This is going to be another extremely short post, but not because I was wayward as was the case yesterday. I simply ran out of time today.
We had some very light rain overnight. The morning was quite the mix of cloud and Sun, but the afternoon was more sunny than not. However, there has been a most unusually chilly wind today.
Last night I sat up ─ following some latter evening sleep ─ and had another round of five hourly doses of three drops of Miracle Mineral Solution. Each dose, of course, is comprised first of reacting three drops each of sodium chlorite with citric acid for maybe as much as 30 seconds, and then adding a few ounces of distilled water to halt the chemical reaction.
The water is then quaffed.
If I lived alone, I could easily have taken the recommended eight hourly doses, but I just do not have the time. And it is not possible for me to adhere to the eight-hour regimen during the day because I prefer not to eat, and I am not allowed to have any coffee until as much as two hours following the final dose.
I would be so weak that exercising would be impossible. I would lose that and every day that I tried to follow the protocol. So I find that I must do so at night beginning 3½ or so hours after I have had my last meal.
My eldest stepson is on a day shift, and I feel obliged to return to bed before he rises in the morning and notices that I am up (as I have explained before, he will most likely fail to lock the front door when he leaves for work if he believes me to be up, and I do not wish to have to be forced to sit up waiting for him to leave so that I can ensure the door is locked).
Once the weekend arrives, I can have an extra dose for a total of six on Saturday and Sunday; and when he returns to an afternoon or a graveyard shift, I will also be able to have six doses on weekdays.
I want to see what effects I might notice by following this regimen for at least three weeks. Then I may see about just having one daily dose of six doses. I will give that a shot for three weeks or so and assess whether to remain at that level or up the single dose to seven drops.
I suppose that I might as well also mention that a little after 10 a.m. this morning, my brother and I watched the video Odessa Orlewicz posted yesterday ─ it barely topped an hour: Sept 14th- Does Vanguard Own Our Politician's? And A Very Scary Email From The Ontario Gov I Read Out.
Neither of us is COVID-19 'vaccinated', nor do we intend to be. And so because our province has instituted a limited 'vaccine' passport requirement as of this past Monday for non-essential businesses and venues, he is unable to drink in his usual pubs or bars ─ something he normally does each and every day.
I suppose that the previous two evenings, he has just drank at his girlfriend Bev's home.
Well, his friend Greg ─ who lives in Langley ─ knows of a pub or some such whose owner is not enforcing that ridiculous requirement. We live in the Whalley area of Surrey.
And so this afternoon my brother left to catch a bus with the intention of joining his friend to drink at that Langley pub. Consequently, I am not expecting him to be back this side of 9 p.m.
It is now approaching 7:30 p.m., and I want to have a couple of drinks and some T.V. before seeking my latter evening nap, so I am about to bring this post to a close.
I will only add that my wife had to work this afternoon at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time ─ she begins at 4 p.m. on such partial days. This was the major reason that I never got a reasonable start at making a post here ─ I had grown too much in need of a nap after she left on her drive.
Perhaps I will perform better here tomorrow.
