πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠ Another Fall

I believe that I failed to allow myself four full hours of time abed last night ere my 1:45 a.m. cellphone alarm sounded, rousing me from some sleep to begin readying for my five-mile walk.

I soon discovered that my eldest stepson was still up, but I likely managed to get away unnoticed ─ it was probably 2:17 a.m. by then.

I made my usual stop early into the walk at an elementary school playground where I engaged six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups. I removed my jacket for the exercise, but still only managed four repetitions in the first set, and two in each of the others. I struggled completing the second pull-up in each of the last two sets, but mostly held myself in the elevation position of the final repetition for a fairly fast 10-count.

There was a lot of light cloud in the sky, and the night air was cool. The cloud served to make visibility better than usual, reflecting sufficient light to reduce the darkness.

I refrained from any jogging.

Approximately 1½ miles from home during my return, as I was walking Green Timbers Way (Google Map) towards 140th Street, I was crossing the road to its 'lower' side where the Surrey Nature Centre Parking is indicated and could see far down the road on that same side, what appeared to be two people walking my way.

I always do my best to avoid people; and there was no reason that two people should be out walking that stretch of road at something like 3:45 a.m. There was nothing in back of me from where I had come ─ just 96th Avenue and forest on both sides of that avenue.

I was unable to tell if the pair had a dog ─ possibly large and / or unfriendly ─ with them.

So when I got to the Surrey Nature Centre area, I detoured into the darkness there to avoid the slow oncomers.

It was a tad eerie initially because the area back there is unlit, but the map shows the outline of what is almost a lane, but is really a visitor's well-developed walkway. I had not before used it, though. So I carefully followed it to where the map appears to indicate that it makes a u-turn of sorts and comes back out on Green Timbers Way.

But what the map does not show is that at that u-turn, there is a clear trail that takes one to Fraser Highway, coming out just before the creek shown on that map.

Since I was intending to take to the Fraser Highway at 140th Street anyway, this was perfect for me. The exploration had merely cost me a few minutes.

In fact, I was back home outside the locked front door at 4:17 a.m., just about precisely an hour after I had left home.

The house was in darkness, and I likely did not return to bed until at least 5:30 a.m.

How uncomfortable I was! No position was easy to endure for more than a minute or two ─ I could not properly relax into sleep. Eventually some sleep came, but it cost me time ─ before I realized it, the morning had advanced past 9 a.m., and my younger brother had been up some while watching T.V.

Usually, I take over around 9 a.m. and put our Android TV Box to work; but this morning, I never joined him until something like 9:30 a.m.

We were to only watch two videos.

The first was 46 minutes long, and had been uploaded to Rumble's GreerJournal channel on May 20: Why the COVID “mRNA” vaccines are actually DNA gene therapies that must be removed from the market.

Sucharit Bhakdi, MD and molecular biologist named Kevin McKernan discuss how the so-called messenger RNA COVID vaccines are actually DNA gene therapies

I would love to forward that video, but nobody I know who ought to know the information has the inquisitiveness nor education to fathom enough of the content to sustain any initial interest that may potentially exist.

The second video was an hour long, and uploaded just today to Rumble's mariazeee channel: ZEROTIME: Professor Ian Plimer - Climate Change DEBUNKED!

Councils aligned with the globalist agenda around the world are working overtime to ban gas in the name of "climate change" while systematically destroying reliable energy production, which will mean people will not have enough energy to heat their homes, cook their food, and more.

Meanwhile, the attack on CO2, the gas of life which is critical to our existence, is going to have devastating impacts on all living beings.

Australian geologist and professor emeritus at the University of Melbourne Professor Ian Plimer joins us to completely debunk the entire climate change narrative.

There was a lot of interest in this video for my brother and I, for what is enacted in one Western country in the present is going to be thrust upon other countries in short order. All governments are doing the bidding in virtual unison of 'higher authorities'.

