Well, there was no beer for me last evening, nor any T.V. with my younger brother after he arrived home from his daily 'socializing'. I quickly realized that he was especially inebriated; and not five minutes after he had sat down to supposedly watch the episode of Versailles that I was seeking to tune in via our Android TV Box, his head started dropping forward and his eyes were closed.
He was passing out.
Since I had not yet opened a can of beer, I called an end to my evening and shut off the Android TV Box, leaving my brother with basic cable programming to awaken to.
I went on upstairs to this room that is my computer room / bedroom, and was into bed by approximately 10 p.m. As well, I had set my cellphone alarm for 4 a.m. so that I could rise and head out for an early walk.
I believe that I heard my wife arrive home awhile later ere I had yet gotten to sleep.
The first time overnight that I was to be awake sufficiently as to be curious on the time, I was surprised to discover it to be 3:50 a.m. Initially I thought to remain abed until my alarm sounded, but then I rethought and decided to not waste any time.
I rose and dressed, and might have been on my way as early as 4:05 a.m.
This time I lengthened my walk to a rectangular route of around 4¼ miles ─ up from the three miles I have been doing of late. And as usual, quite early into my walk I did some pull-ups on the rings at an elementary school playground.
Although at the first I had good spring to my step, by halfway I had lost that spunk.
This outing I never came across any wildlife but for a rat that I saw scurry from some shrubbery to a streetside trash can, and then retrace its path with considerable alacrity at my approach.
Part of my route was through some of what used to be Whalley's streetwalker (i.e., hooker) area. If one refers to this Google Map, I had meant to follow 104th Avenue to 128th Street, but then on a whim I turned onto City Parkway and walked up to 105th Avenue, following it to University Drive and then taking that back to 104th Avenue.
I saw no ladies, but I did see a white vehicle on three different occasions clearly cruising around the area on the hunt for one of them. I knew it was the same vehicle because it only had one headlamp burning.
105th Avenue was the farthest point from home, so thereafter was my route for home. However, I was to encounter what I deemed to be an annoying population of diverse people who were already abroad. This made me realize that if I am to broaden my walking route as I do hope to start doing, then I am going to have to leave home earlier. In other words, I am going to have to begin rising at 3:30 a.m. or even 3 a.m. for my walks.
Obviously this is not going to be very easy to do if I am sitting up with my brother while operating our Android TV Box into the midnight hour, fetching episodes of the various series we follow.
Note that betimes I would feel an isolated fleck of rain; and once, there was a flurry or spray of such diminutive drops that I was expecting the onset of rain. But it abated, and rain did not develop while I was outside.
Upon arriving back home, I remained up until something like 6:45 a.m. ere getting back to bed to try and sleep further. I was to have broken success.
My final time check was around 9:15 a.m., so I rose, quite expecting to find my brother downstairs watching T.V. However, he was only just then having his shower. And so I was to have access to the T.V. first and we spent the remainder of the morning until into the noon hour watching plandemic / scamdemic / casedemic videos.
One especially affecting video (18 minutes duration) was uploaded to Rumble on March 4: A Letter to Dr Andrew Hill | Dr Tess Lawrie | Oracle Films.
In October 2020 Dr Andrew Hill was tasked to report to the World Health Organisation on the dozens of new studies from around the world suggesting that Ivermectin could be a remarkably safe and effective treatment for COVID-19.
But on January 18th 2021, Dr Hill published his findings on a pre-print server. His methods lacked rigour, the review was low quality and the extremely positive findings on ivermectin were contradicted by the conclusion. In the end, Dr Hill advised that “Ivermectin should be validated in larger appropriately controlled randomized trials before the results are sufficient for review by regulatory authorities.”
The researcher seeking a global recommendation on Ivermectin had instead recommended against it. A media onslaught against the medicine ensued. What were Dr Hill’s reasons for doing so? Were his conclusions justified? Or were external forces influencing his about-face?
One year on, this film recalls exactly what happened from the perspective of somebody that experienced it first hand; Dr Tess Lawrie; also featuring contributions from Dr Pierre Kory and Dr Paul Marik who worked closely with Dr Hill during the same time frame.
Dr. Hill is either a coward, or else he was handsomely bought off. There may even have been a combination of these two eventualities. Whatever was in play, he is a cad.
Just prior to watching that video, we had watched a 19-minute related feature uploaded to Rumble on March 7: Ivermectin, more evidence - Dr. John Campbell. Consequently, Dr. Tess Lawrie's video letter to Dr. Anthony Hill was all the more poignant.
Speaking as I am as a 72-year-old, Dr. Tess Lawrie is 'a good girl' in my books!
My wife had to work the full day today at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time, so she left here ─ in rain, for it did began raining quite seriously this morning ─ in sufficient time to be able to arrive at the rather distant restaurant in time for her 11 a.m. start.
I only had a minute or two to let her know that I had completed our tax returns last afternoon (using the free GenuTax software that I had downloaded and used last year), and can now NETFILE them using that software ─ I just wanted to ensure that she had no further charitable donation receipts that she has not yet passed along to me, for she owes over $1,600 in income tax, if I am remembering correctly.
This effectively doubles her as yet unpaid debt from last year.
I did not gain any definitive response from her, so I still have not submitted the two tax returns.
This evening I may well be getting to bed by 10 p.m. again, for my brother did not drink locally. Instead, early in the afternoon he left afoot to catch a bus to go and visit his friend Greg in Langley. Typically this trip involves two buses.
In getting back home he could dispense with the second bus, but it would entail walking a mile to get all the way back here.
Since there are waiting times, I only know that he will not be back until into the latter half of the evening. The odds are very good that I will be getting to bed before he shows up.
We shall see.
I seem unable to restrain myself from typing with abandon, and so once more my thumb joints are in considerable pain. Since it is now a little past 8 p.m., I am going to stop blogging for the day and have some supper and enjoy a little T.V. before my brother shows up.
