, I had five hourly three-drop hits overnight of Miracle Mineral Solution ─ i.e., three drops of sodium chlorite reacting with three drops of citric acid for 20 - 30 seconds, and then diluted with a few (three or four) ounces of distilled water which I immediately drank.
I don't know if the first and even maybe the second of these 'hits' of Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS) are potentially being entirely or just partially deactivated by some of my earlier evening supper and the nutritional supplements that I take with it ─ or even by the can of beer (8% alcohol) and the several ounces of red wine that I also consumed before mid-evening.
I do not consume any of these things after the arrival of 9 p.m., nor do I commence the MMS protocol until after the arrival of midnight ─ last night, it was during the second half of the midnight hour, so I would estimate that approximately four hours had passed since I last consumed any of the things I mentioned.
But could anything capable of deactivating the MMS still be prevalent within me by the time I commence the protocol? I just don't know.
My younger brother does not start his protocol until the very early morning; and only today did he essay the three-drop hits like I have been taking since at least Sunday.
However, for him, he was beset with what he described as primarily liquid bowel movements ─ three within the space of a half hour during the midday while we were watching an episode of The Last Kingdom.
So he is reverting back to the two-drop protocol which sometimes affects him anyway. Heck, even single drops initially did.
Why am I apparently essentially unaffected? That is why I am wondering if maybe my initiation of the protocol in the midnight hour so soon after my supper and a drink or two ahead of 9 p.m. might be deactivating the MMS ─ or at least those first and second doses.
Alternatively, I have ventured to my brother that perhaps my intestinal tract is healthier than his, for I quite regularly consume my own fermented vegetables (usually beet roots and stalks, with either cabbage ─ I prefer red cabbage ─ or broccoli). Thus, the MMS may be purging pathogenic organisms from his intestinal tract that just do not have any notable population within my own.
So who is to say? I certainly do not know.
It had to have been around 4:45 a.m. when I returned to bed. My wife had not gotten home from work last night until something like 2:40 a.m. She wordlessly readied herself for bed while I worked here at my computer, thereby leaving her unbothered with any conversation from me.
My actual morning began reasonably soon after 9 a.m. And then around 10 a.m., I joined my younger brother for some T.V. What I did not expect was that my wife was going to have to work a full day today, so she soon enough also rose, calling down to me to have some boiled water ready for her breakfast drink.
I expect that she planned on having some of the health-inclined Room Coffee that you should be able to see something of at this Facebook post of hers, provided that the embed link remains valid:
She truly believes in that and other iCon Group products from Thailand ─ enough so that she imports and sells it to a small degree. That is, she's hardly likely to ever be quitting her part-time Thai restaurant job.
Her full-day restaurant start time is 11 a.m., so she got on her way around 10:40 a.m. at latest, for it's a bit of a drive to get to the restaurant.
The morning and most of the afternoon had quite a lot of sunshine. In fact, I sat outside in the backyard beginning at 1:39 p.m. while my brother was resting before he evidently left for the afternoon to go somewhere to eventually drink. I was outside for just over an hour, and he was gone by the time I returned.
Incidentally, the new neighbours' black cat was resting under our barbecue on our backyard sundeck, so I stepped through the railing onto the lawn when I went out to sit in the sunshine rather than use the gateway over by where the cat was holed up.
There is still a 'feeling out' process going on with it, I think. As long as I don't advance too near to it, the cat will remain and seem in relative ease.
However, I only rarely say aught to it, and only in passing. I am letting it get used to me as not being a threat. My thinking is that in time it will come to accept me as a safe fixture in its little universe. I also think that our yard is coming to be deemed by it as a secondary and rather safe hangout to break the boredom of remaining in its own yard all the time.
By the way, last night when I first rose late into the midnight hour, for quite some while I could heard what I am certain were raccoons on the carport roof that is just outside both the window to this room as well as my bedroom window.
The sounds I heard were perhaps second-long, very rapid noises like a low, hollow clicking. If raccoons communicate with one another like that, then there were certainly more than one out there.
That afternoon sunning I got finished up with the sky growing hazy with very thin cloud. My brother had earlier mentioned to me that this is likely our last decent day for a while ─ he had heard that rain due tomorrow will be our heaviest since as far back as January, and the wet weather is due to hang around for the next few days at very minimum.
It is already after 7 p.m. as I type these words, so I am going to bring this post to a close. I would like to have a beer and watch a little T.V., plus squeeze in a bath before my mid-evening bedtime.
After all, I must rest up for my overnight hours working here at my computer and engaging another protocol session of MMS.