Okay, I took a vile break after typing that last paragraph above, and the preoccupation took me through till after 8 p.m. ─ I have neither the time nor heart to blog further today.

To Have and to Hold

While awaiting my younger brother's arrival home in the latter evening yesterday, among other things I watched an episode of Batwoman ─ this time it was season two's episode nine ("Rule #1").

It can be quite annoying when my brother fails to show up until long past 10 p.m. ─ it very much cuts down on the exposure we are getting to the T.V. series that we follow in common via our Android TV Box.

All we were to watch were an episode of The Outpost ─ this time, season one's episode five ("Bones to Pick"); and then an old movie in the British series Edgar Wallace Mysteries.

I have slowly been getting us chronologically through the series, so last evening I tuned in July 1963's To Have and to Hold.

I get so fed up with my brother's drunken ramblings during so many of our shows, causing me to fail to comprehend key elements because of his besotted drivellings that drown out important conversations in the shows.

For example, I barely understood in The Outpost that General Calkussar may have actually allowed his own little girl to be murdered / executed years before in the stead of a princess whom he raised as that daughter, and who is thus regarded as Lady Gwynn Calkussar. If it was known that she was actually the princess, she would be killed.

She evidently full well knows her origin.

Or at least, that was what I thought I was managing to hear under my brother's blathering nonsense.

Then in To Have and to Hold, "Claudia", a woman supposedly murdered, and who a police detective had fallen in love with, is later discovered by him to be alive ─ it was actually her twin who had been murdered.

Well, she starts to explain her role in the subterfuge whereby her husband murdered her sister in their apartment, and then he headed away to another part of the country while Claudia gave him an alibi by contacting the police and claiming that some man from her past was stalking her ─ she wanted police to come and help her feel protected, or at least speak with her in person.

By initiating this contact with the police, she would of course be on record as being alive, and her husband would be on record as being out of town.

But then my brother's idle droning about some incident he experienced earlier in the day completely obfuscated how Claudia justified to her detective 'love interest', exactly why she went along with her husband's plan to delay discovery of 'her' death so that he would not be a suspect.

And why adopt the identity of her dead twin?

I gathered that by delaying the discovery of 'her' body ─ and by having on police record that she was alive, well, and entirely home alone during the time her husband was away ─ her husband would largely evade suspicion as being a prime suspect in her murder. However, I was entirely denied the explanation ─ if it was given ─ of what the purpose of her (Claudia's) death was, and why she was part of the scheme to kill her own sister and have it believed that it was actually she who was dead.

I understood nothing of this ─ my idiot brother would not shut up. Why was the twin killed? I still have no bloody idea! Basically, I watched the movie and was utterly robbed of this crucial information.

The time is coming when I am going to quit watching evening T.V. with my besotted brother. I am better off just letting him come home to sit alone in the darkened living room to drink by himself and pass out. I sure as hell get little benefit out of his drunken persona's company.

Should you be curious, my source for the movie was this link at OK.ru.

When I got together this morning with my sober brother for some T.V. via our Android TV Box, at 9 a.m. I led us off with this half hour upload of yesterday to Rumble's Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson channel: Laura-Lynn on The Power of One Desperate Housewife.

Prepare to laugh and be inspired!
Today we share Laura-Lynn’s teaching at The Great Canadian Awakening, on the story of Jael from the book of Judges.
Laura Lynn brings the light of God’s Truth to expose the lies being spread by the evil doers and their spheres of influence. “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places”. Ephesians 6:12

Then I tuned in a 1½-hour (1:29:07) upload of early today to Rumble's Sunfellow On COVID-19 channel: Former CBC Journalist Marianne Klowak Describes The Astonishing Decline Of Journalism In Canada.

Marianne Klowak, an esteemed expert witness and former CBC reporter, offers an invaluable perspective on the deterioration of journalistic standards within CBC following the announcement of the COVID-19 pandemic.

