Last evening's bedtime may have been as early as 9:30 p.m. ─ certainly not much later than that.
My cellphone alarm was set for 2 a.m. to get me up for the 5½-or-more-mile walk I had scheduled for myself here in north Surrey.
There came a point when I needed to micturate. I did not check the time, but my younger brother was still downstairs watching T.V. ─ his arrival home had been my cue to get to bed earlier, for I had no intention of becoming involved in any evening T.V. with him.
From where he sits watching T.V., he would be able to see me as I exited my bedroom ─ should he look off to his left and up the stairs. Nevertheless, the urgency to stroan was sufficiently strong that I was just about to risk the exposure when he made indication of rising from his chair.
Then he turned off the T.V. ─ he was anon about to come upstairs to his own bedroom. So I withdrew back into mine and waited him out.
I never did check the time.
I gained my relief and returned to bed, but sleep was aloof. Time passed. And eventually my alarm sounded. I had not managed any sleep since rising earlier.
Still, I swiftly enough rose and began readying for my nocturnal venture, and by 2:15 a.m. I was already outside and on my way.
Early into my walk, as I usually do, I stopped at an elementary school playground to perform four sets of pull-ups on the gymnastics-style rings that are featured there. Normally my repetitions in those sets of late have been 6 - 2 - 2 - 2. However, this past Sunday morning while performing just two sets of pull-ups, I managed 6 - 3 repetitions. With that achievement fresh in my memory, I strove to match three pull-ups in the second set.
I succeeded, but it was rather sloppily accomplished. And the next two sets suffered accordingly, for I was barely able to eke out a semblance of those second repetitions.
I would also like to mention that over the past few days, at times I have noticed signs of a developing tendinitis in the crook of my left elbow. I hope that clears up, and does not become crippling.
As for the walk itself ─ which may have been as much as six miles ─ there was a new development on my route.
If you refer to this Google Map, for the entire Summer right up until and including last Tuesday a.m., the Fraser Highway has been entirely blocked off to traffic along its stretch between 96th Avenue and 148th Street; and 144th Street was also blocked off along its stretch from 92nd Avenue to the Fraser Highway.
That is no more. The roadways are now open to traffic. Nevertheless, not many drivers are yet aware, it seems. I followed 144th Street from 92nd Avenue ─ a simple street with a single lane for traffic on each side of the dividing white line, and with no sidewalk for any pedestrians. Fortunately, I walked the entire length without having to share the road with any vehicles.
When I reached the Fraser Highway and turned left, I followed it to the paved nature walk identified on this Google Map as Green Timbers Greenway, which I then turned left onto and followed all the way to King George Boulevard. For the time I had walked the Fraser Highway, I don't think that more than a couple of cars passed me by.
So overall, the walk is still one of peace.
Something else that may bear mentioning about last night was that when I was roughly midway along the stretch of 148th Street between 96th Avenue and Fraser Highway, I heard what sounded to be a medium-sized dog do a sort of baying howl deep into the Green Timbers Urban Forest that is to the left of 148th Street as you look at this Google Map.
The outburst sounded three times, with several seconds between each vocalization. Then after quite a number of seconds, I heard one further outburst.
There are no homes in that entire area ─ it is all forest, except for the roads.
I could not help but wonder if maybe some foolishly adventurous dog wandered into that region and was discovered by two or more coyotes, which do populate the forest.
Anyway, I was back home and outside the locked front door at 4:21 a.m., but I remained outside for 20 or more minutes to water garden plants in the front yard. Meantime, my eldest stepson rose to begin readying for his 12-hour shift at quite distant Tree Island Steel.
We were not to communicate. When I came into the house, I went upstairs to my bedroom where I keep this computer; and he did whatever it is that he had to do to prepare for his day, and then he left.
It was nearly 6 a.m. by the time I returned to bed for a little further sleep, rising maybe 2½ hours later.
My younger brother was downstairs watching T.V., so I soon joined him; and when invited to put our Android TV Box into action, I led us off with Christoper James' (A Warrior Calls) upload of yesterday to Rumble ─ the upload was 48 minutes (48:22) in duration: Ignorance Remains The Enemy.

