Before I proceed with my day, I want to rant why I despise and utterly detest my province's spineless Premier John Horgan and its lying coward Health Officer Bonnie Henry.
Whether or not the majority of the public realizes these two liars are mandating ineffective 'vaccines' and face masks, and intend to begin a roll-out in four days (on the 13th) of a 'vaccine passport' that is unconstitutional and illegal, neither of those soft and unhealthy weaklings has any right to be telling me what I need to have injected into my body to keep me healthy.
They are ORDERING that I submit to this toxic genetic experiment.
My father never went overseas in the Second World War ─ nor was his older brother in our navy at that time ─ so that two incompetent losers like those two could prance about and mandate false 'health' dictates that I have to obey.
COVID-19 is little more than another flu ─ that is all. It is no more of a threat to healthy people than any other flu.
There IS no pandemic ─ it is all a scam. And the so-called 'vaccines' are far more dangerous than SARS-CoV-2 has been.
Because of this ineffective 'vaccine', precisely as when antibiotics are not used properly and do not eradicate a specific targeted bacteria, thereby allowing surviving bacteria to develop resistance through mutation to the antibiotics, so now is the SARS-CoV-2 virus mutating within the 'vaccinated' because of this very principle.
The mutations have nothing to do with the 'un-vaccinated'. Natural healthy immune systems are able to defeat and destroy the virus leaving no chance for it to flourish and mutate against those defences.
And the antibodies that result from a natural infection are able to recognize many parts of the virus ─ not just its spike protein, which is all the 'vaccines' are designed to do.
Not only do the 'un-vaccinated' who are exposed to the virus have a variety of types of antibodies (and not just the one spike-protein specific antibody), we also have memory T-cells. These are long-lived lymphocytes that have a unique rapid response to pathogen (such as the SARS-CoV-2 virus) re-exposure. They 'recognize' specific antigens, and will trigger a faster and stronger immune response after encountering the same antigen than do regular antibodies.
The regular defences need to come to understand that there is a pathogen invader, and this can take a few days. Our memory T-cells, however, know immediately what the intruder is ─ they 'remember' ─ and they can go to work immediately to challenge the invader instead of slowly martialling resistance as happens when the invader is something entirely new.
But I'm digressing.
On a whim this afternoon, I took the following five admittedly poor 'selfies' between 3:15 and 3:18 p.m.
So what, you might ask? You've seen far better physiques.
Yes, I have too.
However, I do not belong to a gym ─ never in my life have I even once worked out in one. In fact, I only ever remember setting foot into a gym on three occasions in my life, and two of those were because a friend wanted me to see the place. The third time was because I was curious if the supplements section at this specific gym offered a product I had heard of (it did not).
I also do not have a home 'gym'. And as for weights, the only weight I ever use is a 42½-pound dumbbell that very much limits what exercises I am able to use it for with a single arm ─ it's too heavy for much use.
However, I challenge John Horgan to strip down and display himself to show everyone just how versatile he is when it comes to matters of health and well-being.
And not quite so incidentally, I am 71 years old ─ how's that for some added perspective on the 'selfies' above? Heck, next month on the 11th, I will be having another birthday and be adding one further digit to the age total!
Do I look like I have no sound idea on how to live my life to best advantage, and gracefully work my way into old age?

I actually voted for John Horgan in our last election. In truth, all of my voting life, I have only ever voted for the New Democratic Party (NDP) both federally and provincially.
But thanks to the actions of both parties since this phony COVID-19 pandemic, I will NOT vote for either of those parties for as long as I may live.
Two days from now, in taking advantage of the early polling opportunities for the imminent federal election, I will be casting my vote for my riding's People's Party of Canada (PPC) candidate Joe Kennedy. I know my younger brother will also be doing so when he votes; and I have my wife persuaded that she will as well ─ she and I will probably go together to vote.
I am encouraging both of my stepsons to also vote PPC, so I hope they will listen. I am not so much afraid that they will vote for an alternative candidate; rather, I am primarily concerned that one or both might not bother to vote at all.
But enough of that for today.
I could have sat out in the backyard sunshine today, but I did not. Instead, I began work on this post. I was also nurturing thoughts of making that four-mile round trip hike to the nearest government liquor store, but my wife ─ who had gone out in the latter morning while my brother and I were watching T.V. ─ returned home.
I do not drive, so it takes considerable preparation for me to ready myself ─ psychologically and physically ─ for these ventures, for I abhor being out in the public. And so her presence scotched further thoughts of the outing.
She has to work tomorrow ─ that should be my chance, provided that I feel as hale as I did today.
It is unfortunate about the loss of the sunning opportunity, however. A Google check reveals that the next three days are listed as having rain possibilities.
I mentioned watching some T.V. with my brother this morning. One of the videos I tuned in via our Android TV Box was a 20-minute excerpt from The Alex Jones Show in which he responded to late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel's slandering monologue three days ago against Alex Jones and ivermectin: VIDEO: Jimmy Kimmel Calls for the Death of Unvaxxed, Recycles Hoax Ivermectin Report - Alex Responds.
Washington Post uploaded a two-minute video to YouTube showcasing the monologues of Jimmy Kimmel and three other late night talk show hosts ridiculing ivermectin and the people who take it: Late-night hosts react to covid patients asking for ivermectin.
Take a look at the heavy preponderance of comments below the video from people who are actually enlightened concerning the true value of ivermectin, and who recognize that these talk show hosts have sold their souls.
Of course ivermectin works ─ there are numerous studies proving it, such as this one from 2011: Ivermectin, ‘Wonder drug’ from Japan: the human use perspective. Obviously the study is from before the scamdemic / plandemic / casedemic that now sees such research censored.
I noticed that Jimmy Kimmel claimed that chemical giant Merck manufactures ivermectin, but stresses that people should not be using it to treat COVID. If that latter is true, no doubt they don't want something relatively inexpensive and effective used to prevent or treat the disease when there are perfectly ineffective, truly dangerous, and rather expensive 'vaccines' on the market for that failed purpose.
However, Merck is not alone in producing ivermectin, for it is a generic drug. No one holds an exclusive patent for it any longer.
And why is it incongruous, as Jimmy Kimmel stated, that people who do not want the 'vaccine' that is produced by pharmaceutical companies are instead using another product (ivermectin) from pharmaceutical companies?
Hell, all of the nutritional supplements that I buy and use come from pharmaceutical companies. That doesn't mean that COVID-19 'vaccines' are also perfectly good.
Jimmy Kimmel is an ignorant ass. And so are the other lying talk show hosts.
On a pharmaceutically related note, this morning I took five rounds of chlorine dioxide, the "Magic Mineral Solution" or the "Universal Antidote". This was my first try of the product.

I used a drop each of the sodium solution (NaClO2) and a 50% citric acid activator as one round, and waited an hour between each successive round.
What I later learned, alas, was that certain things a person might eat or drink can neutralize the solution, and one of those things is coffee. I had a mug of strong instant coffee right after the second round, damn it.
Tomorrow I plan to use two drops in each round, and go through the regimen on an empty stomach.
I am increasing the dose because I cannot claim to have noticed anything at all with the single dose of each component. In other words, I sensed no effect of any sort from it, so I see no need to continue being tentative.
My brother did not try any as yet. But I am going to have to let him know that when he does (maybe early tomorrow), he will need to do so without his usual coffees in case it is true that it does have a cancellation effect.