With over 30 years of experience in the field, Marianne provides an insightful analysis of the profound changes that have taken place within CBC's journalistic practices. She sheds light on the factors that have contributed to the degradation of standards and raises important questions about the integrity and objectivity of news reporting.

In this thought-provoking discussion, Marianne delves into the impact of the pandemic on CBC's approach to journalism and highlights the need for a reevaluation of media practices. Her firsthand experiences and observations offer a unique insight into the evolving landscape of news reporting.

Please refer to the video link for a far fuller description.

The last item we watched was postponed around 12:30 p.m. with nigh 40 minutes to go ─ I had previously downloaded it onto a flash or thumb drive, so there will be no issue continuing precisely where we left off ─ perhaps tomorrow. I will not identify the video until it has been fully watched.

My brother had some bed rest before leaving for the day to socialize. I had not yet engaged a nap when he left; but when I did nap, it ran later into the afternoon than I liked.

As a result, I was not out to the backyard to sun until 2:54 p.m. Due to this late start, I only spent 1¼ hours doing so.

In the past two or three weeks, I have come to realize that my arms are thinning, yet I have sagging and wrinkled / dimpled skin betokening age-related muscle and collagen loss.

This led me this early afternoon to engage a session of BFR (blood flow restriction) exercising ─ specifically four sets of curls with a fairly light dumbbell. I probably have not used the elasticized bands in probably over a year. Clearly, just relying upon pull-ups and chin-ups has been a big fail. Heck, I even have grown weaker and unable to achieve repetition totals that were possible some months back.

Even after I spent about 15 minutes doing the curls with the bands on my upper arms, I kept them on while I did some other simpler exercising for the benefit of my knees, as well as my calves and maybe my thighs. So overall, the bands may have been on my arms for a half hour.

I still have some of the pump that I experienced, so I am going to see about incorporating some BFR exercising on a daily basis in a bid to flesh out my arms once more.

I had not noticed my sagging skin and emaciated-looking arms because I have been wearing fleece tops and sweaters until relatively recently. With the warm weather here, I have begun dressing down and thus became aware of my deterioration.

I had considered getting out into the latter evening for a walk and some shopping, but I have undergone a considerable decline and will instead get to bed relatively early this evening so that I can rise at 1:45 a.m. to ready for a five-mile walk.

My brother is on his own tonight.

The New World Order Is Coming

Last evening's 5.625-mile round trip hike to Real Canadian Superstore over towards Guildford did take place, but it was only after mid-afternoon today that it occurred to me that I had forgotten to buy one of the two main items I had intended to buy.

Possibly my encounter with a skunk approximately a half mile before I got to the store helped override whatever recollection of that intention may have been with me. I came upon the wee beast perhaps a third of my way 'up' 145th Street as I ascended it from 101st Avenue (Google Map) on my way to 103rd Avenue. The skunk was just off the left edge of the laneless narrow street ─ homes line that side, while forest lines the other.

Initially I considered trying to bypass the animal, but I decided that the street was just too narrow ─ if the skunk let fly its stink, I would be toast. I did make a tentative effort to enter the forest and bypass the animal, but it was just too dark and I was not certain that the witless skunk mightn't decide to venture directly into the forest and intercept me.

So I returned to the street, and was surprised to see no sign of the skunk. I then proceeded cautiously, but got safely past the area where it had been, and saw no indication of it whatsoever. Maybe it really did go into the forest, and we would have intercepted one another after all?

Anyway, I left here on the hike a little past 9:20 p.m., and was back by 11:50 p.m. My younger brother had come home after I had gone, and was conscious ─ I do not know about earlier.

I decided to have a can of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I try to keep in stock, and join him for some T.V. At midnight he invited me to tune in something short via our Android TV Box, so I found us an episode of My Familyseason (or series) two's episode two ("The Unkindest Cut").

We are slowly working our way through the entire series.

This morning when we got together for more T.V., just after 9 a.m. I used our Android TV Box to tune in a 21-minute addition just yesterday to Rumble's Bright Light News channel that proved of considerable interest: [INTERVIEW] The New World Order Is Coming Fast -Rocco Galati, Constitutional Lawyer.