Update on Pam Deol at the Milton Court House and Marcus Ray 9-11 EventPam Deol has been exposing pedophilia surrounding her daughter since her disappearance in August 2020. Recently, Pam has been arrested and denied visitors, phone calls and hasn't seen anyone since her arrest.
Yesterday my brother and I quit a nearly 2¾-hour (2:44:10) documentary at something like the hour-and-nine-minute mark, so we next resumed that BitChute upload: The Kinsey Syndrome. Take your pick from these various BitChute sources, provided the search link remains valid when you attempt it.
Why are America's children disappearing? Why must parents live in fear that their children will be molested, abducted, or worse? Parents live in a state of continual fear. No longer do mothers worry about little Johnny coming home late for dinner - they must wonder if he will come home at all. But how did our country reach this point?
The Kinsey Syndrome unfolds the work and influence of Dr. Alfred Kinsey, considered to be "the father of the sexual revolution." But did Kinsey liberate America from its prudish view of sex? Or help to unleash the horrors of our present society?
This documentary shows how "The Kinsey Reports" have been used to change the laws concerning sex crimes in America, resulting in the minimal sentences so often given to rapists and pedophiles. Further explained is that the Kinsey data laid the foundation for sex education -- training teachers, psychologists and even Catholic priests in human sexuality. What has been the consequence? And what was Kinsey's research really based upon?
Working secretly in his attic, Dr. Kinsey was one of America's original pornographers. His influence inspired Hugh Hefner to launch Playboy Magazine - the "soft" approach to porn - which in time would escalate the widespread use of pornography through magazines, cable TV and the Internet. In 2006 the California Child Molestation & Sexual Abuse Attorneys reported that: "The number of victims of childhood sexual abuse and molestation grows each year. This horrific crime is directly tied to the growth of pornography on the Internet."
Perhaps most disturbing, Alfred Kinsey has been accused of training pedophiles to work with stopwatches and record the responses of children being raped - all in the name of "science." Among his workers was a Nazi pedophile whose relationship to Kinsey was exposed in a German court. The information from these crimes was then recorded in "Table 34" of Kinsey's Sexual Behavior in the Human Male. How can lawmakers use such a document to define the moral parameters of our society?
Why has the truth about Kinsey been suppressed for so long? And what can Americans do to make a difference?
I had no idea that this guy was so perverted. And Judith Reisman, Ph.D., gives a truly bizarre alternate cause of his death that you will not presently read about in places like Wikipedia.
I tried to follow up this video with the latest at Rumble from Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson, but I had to cancel out of it. The video was recorded live in a Calgary church, but the audio was hopeless ─ I have no idea why she would upload the mess. I want to hear what is being said ─ not just look at people who are mumbling distantly and incoherently.
This is not the first time that I have had to abandon one of her videos because of inaudible sound. Does no one screen them first?
The final video I tuned in was an August 27 'Open Mike with Michael Thiessen' upload to Rumble that was nearly 1¼ hours (1:11:35) long: Julie Ponesse: My Body, My Choice?
In this episode of Open Mike, Mike and Julie talk about the difficulty of the slogan "My Body, My Choice." What are the limits of bodily autonomy? Are there any? and, Why would it be appropriate to use the slogan in regards to vaccines and not in regard to abortion? Tune in for this interesting discussion.

My brother cut out of the video very early into it in favour of seeking some bed rest before leaving for the afternoon and early evening for his daily 'socializing'.
I watched a fair bit of the video, that also took leave for a nap. However, I intend to resume and finish it early this evening.
The day was overcast, probably with smoke from distant wildfires, but also with some cloud. Even so, at 2:13 p.m. following my short nap I sat out in the backyard for an hour and 20 minutes while wearing just a pair of cut-offs ─ I would not have likely done this if anyone one else was home.
It is closing in on 8:15 p.m., so I must close and publish this post so that I can finish watching that last video before my brother returns.
