Another 6 a.m. start to my morning, thanks to my cellphone alarm. I dressed, and for the first time this year, I watered the front yard garden areas.
That took well over half an hour. Only then did I have a mug of instant coffee that would be washing down an aspirin.
Around 7:45 a.m. I went out to the backyard tool shed for the usual strenuous but pathetic single repetition in all six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups before dealing with the squat work to strengthen my crippled right leg.
I suppose my younger brother emerged from his bedroom for the morning around 8:15 a.m.
I joined him at the T.V. ahead of 9:10 a.m. and immediately got asked to take on my role as Android TV Box operator.
Using our T95Q Android 9 TV Box, I led off with a 19-minute (19:46) video uploaded earlier today to YouTube's PortuguesePai channel: “POLITICAL MALPRACTICE” Carney’s Authoritarian Streak called out by Ottawa and the US.
That was followed with an 11-minute (11:07) video published earlier today to Rumble's TheWarAgainstYou channel: Italy Shocks World! 200 MOSSAD SPIES OUSTED. 20 Year Military Partnership Canceled.
Italy has just made a dramatic move that could reshape global intelligence alliances overnight. In a stunning decision, Rome suspended a 20-year defense agreement with Israel, exposing what may be a vast covert network operating across Europe.
Reports suggest up to 200 operatives could now be at risk as intelligence ties unravel.

This video breaks down the political, military, and moral triggers behind Italy’s decision—from Lebanon to the Vatican to rising tensions with Iran. Is this the beginning of a larger shift across Europe?
Apparently the video was first published or uploaded elsewhere on April 15.
And because my brother requested a second episode of the show I next tuned in, we watched nothing further. The show was Reacher ─ episodes five ("No Apologies") and six ("Papier") of season one.
My brother then returned to his bedroom for further bed rest, and I was back to bed for a nap at precisely noon, remaining there till something like 1:18 p.m., if I am remembering correctly. Already, though, my brother had left for a bus to take him social drinking.
The day was fairly sunny, but apart from watering my wife's backyard garden plants shortly after my nap, I stayed inside.
I later had a light exercise session in my wife's vacant bedroom, but I did not tackle that until maybe 3:45 p.m. because I was unsure if she would be showing up before leaving to work the latter part of the day at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time. Her usual routine is to take off somewhere late Wednesday afternoon and return home fairly early in the afternoon on Friday, then leave soon after 3 p.m. to go to work.
But she didn't show up. I had to wait before exercising until I was certain that she was not going to interrupt me. My bedroom is too small and cluttered with things ─ there is no exercise room here.
I have since eaten. And now at 5:58 p.m., I am just about set to watch my usual three T.V. shows here on my bedside computer while doing a little drinking.
I will finish up this post later in the evening.

With considerable delight, my first show ─ I wish it had been my third, for I knew it would top 'em all ─ was Friday Night Lights. This time, episode 17 ("I Think We Should Have Sex") of season one. My source was at M4uFree.cx.
I thought that the episode was powerful, and at least once my eyes burned from emotion, regardless of the can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol).
The show was done by 7:05 p.m.
My second beer was dedicated to Sight Unseen ─ the premiere episode ("Runaway Bride") of season two. Again, my source was at M4uFree.cx.
Yes, it was enjoyably interesting, but it was no Friday Night Lights.
I felt extremely weary during the episode ─ probably attributable to my last meal, which was somewhat heavy on the carbohydrates. I even considered the feasibility of making the show my last for the evening, but it's too damned early. Sight Unseen was done by 8:06 p.m. ─ far too early.
A bigger reason than some fatigue or lassitude was that I did not feel myself able to finish up my evening with the third show on my roster or playlist. It was The Handmaid's Tale ─ episode seven ("Home") of season four. My source this time was at TVSeries.video.
It was definitely intensely dramatic. Once I was even emotionally touched. But I just do not like watching actress Elisabeth Moss as June ─ she looks ugly to me, especially in those closeups of her almost daemonic buggy eyes. I wish that there was a more appealing actress ─ one that actually attracted me, which Elisabeth Moss just does not do.
I had a glass of about a dozen ounces of Copper Moon Shiraz wine (13% alcohol) to enhance the show with, and I have absolutely no doubt that it helped with that.
I was left wondering if June's assessment of Serena is accurate? I could see the Tuello character falling for her if he has no sex life, 'cause the tall woman (i.e., actress Yvonne Strahovski) is hot.
The episode was done by 9:09 pm.
My brother had returned home at some point during the episode.
At present it is 10:05 p.m. I have brushed my teeth, and my wife is newly home from work. She has asked for me to 'loan' her my box (formerly four litres) of red wine ─ which I am delighted to do, for I am done now until later tomorrow evening.
I shall now proofread and publish this post. Heck, maybe I will be to bed before 11 p.m.!