Through decades of lawsuits taking on the Canadian govt and globalization treaties, like the tried-and-failed Multilateral Agreement on Investment involving 25 OECD countries and the European Commission, constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati saw the roadmap of centralized control for the world early on.

These experiences helped Galati see through "Covid-1984" early on and shape his belief that we are well on the road to global fascism via the New World Order.

My brother had to leave to pick up his girlfriend Bev at 10 a.m. to drive her to work, so I went along in order to resupply myself with another four dozen cans of the malt.

We were afterwards to watch a 1¾-hour (1:48:11) addition of two days ago to Rumble's TammyCuthbertGarcia channel that fairly quickly became very interesting: Danielle Pistilli & Alicia Johnson - The Hidden Healthcare Crisis SOS.

Today on the Naturally Inspired Podcast Danielle Pistilli and Alicia Johnson are joining us.
.
Danielle and Alicia are community organizers. They have spearheaded the world freedom rally’s, been bold spokes people for  health freedom and are tremendous advocates for health care workers.
.
Together Danielle and Alicia have produced a new documentary called the hidden healthcare crisis.
.
A film that brings attention to the unjustified firing of unvaccinated health care workers in British Columbia.
.
These two powerful and courageous women are making sacrifices and taking the hits along the way to bring light to the injustices they see in our world today.
.
They told me that they are “just moms” but I think you’ll find like I did that they are talented, honest and fiercely dedicated to doing what is right which is deeply inspiring.
I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed talking with them.

I did not realize that I would quickly recognize Alicia Johnson as being one of Odessa Orlewicz's circle of friends. In fact, I had no idea that the two guests were from my province of British Columbia ─ I merely opted to choose any latest video of Tammy Cuthbert Garcia.

I think that even my brother enjoyed the long interview.

Thereafter, since it was at least 11:45 a.m., I decided to just play a sitcom, so I selected an episode of The Last O.G. ─ this time it was season three's episode three ("Ballin").

My brother seems to enjoy the series more than I do.

Once that show concluded, my brother sought some bed rest before heading away for the day. I fixed up my day's first meal and ate it, and had still not gotten back to bed for my usual early afternoon nap before he was all set to leave.

I didn't spend more than an approximate hour in bed; and then by 2:16 p.m. I was beginning 1½ hours or so of backyard sunning.

I will be sitting up late this evening to watch shows with my brother once he is back home again; and of course, I will be having a couple of cans of malt, but I will not start on those any earlier than 9:50 p.m.

I have no overnight plans except to remain in bed.

Jonestown Death Tape

My evening is already well upon me, and I hope yet to get out this evening on a hike / grocery shopping expedition, so I cannot spend overlong on this post.

I never even sunned today ─ it was a bath day, so I gave the bath the priority.

What a loss last evening was. Yes, I sat up late in order to have two cans of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I am almost without (I only have four cans remaining), and to watch some T.V. with my younger brother once he arrived home in the latter evening following his daily socializing.

But that latter activity ─ the shows I intended to watch with my brother ─ never happened. The drunken fool never showed up until something like 11:45 p.m., by which time I was already here in my bedroom at my computer which I keep here.

So upon hearing him enter the house, I shut my bedroom door and was soon enough to bed. I wanted nothing to do with him.

Due to how quickly I had consumed the beer, I probably rose little more than an hour later to use the bathroom, and I could see downstairs to the living room that he was passed out in his chair, the T.V. playing. I have no idea how late he remained there.

At least I did watch a few programmes on my own. For one, I finished watching an opera that had been uploaded to BitChute's Adaneth_Arts channel way back on October 18, 2019. It took me four sittings to get through the whole production, for it was over 2½ hours long (2:37:03): Aida | Metropolitan Opera House (1988).

