Aftermath

This post must perforce be short, for it is already into my evening, and I must yet have a bath.

I wallowed in the mire last evening after publishing that day's post very early into the evening. I remained engaged in iniquitous pursuits until something like 10:50 p.m. before finally allowing my bed to claim me.

My cellphone alarm was set for 4 a.m. and the 5.625-mile round trip hike to the nearest Real Canadian Superstore that opens at 7 a.m. The hope had been that by rising as early as I would be, I would be able to leave here ahead of 6 a.m. in order to have a more leisurely time of the walk.

As is my norm, I failed to make that early departure. It was at least a couple of minutes past 6 a.m. once I was on my way.

At that time of morning, it is now essentially still night ─ I like that.

Despite my late start, I stopped at a nearby elementary school playground to perform two sets of pull-ups on a set of basically stationary rings featured in the playground. The opening set saw me manage the usual six repetitions, but I surprised myself by forcing out three repetitions in the second set. Two repetitions have been all that I have managed in the recent Summer.

There was nothing much else of note about the outing, except that the kilogramme containers of honey that were supposed to be on sale were not even stocked ─ I had to pay a couple of dollars more than the sale price, to my utter annoyance. The honey was a primary reason I went to the store. I did buy one container out of necessity, but my plan had been to take advantage of the two-container sale limit.

The issue was not that the brand of honey was sold out. Rather, the sale brand did not even seem to be sold at this outlet ─ there were no empty shelving spaces in the honey section indicating that any line of honey was sold out.

The only other event worth a mention is that just as I was approaching the store,  it was spitting rain. And early into my walk home, the rain fell sufficient to start to wet the pavement.

But it did stop, and there was nothing more of it today.

The sky has been hazed over with smoke from distant wildfires, but I did get in my afternoon sunning ─ just over an hour and 10 minutes.

As for the morning T.V. fare with my younger brother, I used our Android TV Box to call up the Action4Canada video that we had to cut short yesterday by about 45 minutes ─ it had been uploaded on September 8, and was just over 2½ hours in length (2:34:42): Common Law Made CLEAR, Criminal Charges, Updates, Q&A and More!

David Lindsay is once again our special guest. David is a co-founder of CLEAR, the Common Law Education And Rights initiative, which focuses on a correct understanding and application of common law (case law), which, surprisingly to many people, originated in the Bible.
.
David and Tanya will briefly discuss the recent decision made by Judge Ross, give an update on filing criminal charges and then David will provide an informative and educational introduction to his new webinar series on our common law, the Coronation Oath and the Constitution. David will clarify the difference between “British common law” and “sovereign citizen/freeman of the land common law”.

My brother and I are most curious to know what Christopher James Pritchard (A Warrior Calls) thinks of David Lindsay's concept of Common Law.

I have considerable interest in learning what David can offer, but I know that whenever price is not openly listed, then it will be ... prohibitive. Nevertheless, I did send an E-mail requesting the registration information.

We followed that video with Odessa Orlewicz's latest of yesterday ─ it was nearly 1½ hours in duration (1:28:58): Chris Harrigan Speaks Truth About The Unwritten Rules Of The Mainstream Film Biz

Chris Harrigan, a phenomenal filmmaker, speaks about the mainstream film business he worked in for so long, and why his heart told him to start speaking truth via his own documentaries. We will talk about his amazing personal experiences, his time in Peru making a documentary about Ayahuasca, and other films he has been a part of making. I will show a long form promo trailer for his exciting new series of upcoming documentaries.

Chris Harrigan has been working in the television industry for nearly two decades as producer, director, offline editor, online editor, director of photography, and camera operator. Over the years, Chris has contributed to news, sports and music broadcasts as well as fictional series and documentaries for local, national and international broadcasters. Most recently, Chris has spearheaded independent projects touching upon cannabis oil, shamanic medicines and the role of government. Chris's independent film entitled "Paradis de Boue!", in which we follow Anthony Colas as he becomes the first person to surf the Petitcodiac River since the opening of the causeway gates, earned a "La Vague" award for best short film at the Festival International du Cinema Francophone en Acadie (FICFA). Using the skillset he's acquired over his career, Chris has emerged as  a "one man show" producing, directing, filming and editing his own content in order to bring obscure and wonderous subjects to a wider audience. This has led Chris to adventures in Peru, Mexico and Ecuador in a continuous search for eye-opening stories that are not covered in the mainstream media.

It was interesting. However, I am not aligned with Chris's concept of what true spirituality denotes. Even so, I am very interested in seeing some of his earlier documentaries, as is my brother.

Damn it! My eldest stepson arrived home and has usurped the bathroom for one of his miserably long showers ─ he will not likely leave me sufficient hot water for a bath, the young prick. (Yes, I say that with love.)
