Another Aftermath

I absolutely did not get to bed last evening as early as intended. I surrendered to addiction and likely failed to get in bed until well after 11:30 p.m. with my cellphone alarm set for possibly 2:30 a.m. as opposed to 1:30 a.m. as was meant.

Somehow beyond all expectation, I was to find myself awake later sufficiently to be curious on the time, and at worst it was 1:49 a.m. This was extraordinarily good luck, for I did not feel any more ill slept than I would have been had I retired sensibly early.

I saw online that temperatures were approaching freezing, so I wore a warmer jacket that I have owned for years, but I don't likely have a photo of myself in it. Suffice that it resembles in style and colour the one in the following image, except that mine is all suede leather on the outside, and it zips and has no snap closures.

When I was fully clothed and set to leave, my overall weight was 188 or 189 pounds ─ probably more the lesser figure.

As soon as I stepped away from the front door as I was leaving, I realized that some wood framing the cement walkway was slick from some icing and not because it was wet.

I was maybe a half block from home before I thought to check the time: it was 2:30 a.m. Thus, it may have been as early as 2:25 a.m. when I began my walk, but likely a bit later.

Hoping for the best by way of conditions, I stopped in at the nearby elementary school playground for a half dozen sets of pull-ups and chin-ups. Unfortunately, I found everything wet with condensation. However, when I began using a bandana to wipe dry a jungle gym monkey bar to exercise with, I found that a good part of the wet had frozen, and would not be wiped off.

Consequently, I had to risk my slim gloves. They are fairly good where a grip is concerned, but it is only initial ─ the grip quickly starts to slip.

And as a result, my totals in two sets of pull-ups and two sets of chin-ups were 5-2-3-3. My pull-ups between a pair of gymnastics-style rings were the typical two sets of two pull-ups apiece. I only held the hang after the final of those pull-ups for a 30-count.

And at the cement ramp, I only put in a dozen full-range decline push-ups.

Thereafter, ever mindful of my left heel / arch pain, I resisted any unnecessary jogging in the very old and worn hikers I was wearing.

I was back home after approximately two hours, so I didn't fare badly. And I think that I was back to bed ahead of 6 a.m.

I am unsure now, but my morning began around 8:30 a.m., at which time my younger brother was already downstairs watching T.V.

I waited until after 9 a.m. before joining him, and soon was requested to begin operating our Android TV Box.

First I tuned in a pair of videos uploaded at YouTube's Redacted channel:

Tucker Carlson joins Clayton Morris to talk about Trump’s cabinet choices, UFO’s, and how the current White House is not run by human beings any longer.

The crooked Food and Drug Administration is about to be flipped on its head. Instead of partnering with Big Pharma and keeping healthy supplements off store shelves. It looks like they are about to be flipped upside down now that Robert F Kennedy Jr. Is going to be heading up the FDA, the CDC, and all of America's health systems.

Clayton's guest this time was Antonio Enrique Colmenares.

We were to only have time for this one next hour-long (1:02:51) video published earlier today at Rumble's Neil Oliver Official channel: Neil Oliver Interviews Edward Dowd - They’ve created a monster!!!

The description for this video has too many links for me to care to take the time to set up, so please refer to the Rumble link to see the description for yourself.

My brother had some bed rest, and then left to pick up his girlfriend Bev to take her to check out the line-up situation at the nearest social services offices. I was in bed napping when he eventually returned to leave his van at home and then bus away to begin his daily social drinking.

My wife had a full workday today, and rose a little after 9:30 a.m. to begin readying for her long day. She left fairly soon after 10 a.m. on her goodly drive.

This has been a bath day for me, so I got that out of the way before commencing work on this post just after 6 p.m.

I want to make the four-mile round trip hike to the nearest government liquor store for two dozen cans of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol). The store closes at 9 p.m. and I hate having to hustle, so I want to leave very comfortably beforehand.

Right now it's 8:02 p.m. ─ I have to go!