To be perfectly honest, I only watched it to be able to say that I had. I of course had heard of the opera before, but I knew absolutely nothing about it. Heck, only now did I read the "backstory" giving the briefest outline of what it was about.

So I had no idea whatsoever was going on. Sure, I did recognize that it appeared to be taking place in an ancient Egypt capital city, and there was an act (the second of four?) that apparently involved the parading of a slew of Black captives, of which one of the two central female characters was evidently derived from.

I could also tell that a central male character was obviously romantically involved with her and the other woman.

However, even though they could all sing magnificently, I felt no attraction for any of them. Neither of the two women were delightfully fit young beauties ─ rather, they were both verging on portliness; and the Black woman ─ who I see now portrayed Aida, the princess of the captive people ─ was getting on in age.

And I have just referred to Wikipedia. The singer playing Aida was Aprile Millo who would have had her 30th birthday in 1988 when the opera apparently took place. Honestly, she did look older.

The other female singer was Dolora Zajick, who would have had her 36th birthday in 1988.

Both were fabulous singers ... but not what I look for in leading ladies. I felt no attraction to them; and as a result, the opera story as was being played out was of no import to me.

I suppose that if I had read the opera plot before watching it all, maybe that might have made some difference.

I was also to finish watching a 1½-hour (1:34:15) interview posted to YouTube back on June 24, 2021, featuring an exceptionally powerful and fit young woman I have come to appreciate very much ─ I wish that someone like her could have become part of my younger life: Dani Speegle Invictus Mindset Podcast | CrossFit Invictus.

Host Bryce Smith sits down with CrossFit Games athlete Dani Speegle to discuss the power of authenticity and the importance of being human. They peel back the layers of vulnerability and unpack the resilience Dani experienced in the face of adversity through overcoming challenging relationships, a major shoulder injury, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout life's many challenges, Dani always expresses the utmost enthusiasm and through her training, lifestyle, and platforms truly inspires and empowers women to be unapologetically themselves. This is an episode you do not want to miss as Bryce sits down with Dani a few days before she takes on the West Coast Classic in Las Vegas to earn another trip to the CrossFit Games.

I remember watching her in The Titan Games episode that they bring up, but I had not heard of her at the time ─ maybe that was when I first started to become aware of the fabulous woman.

Anyway, I had begun watching the interview the previous day, I think, so I finished it up last evening.

I wish that I could have known that my brother was going to come home so damned late ─ I would have gone to bed earlier than I did and thereby have had a useful day today. This shopping hike later this evening would have been unnecessary.

Also, I have not felt all that hale today, and I have had absolutely no exercise, either.

This morning I did watch some T.V. with my brother, via our Android TV Box. We were only to watch two videos for he bowed out at 11:20 a.m. to seek bed rest ─ he cannot seem to get away fast or early enough these days to get immersed into his daily 'socializing'.

I am not expecting him home until well into the latter half of the evening, so I believe myself well able to delay my walk until towards 9:30 p.m. when it will have become comfortably dark enough for me ─ I hate being abroad in the light of day when the world is so damned busy, even on a Sunday.

The first video I tuned in this morning was uploaded to Rumble's Vaccine Choice Canada channel yesterday, and exceeded an hour (1:05:28): ENG SUBTITLES Polly Tommey Sharing the Truth About Vaccine Injury.

Polly Tommey is the producer of the groundbreaking films Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe and Vaxxed II: The People’s Truth.
The story of her vaccine injured son Billy is featured in the film Vaxxed. She founded the Autism Trust in both the UK and USA, and is the director of programming at the Children’s Health Defenses’s CHD-TV. Polly has committed her life to sharing the truth about vaccine injury.

Find Polly at: https://childrenshealthdefense.org/authors/polly-tommey/

It was a very interesting interview ─ I know of Polly, but I did not know her background.

I had previously downloaded the second video (44½ minutes) to a flash or thumb drive, originally getting it from a July 4, 2020, addition to BitChute's bluedemon218 channel: Jonestown Death Tape (FBI No. Q042).

