Things proceeded well this morning. I rose at 4 a.m. as planned, and was away by 6 a.m. on my 5.625-mile round trip hike to do a little grocery shopping at Guildford's Real Canadian Superstore.
It was damp and somewhat chilly out there, but it was deliciously dark.
I even stopped at the elementary school playground maybe three blocks from here for a token set each of pull-ups, chin-ups, and pull-ups between a pair of gymnastics-style rings for totals of 6-3-2 in the three exercises. I now rather wish that I had struggled to add one further pull-up on the rings, but I was just happy to get the exercising in ─ normally I do not allow myself sufficient time because I only rarely leave home ahead of 6 a.m. on these grocery shopping hikes.
The sky proved to be heavy with cloud cover, but there was no rain ─ nor has there been all day despite the sky remaining the same. However, my younger brother in the latter morning said that the weather forecast for tonight and on into tomorrow is lots of rain and wind. So, good it is that I do not have an early a.m. five-mile+ walk planned ─ I will be making the 5.972-mile round trip hike early in the evening to do a little further grocery shopping, this time at Fleetwood's Save-On-Foods.
Once I was back home around 8:20 a.m. this morning from Real Canadian Superstore, I was not up for too much longer, returning to bed well ahead of 9 a.m. before my brother had roused for the morning.
I had begun to decline. It was 10:15 - 10:20 a.m. before I was awake enough to care to be getting up, and I was feeling none too rested ─ I felt in fact very short on sleep. The truth is that I actually rose overnight at 3:53 a.m. after having risen just after 3 a.m. to use the bathroom, for even by then I had found myself annoyingly unable to sleep further. But rising at anything like 3 a.m. and then not being able to leave to shop until 6 a.m. would have been too much recovery time in between ─ I would have begun to decline again and find myself wanting desperately a return to bed.
Anyway, after I had joined my brother in the latter morning for some T.V. and got his release nigh 10:30 a.m. to put our Android TV Box into operation, I tuned in the latest two videos of Odessa Orlewicz.
The first was 53 minutes and had been published two days ago at Rumble's Libertytalkcanada channel: BREAKING: Emails Prove Gates Fdn/NIH/BioNTech Planning Vax BEFORE Plandemic Declared By WHO.
Freedom Of Information Emails Show Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Introduced NIH Official to BioNTech CEO Before "Pandemic" Was Even Declared and “ C19 Vaccine Efforts Were Well Under Way" and Discuss ”Licensing Agreement!!!" I also talk about Democrats FINALLY admitting they let the radical left destroy their chances of being voted in again, and more plans by Bill Gates for under the skin vax implants. I also show an important video put out by the highly respected Catherine Austin Fitts about Trump and RFK Jr win...Please share this one widely. Bill Gates and staff need to go to jail.
That's unfortunate about the Catherine Austin Fitts video ─ I would have liked to have seen it. But although Odessa's video began well enough, she then began reading articles to her viewers.
Odessa can spend entire shows doing just that ─ in fact, she can spend as much as an hour laboriously going through a 10-minute or less article by self-interrupting all the way through and ruining the context of what's she reading by injecting her own sudden thoughts popping into her head.
I can't take it anymore. I cannot follow her readings ... besides which she is not a good narrator. I zone out and might as well not even be in attendance, for I gain nothing. I can, after all, read! Better than her, for she doesn't have my reading vocabulary, especially for more scientific terminology. So I do not appreciate her creating a long, dreary programme out of a single article when she need only give us a link to the article and maybe offer the gist of what it's about.
So as soon as she started reading, I cancelled out of her show. There are so many other videos I want to watch and actually enjoy. Loyalty to a podcaster can only go so far, alas. I am not a captured audience any longer, for it is not my duty to be bored and waste my time gaining nothing from being tediously read to.
As for Catherine Austin Fitts, I bet Odessa had a segment from this 20-minute recent YouTube video: Ex-Top Official Catherine Austin Fitts: Inside Trump’s Victory, RFK Jr., and the Deep State. Maybe I will try and find the time to give it a watch tomorrow if I do not forget about it.
But we did watch the next video of Odessa's that was 41 minutes (41:38) and published yesterday: "You Don't Approve of Mutilating Kids Genitals?" THIS Case Could Set Precedent It's Now Hate Speech.
Don't Like Seeing Children's Body Parts Chopped Off? Like To Say It Out Loud With Concern? Want To Run For Office? In BC, Canada THIS Case Will Set Precedent YOUR Concern Could Be Deemed "HATE SPEECH" & You Can't Run For Politics With YOUR Values...Interview with Barry Neufeld who is going up against the Canadian Cabal soon to try to keep you and me free... Afterward, I foolishly forgot how late the morning was by then (maybe 11:20 a.m.), and I began to play a very long (2:49:36) video I was interested in despite originally intending to play something I had previously recorded.
The long video had been streamed two days ago at Rumble's The Jimmy Dore Show channel: Rumble Time Live w/ Jimmy Dore & Special Guests Roseanne Barr, Dr. Drew, Drea de Matteo & More!
Jimmy piled on several commercials before the show actually began at maybe the 11⅔-minute mark; I cancelled out of it just past the 56-minute mark when my brother opted to head on back to his bedroom for some rest. It was maybe 12:10 p.m. I had jumped through some of the irrelevant pre-show footage.
I was enjoying the show, as was likely my brother. Perhaps tomorrow I will venture resuming it, if nothing much else is lined up by then.
Upon having a fast meal, I was back to bed for a nap just before my brother emerged from his bedroom and probably headed off fairly soon thereafter to catch a bus so he could begin his daily social drinking.
I do not believe that my nap was long; but just as was the case after I had my mid-morning return to bed, I roused from it feeling quite dreadful. This is a state I experience when I am accumulating a sleep deficit. I expect that anon it will result in a crash that finds me spending an unusual period of time in bed one night or else during an afternoon nap.
In that latter scenario, instead of, say, my usual 1½ hours if I am lucky, I will stay down for as long as three hours. And in an overnight scenario, I have very much surprised myself by logging in as many as seven hours, if not a bit more.
We shall see. It may be coming.
Tonight I will be sitting up late having some brews while watching at least a couple of the shows that my brother and I follow in common.
Leading into all of that, I justified a can each of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol) and Cariboo Genuine draft beer (5.5% alcohol) by going downstairs and using our Android TV Box to tune in on T.V. The Guardian ─ season one's episode seven ("Feeding Frenzy").
These episodes are always so darned good, I rather feel some guilt of having deprived my brother of watching them. However, there is not enough viewing time for him to watch everything that I choose to watch ─ his social drinking each day has full priority for him.
Thus, there are numerous shows that I follow on my own as time permits, and which I cannot imagine that he is ever going to be exposed to.
I am feeling a tad depleted, so maybe I will have a lie-down to rest my eyes ere readying for that long hike to Save-On-Foods and back. The store closes at 10 p.m., and right now it is 7:15 p.m., so I have a little time yet as leeway.
I hear it raining outside, by the way.
