I reckon I should not have had that shot of Captain Morgan Dark Rum (40% alcohol) and can of (Cariboo Malt 7.9% alcohol) last evening ─ I think they were factors in my rather poor sleep. Twice I had to rise to micturate, so that half litre of coffee I drank earlier also factored in.
My cellphone alarm was set for 4 a.m., but I rose ahead of time ─ I think that it was either 3:38 or 3:48 a.m. Fortunately I had plenty of time in which to normalize with coffee and lots of chocolate, and it was possibly as late as 6:15 a.m. by the time I was on my 9.625-mile hike to shop at Guildford's Real Canadian Superstore in a light sprinkling of rain.
I stopped at the nearby elementary school playground maybe three blocks from here, just to have a token set each of pull-ups (five), chin-ups (three), and pull-ups between a pair of the jungle gym monkey bars (two). I held a hang at the completion of the very last pull-up on the two bars, but only for a 20-count ─ my grip with my gloves was slipping too much.
I got my shopping done, and returned home to find my younger brother already up and watching T.V. So no bed rest for me!
After dressing down, I joined him and was soon enough invited to put our Android TV Box to work.
I led us off with a 30-minute video published earlier today at Rumble's AKStraightSpeaks channel: Bribe money for you, Eby's Cabinet Picks and Global Gossip.
I delve into the BC Cabinet picks sworn in Nov 13, Trudeau's temporary GST break and a little behind the scenes Global gossip.

Next was a nearly two-hour (1:50:20) documentary that turned out to only be part one. My source had published it on November 17 at BitChute's STRAWMAN channel: The Real Anthony Fauci - The Movie.
Different experts make a stand against today's putatively criminal and harmful health system, focusing on Anthony Fauci and his role in the shaping of the AIDS and COVID-19 epidemics.
The last video we watched was 18 minutes (18:53) and had been uploaded September 24, 2019, to YouTube's Talasbuan channel: Couple Living alone in the Swedish wilderness.
Tova and Mathias is living in a cabin in the Swedish wilderness. In this episode we give you a tour of our homestead. We show you how we live and the lay of the land, and of course you will meet the animals.
Usually this is a vlog about our struggles and joys of living off the grid in the forests of JΓ€mtland, Sweden.
My brother thereafter smartly undertook some bed rest; then early into the second half of the noon hour he nipped out to buy some beer before the start of a 1 p.m. NFL game on T.V. (I doubt that he drank any beer during the match.)
Largely due to choosing to launder, I never returned to bed for a nap until (I believe) after 2 p.m. There came a point after some sleep that I was about to change positions to facilitate sleeping further, but it seemed to be getting darker outside.
It was past 4 p.m. Due to having further shopping plans for this evening, as well as blogging here, I opted to rise. My brother was gone, and I was home alone.
My eldest stepson had a 12-hour shift today (6 a.m. to 6 p.m.); his younger brother took off wordlessly while my brother was resting, and the lad has not returned as I type these words at 6:19 p.m., still home alone.
But I am feeling ill slept ─ or at least, I have a very vague eyestrain-type headache.
I didn't want to do any drinking ere my hike, but I am feeling anxious about my financial state and related personal matters. It has been dark for 1½ hours, so if I was feeling more hale and confident, I could easily have already left.
To be frank, I am feeling unsure ... frightened, even. Hell, I would far prefer right now to watch a Christmas movie and get into some drinking. But I want to sit up late this evening with my brother once we are both back home, and watch at least a couple of our shows while doing some drinking then.

The determination was made by me to watch FBI: International ─ episode six ("Fire Starter") of season three.
I intended to watch it downstairs on T.V., but to my surprise my eldest stepson was already home and watching videos on a laptop at the dining table. I would have to watch it here on my bedside computer to avoid drowning out his entertainment.
My source was this VK.com link, and the episode played flawlessly. Meantime, I drank a can each of Cariboo Malt and Bumper Crop Crisp Apple cider (7% alcohol).
I do not feel as unsure nor fearsome now.
I am going to ready and leave on my 5.972-mile hike to Fleetwood's Save-On-Foods. It is 7:40 p.m.
By the way, this morning I discovered that the scroll function no longer functions on my mouse ─ I never fully understood what a fabulous feature it was now that I have to manually move everything up or down the computer screen.
