Spring Has Sprung This Evening

Bedtime last evening was just ahead of 9:30 p.m., with my cellphone alarm set for 1:30 a.m. to get me up to ready for a five-mile+ walk.

I was to see that my eldest stepson was still up, but we never saw one another, and I believe that I was able to get away unnoticed.

I should mention that around 12:39 a.m. I was in need of urinary release, and thereafter I slept no further. I have no idea how long I had lain in bed resisting the urinary urge before surrendering.

Fully clothed ─ even without the sweater that I should have worn beneath my denim jacket ─ I weighed 188 or 189 pounds, but knowing that was not to matter. When I was approaching the elementary school where I exercise in one of its playgrounds, I saw a Paladin Security car parked and one of the guards patrolling with a flashlight, so I had to dispense with a stop there and hope to exercise later in the morning at home when my younger brother left well past 10 a.m. to go and pick up his girlfriend Bev and drive her to work.

I recall nothing much else worth mentioning concerning the walk. I had left home at 2:19 a.m. and was back at 4:09 a.m., so I made decent time. And of course, my eldest stepson had gone to bed.

I now forget when it was that I returned to bed, but I feel that it was after 6 a.m. And I believe that I was up for the morning fairly near 8:30 a.m.

My brother soon followed.

When we got together around 9:15 a.m. for some television, I used our Android TV Box to tune in Odessa Orlewicz's video of yesterday, and which was not too much shy of 1¼ hours (1:10:45): Interview With Ex Ontario MPP About Government Corruption & His Pending Case.

Odessa interviews Randy Hillier who was a Canadian MPP in Ontario during the "covid" lockdowns. He speaks about rampant corruption to the highest bidder/lobbyists within the Canadian government, and the fraudulent case against him for a so called "assault" that did not happen as proven by the video we show in today's episode. The fake case against him could result in years of prison time if the courts and police don't stop their collusion in time. Join us for this important conversation about the fallen state of Canada...

It was a very good interview, but Randy's advice is nothing that I can follow.

My brother left towards the conclusion of the video ─ there were just under 10 minutes remaining. He left later than he usually does ─ in this instance, around 10:20 - 10:25 a.m., saying that he would be gone longer than normal because he had promised that he was going to pick up someone else as well and take him to get a new car battery or something like that.

I had my backyard tool shed exercise; and late in the morning I had my day's first meal. And when he was still not back at noon, I watched what remained of the video that I had paused for his benefit.

Then around 12:30 p.m. I sought a nap. I rose once for urinary relief; but other than that, I was abed for about two hours this sunny day (Spring arrived this evening ─ 8:06 p.m.).

If my brother returned home briefly to change clothes or anything like that, I know nothing of it.

I was not to benefit from any sunshine today ─ a bath day, by the way.

My eldest stepson brought me two pieces of pizza in the latter afternoon, so that probably comprised the main part of my supper. Despite my bath, I want to try and have an evening walk ─ whether or not it includes a shopping destination.

It is already just past 7 p.m., so I am considering this post concluded. It will be a late evening of T.V.-watching with my brother once we are both home, and I will also be indulging in two or three cans of Cariboo Malt (8% alcohol).
