A 7:15 P.M. Arrival

At the sounding of my 3 a.m. cellphone alarm, I rose to turn it off, but I had no resolve to dress and go for an outing. Besides, it was raining.

So I reset the alarm for 6 a.m. and returned to bed. At least I would be having some backyard tool shed exercising shortly before 8 a.m. once it was daylight and I could see in there.

I am going to ensure I get out in the coming early a.m. because I want to deposit the monthly expenses reconciliation cheque my brother left out for me a few days ago. It's only $219.44, but I feel myself to be in a rather dire fix financially.

I will say no more than that.

I have not begun this post until early in the evening, and the primary cause of that was my involvement in seeking a specific episode of an Australian T.V. series. Ultimately I had to download uTorrent Web and then download a torrent file containing all 22 or 23 episodes of the first season.

But the whole process took me time. As well, this was a bath day, so that required another 50 minutes or maybe more. There was to be no latter afternoon light exercising in my wife's vacant bedroom.

My younger brother emerged from his bedroom around 8:50 - 8:55 a.m. this morning, so he got possession of the T.V. Even though I joined him 15 or so minutes later, I still had to wait until at least 9:15 a.m. before he passed control of the T.V. over to me so that I could operate our Android TV Box.

We were to watch a 25-second video on a Rumble channel that proved pointless, so I tried a video on a BitChute channel, but the clown hosting it was stretching ludicrously hard to create connections for the conspiracy he was trying to spin, so we cancelled out of that one.

I settled on playing the second half or so of a movie we had suspended watching a couple of mornings ago because my brother had wanted to return to his bedroom for further rest.

The movie was 1983's Among the Cinders. I had downloaded the movie some months ago, so I now cannot pinpoint my source. However, I see that it is presently available at YouTube's Oceanic Oddities- Australian & NZ Film channel: Among the Cinders (1983 New Zealand Movie).

The movie was okay ─ quaint, as I like to say. A feature I didn't like was how it would just skip ahead in its timeline.

How unfortunate that an absolutely gorgeous young actress who played a young teen girl interested in ─ and aggressively pursuing ─ the main Nick character, seems never to have acted again. Her physique appeared awesomely developed! Her name was Amanda Jones.

I had downloaded the movie because of my interest in actress Rebecca Gibney who was so young in this movie ─ probably 19 ─ that I could barely recognize her.

This was to be all that we watched, for barely past 11 a.m. my brother announced his return to his bedroom for more bed rest.

Right now it is 7:51 p.m. and I want to watch at least one show here on my bedside computer while enjoying a can of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol).

Note that at just about 7:15 p.m. Bev called to me that a package had arrived for me ─ it was supposed to come tomorrow, but I now have our brand new Android 14 TV Box!

I was able to watch The Rookie ─ episode 14 ("Mad About Murder") of season seven. My source was this uFLIX.to link.

Very enjoyable!

It probably finished around 8:40 p.m., and I discovered that my wife had come home at some point.

I am going to get to bed well before 10 p.m. because all week I have had no success getting up at 3 a.m. by retiring for the night after 10 p.m. Nor does it help having a bit too much alcohol ─ I will stick to the one beer.

My brother got home shortly after 9 p.m.

Right now it is 9:33 p.m., so I am going to wrap things up and sack out very shortly.
