Woe

The details now elude me, but I was not to require my cellphone alarm last night, instead checking the time ahead of schedule and rising then.

It was 3:54 a.m. when I looked at the time at the bottom right corner of my computer monitor just as I was set to hobble downstairs and be on my way; once again, my idiot youngest stepson was still up and yapping with someone via his den area computer set-up.

For the second consecutive night there was a cool tint to the air, and I was to find the elementary school playground equipment wet with condensation ─ maybe a little more so than the previous night.

I failed to do as good a job as I should have in wiping a couple of jungle gym monkey bars dry to exercise with, but at least I managed to hit all of my latest bests in the seven sets of pull-ups and chin-ups. In other words, three and then two pull-ups in the first two sets; the same numbers in the next two sets of chin-ups; and a single pull-up in both sets on the gymnastics-style rings.

I finished with a single pull-up between two of the monkey bars, but this was when the lack of thorough drying truly told, for my grip progressively slipped while I was holding a dead hang until I gave up before making a 30-count.

However, I next performed five slow full-range decline push-ups on the cement ramp nearby, and then I returned to the monkey bars and held a dead hang for a 70-count.

If my idiot stepson had properly gone to bed by my return home, I would have challenged my bad right leg with full flat-footed squats, but he foiled me for a second consecutive night.

At least I watered front yard garden plants.

It was likely around 6:15 a.m. again when I got back to bed. I was tired.

When I woke about two hours later, I had been so deeply asleep that I initially did not remember that I had already been out for my exercise. I was alarmed, seeing how light it was outside, and wondering how I could not have heard my alarm. I even had the suspicion that it did chime, but that I just turned it off and fell back into sleep.

But soon enough my well-exercised 75-year-old body's strains made me reconsider what had gone on earlier, and memory returned.

Nevertheless, it was most unusual.

I waited until just after 9 a.m. before I joined my younger brother for some T.V.

At his invitation, I used our Android TV Box to first tune in a 27-minute (27:41) video published May 15 to BitChute's TheSearch4Truth channel: DONALD TRUMPS "WHITE SOUTH AFRICANS" REFUGEE PSYOP & THE CIA'S MANUFACTURED RACE WAR!

And only just now do I see that the video is nearly a month old ─ had I realized it this morning, I would have passed it by.

My next choice was 36 minutes (36:23) and had been published two days ago to Rumble's The Official Corbett Report Rumble Channel: Opting Out of Technocracy - #SolutionsWatch.

SHOW NOTES AND COMMENTS: https://corbettreport.com/opting-out-of-technocracy/

Derrick Broze of The Conscious Resistance joins us today to discuss Chapter 13 of his new documentary, The Pyramid of Power. We talk about what technocracy is, how people can opt out of systems of control, how and why they should start building communities and networks in line with their non-technocratic values and why (sometimes) being a butthead is a good solution.

I followed that with Bergerac ─ season one's episode nine ("Relative Values"). That was a pleasant enough change!

Our final viewing was a movie, but we have over half of it remaining to watch, so I shall say little until we are done with it. Suffice for now that it has thus far relied upon a dark and stormy setting with exaggerated sound effects and unnaturally quiet dialogue ─ except when someone wants to shout or make some other loud vocalization, then that sound is also ridiculously exaggerated.

The movie is poorly produced. As well, I have just run through all seven cast members in Wikipedia, and not one of them is profiled there, even though the movie is from 2011 and at least one of the actors should have had time to develop a following. Say no more?

My brother was to get some bed rest, but I never got in a nap. My wife had today off work, and never went anywhere ─ and is onto me again about helping foot cost of a flight for her to Thailand in late July. She had me too tense to be able to slip into a nap.

So no nap, and no afternoon sunning, although my brother remained home till nearer mid-afternoon than I expected. The afternoon fast grew overcast, so it would not likely have been too profitable for me unless I had gotten an early start on the sunning.

This is a bath day, but I have yet to deal with that. It is presently 6:07 p.m. and my wife is still home, but she is rather dressed up, so I know that she will be going out. Meantime, I am going to take a break from this post until there are further developments.

My wife left within the half hour.

By then I was so out of my routine that I never bothered with my usual exercising, so my bad leg never got any squat challenges today, unfortunately.

I had weighed myself before my wife left, for I wanted to know my weight before eating any supper. Stripped naked, I was easily 178 pounds, and maybe encroaching upon 179 pounds.

I was not to have my bath until after a very light supper, and also a show here on my bedside computer that I enjoyed with a Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol). I watched Severance ─ season two's episode four ("Woe's Hollow").

I wasn't fussy with how the episode was beginning and proceeding in its early stages, but I sure did get caught up in it. And actress Britt Lower ─ what a beauty that woman is!

My source was this Tvids.net link; and even though it played perfectly (although I wish the volume was louder), early on the website birthed a new browser for the Stakes gambling website, hiding the new website behind the one I was using. However, I was expecting this, so I searched it out and shut it down.

Bloody Hell, how does it get so late so damned fast?! It looks like I'll be setting my cellphone alarm for 3:30 a.m. to get me up for my outing ─ 3 a.m. seems a little too early.

Enough blogging. Right now it is 10:17 p.m.
