Ever the weak fool, instead of going to bed last night after my younger brother and I finished watching our T.V. shows for the night, I may have fed upon dissolution until as late as 4 a.m.
Today has not been top drawer.
I suspect that temperatures this overcast day have remained just above the freezing level, and it seems to me that at least in the morning, there was the faintest of mist falling. After my brother had left to pick up his girlfriend Bev at 10 a.m. to drive her to work, I noticed this vaguest falling mist when I went out to the backyard tool shed to essay six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups.
I had first weighed myself precisely dressed as I would be for those six sets, and for the third consecutive day I registered around 190 pounds.
And although I seem now to be feeling the increasing strain of this activity which I have performed on a daily basis for possibly an unbroken week or more ─ my left arm is especially evincing the wear ─ I succeeded repetitions in those sets as follows: 5 - 2 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 2.
The first pair of sets are true overhand pull-ups; the second pair are true underhand chin-ups; and the final pair of sets are pull-ups performed with my two hands gripping a pair of bars such that the palms are facing one another.
So really, the six sets comprise three somewhat different variations of the same type of exercise.
Awhile later after my brother was back home, we watched some T.V. via our Android TV Box, beginning with Christopher James Pritchard's upload to Rumble yesterday: These Truths Insure Mass Arrests.

I also played a 43-minute upload to Rumble yesterday by 'We The People - Constitutional Conventions': Premier Danielle Smith office and Dallas discuss Alberta sovereignty act.
I thought that Dallas Hills was to actually be interviewing Danielle Smith, but that was most emphatically not so. And since the video description that is offered is so meandering and lengthy, I am not going to reproduce it here.
I have to agree with my brother to a considerable degree ─ he opined that all Dallas does is rant, offering nothing of substance as a solution that is not more than vague generalization.
At least we have a sense of what Christopher is doing in the fight ─ Dallas seems to be intent on being alienated from everyone else that we know of who are considered 'freedom fighters'.
I don't think I will bother tuning in any more of Dallas's rants.
I am going to bring this post to a close because I think that I ought to hike the mile or so over to my financial institution's ATM and withdraw most of the $400 that my wife transferred to my chequing account yesterday. I am concerned that she may go astray after she finishes work later this evening at the Thai restaurant where she is employed, and end up going to the casino near the restaurant and gamble away the money.
She is a gambling addict.
I understand addiction, if not that specific form. And having that understanding, I am able to easily enough forgive her, but I have to withhold blind trust ─ it is saner and safer to just remove temptation from her.
Incidentally, I noticed near afternoon's end that it might actually be very lightly raining ─ or else I am hearing some snow melting out there.
