My wilful vile behaviour manifested itself last night, preventing me from going to bed until after 3:30 a.m. This is abominable, and I wish God would grasp my outreaching hand and pull me from this foul mire that is my present lot in life.
Somehow, though, this morning at 7:21 a.m. or so, I checked the time and felt that it might still be possible to have some backyard tool shed exercises, since I still had about a half hour in which to normalize sufficiently for the engagement.
And so it was, despite my self-loathing. However, I only managed a single repetition in all six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups. But at least I was keeping my body familiar with the activity; and the squat work for my damaged right knee is crucial to maintain.
My younger brother was already watching T.V. when I came back into the house, but I waited until just past 9 a.m. before I joined him for some morning T.V.
At his invitation to put our old T95X [it is actually T95Q] Android 9 TV Box to work, I led us off with a 16-minute (16:38) video uploaded yesterday to YouTube's AnitaK channel: Canada, You're Basically India Now!
Next were the latest two shorts from YouTube's Tajana Cekic channel:
- Liberals are actually horny for oppression (2:24) Uploaded two days ago
I honestly think liberals are horny for oppression. So they make up problems that aren’t real or caused by their own doing. Please stop being weird and so radicalized it’s cringy.
- Did you know that there two types of parasites (2:58) Uploaded yesterday
Have you been doing Parasite Cleanses wrong?
It’s a new year and if you own a pet, eat pork or travel globally, its time to reset your body.
My favorite comprehensive medical grade cleanse is from The Wellness Company. The key ingredients are Iverm*ctin and Mebendaz*le which are proven to get rid of both Protozoa (single-celled parasites) and Helminths (worms).
✅ 18 mg (compared to 12mg like other lesser quality options)
✅ 84 capsules
✅ 4 cycles of use

I followed those with a 12-minute (12:39) video published earlier today at Rumble's Truths Unlimited channel: From Greenland to Housing Cartels, President Trump is dismantling 80 yrs of imperial control.

I did not get to watch much of the above video because my wife ─ who had a full workday at the Thai restaurant where she is employed part-time ─ had just finished showering and called to me to come upstairs.
She claimed that she needed an emergency Interac e-Transfer of $200 to cover an imminent car insurance payment. She first, though, gave me $150 cash and only asked that I transfer that much, but I guess she then quickly re-thought and went for an extra $50.
She needed it now, so I had to go to my computer and do the banking transaction online.
She was to leave on her rather long drive to work while I was standing and trying to locate a working link for the next show my brother and I were to watch.
That one was Chicago Fire ─ episode 17 ("The First Symptom") of season 11.
Always a good show!
And we finished up with something just over 38 minutes of an old movie before my brother took his leave to return to his bedroom for further bed rest.
That left me to fix up my day's first meal, which I ate here at my bedside computer. I never sought my nap until around 1:30 p.m., and ended up being abed for at least two hours.
Since this was a bath day, that left me scant time for exercising, so all I did was some abdominal work in my wife's vacant bedroom. I never tackled the bath until just past 6 p.m.
Right now it is 7:40 p.m. and I have a strong hankering for some drink, so I am going to break from this post to watch a couple of shows here on my computer and enjoy as many cans of Cariboo Malt (7.9% alcohol).
⚪⚪⚪⚪⚪⚪
My first selection was Midnight, Texas ─ episode seven ("Resting Witch Face") of season two. My source was this CineGo.co link.
I know that my brother and I watched the episode one evening years back, but we were undoubtedly both drunk. It is almost like watching it 'brand new'. I just do not recall if we actually watched the entire series.
And the beauty and physiques of actresses Parisa Fitz-Henley and Jaime Ray Newman ─ absolutely devastating to me! It is astounding what cinema can do to enhance the allure of some people.
Next I watched The Carrie Diaries ─ episode four ("Borderline") of season two. Since I fared so well with the website for the episode of Midnight, Texas, I successfully relied upon another CineGo.co link.
And that second beer ... but the buzz did not seem adequate.
Upon pouring virtually the last eight ounces of Mission Ridge Premium Red Wine (13% alcohol) from the four-litre box I bought a few weeks back, I tuned in Wynonna Earp ─ episode 11 ("Better Dig Two") of season two. My source ─ again ─ was a CineGo.co link.
So ... just one more episode of the series remains. Interesting ─ I cannot imagine a working resolution.
But I still needed more booze life ... or oppression of my senses or emotions, if not actually an exacerbating heightening.
I left off with the ill-named sitcom Entourage ─ episode two ("The Review") of the first season. My source this tie was this Tvids.net link.
I recognized Jessica Alba as being lauded, but I saw nothing I knew of featuring Married with Children's "Bud" David Faustino. I am not going to bother linking to all of these ─ look 'em up for yourself.
I still have the series in low esteem, but I sure do love gorgeous young and even older women to look at.
I have to call it quits for the night. I still have to brush my teeth and begin closing down numerous tabs and browsers. It is already after midnight ─ right now it is 12;05 a.m.
I am sick of everything.