A 44-minute cassette tape, known as the "death tape" records part of the meeting Jones called inside the pavilion in the early evening of November 18, 1978. When the assembly gathered, referring to the Ryan delegation's air travel back to Georgetown, Jones told the gathering:

"One of those people on that plane is gonna shoot the pilot, I know that. I didn't plan it but I know it's gonna happen. They're gonna shoot that pilot and down comes the plane into the jungle and we had better not have any of our children left when it's over, because they'll parachute in here on us.:

"On the tape, Jones urged Temple members to commit "revolutionary suicide".[159] Such an act had been planned by the Temple before and, according to Jonestown defectors, its theory was "you can go down in history, saying you chose your own way to go, and it is your commitment to refuse capitalism and in support of socialism" - Jim Jones

Three high-ranking Temple survivors claimed they were given an assignment and thereby escaped death. Tim Carter and his brother Mike, aged 30 and 20, and Mike Prokes, 31, were given luggage containing $550,000 in U.S. currency, $130,000 in Guyanese currency, and an envelope, which they were told to deliver to the Soviet embassy in Georgetown.[170] The envelope contained two passports and three instructional letters, the first of which was to Timofeyev, stating:

"Dear Comrade Timofeyev, The following is a letter of instructions regarding all of our assets that we want to leave to the Communist Party of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Enclosed in this letter are letters which instruct the banks to send the cashiers checks to you. I am doing this on behalf of Peoples Temple because we, as communists, want our money to be of benefit for help to oppressed peoples all over the world, or in any way that your decision-making body sees fit." - 3 Survivors

Here is the Death Tape's Transcript.
http://www.parkaman.com/transcript-death-tape-jonestown-massacre/

I found the video to be fascinating, hearing how Jim Jones gradually talked his followers into killing themselves and their own children. I had always been of the understanding that he had armed men surrounding everyone and forcing them all under threat of death to kill themselves, but evidently that was not so.

At least one woman tried to argue against doing this, believing instead that escape was far preferable ─ or to just fight and live. I wish I knew how it was that she submitted. I suppose that she may even have been forcibly injected, if she was not one of the very few who escaped into the jungle.

I have to stop blogging for today ─ it is after 8:30 p.m., and I must begin readying for my outing that may well be a 5.625-mile round trip.

The World's Most Enduring Conflict

Twitter: Jessica Hodlr

My bedtime was somewhere around 10 p.m. last evening, and my cellphone alarm was set for 1:45 a.m. to get me up to prepare for a five-mile walk. Actually, it is possible that I got to bed around 9:45 p.m.

When my alarm sounded ─ it is a rather pleasant bit of melody ─ I did not have too much reluctance to rise. And with the house in darkness, I was able to ready in privacy and was outside the locked front door and on my way no later than 2:14 a.m.

I had weighed myself fully clothed for the walk, and registered approximately 198 pounds. I like having an idea on what I am working with when I stop early into the walk at an elementary school playground for six sets of pull-ups.

I managed four repetitions in the first set, and two repetitions in the succeeding five sets, although the last two sets were not honestly complete ─ the second repetition in each was most faulted. However, the very last repetition was held for a 10-count at its maximum elevation as atonement.

There was a fairly pleasant coolness to the night air, and the sky seemed fairly clear. I never attempted any jogging ─ I am holding off until such time as I have a decent pair of running shoes, and not just my worn hikers.

At one point I sighted two raccoons cavorting, until they noticed me approaching. They then disappeared into some woods thereabouts ─ specifically, almost directly across from where Whalley Boulevard terminates at Fraser Highway (Google Map).

I was back home and outside the locked front door by 4:11 a.m., I believe it was. I unlocked the door, but I stayed outside for over a half hour to water front yard garden plants.

My eldest stepson evidently had to work today (6 a.m. till 6 p.m.), so he rose just after I managed to get upstairs ─ I was into my bedroom with the door closed before he came upstairs to use the bathroom. I saw no need for communication, and I am confident that the 28-year-old appreciated not having any society at that point in his day.

I did not get back to bed until at least 5:30 a.m., I would say. By then I saw that the sky was overcast.

My morning likely did not commence until a little past 9 a.m. My younger brother was of course up, but I did not venture downstairs until after 9:30 a.m. He would be leaving anon to pick up his girlfriend Bev at 10 a.m. to drive her to work, so I felt no urgency to be putting our Android TV Box into action to play anything on T.V. ─ not until he was back.

Note that I discovered my lower inner thigh ─ almost at the underside of my thigh ─ to have incurred at least three itching bites; and the inside of my upper left arm also has a bite. I can only assume that something has found its way into my bed, for I doubt that a mosquito preyed upon me.

I just bloody hope that my brother nor either of my two stepsons has managed to bring home any bedbugs that have begun migrating through the house. Perhaps there will be nothing more to say on the topic ─ time will soon enough tell.

When we did start watching T.V., I led us off with a nigh 40-minute upload to YouTube's ENDEVR channel three days ago: The World's Most Enduring Conflict: Meet the People of Israel and Palestine | ENDEVR Documentary.

This documentary tells the stories of Jews and Arabs, Israelis and Palestinians, caught trapped in a disputed land. But it also tells of those seeking an accommodation with each other, ways to share this land, ways to end the violence, and the endless cycle of accusation and recrimination.

There was only to be one further video, for my brother announced at 11:30 a.m. that he was seeking be rest because he intended to leave especially early today for his socializing.

So I tuned in a 26-minute uploaded two days ago to Rumble's Action4Canada channel: Weekly Update: May 24th with Tanya Gaw.

Poor Tanya ─ she seems especially embattled.

I am undergoing a Sabbath fast, incidentally. Consequently I was not at all averse to seeking my usual early afternoon nap especially early ─ I think that I was back to bed ahead of noon.

I napped well, and my brother left for the day meantime. The day had become sunny, so by 1:42 p.m. I was out in the backyard sunning for probably something in excess of 1½ hours.

I will not be ingesting any calories until around 9:15 p.m. at earliest, but I will nonetheless be sitting up late this evening watching some T.V. with my brother once he eventually shows up.

I wish that this was not my life ─ it was never supposed to be like this.

The Hellbound Heart

As often happens, my younger brother was plastered by the time he got home into the latter half of last evening. When he sat down with a beer and was set to watch some of the shows we follow in common, I put our Android TV Box to work and tuned in an episode of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina ─ in this instance it was the first episode ("Chapter Twenty-One: The Hellbound Heart") of part three (or season two).

I had downloaded the episode onto a flash or thumb drive, so it began playing straight off ─ there was no time wasted seeking a functioning and true source. Even so, I saw that my brother had already passed out.

The episode was an hour long sans any commercials, and he snored through its entirety and then maybe a quarter of the way through the next show I tuned in ─ an episode of Shoestring. This one was episode seven ("Looking for Mr Wright") of season or series two, so we only have three more episodes to enjoy of the series.

Note that all of the episodes are presently available on YouTube's Worzle TDB's Classic TV channel at this link.

As for the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina episode that I had to download, I did so because I had found two evenings ago that the streaming sources I was using seemed to have gotten confused about the distinction between the concept of what constituted the "second season", with what is actually the first season's "part two" ─ they misfiled an older episode from part two into the slot of the premiere episode of season two (which was now part three).

Yes, even describing it is confusing.

I do not now recall just which website I used for the download of the proper episode, but an example of one allowing for a download is WAT32.tv at this link.

Anyway, my choice with which to end the night's T.V. viewing was an episode of 1883 ─ this time it was episode three ("River"). I am absolutely adoring actress Isabel May, still finding that she so strongly resembles actress Jennifer Lawrence when Jennifer was the same age (there is approximately a decade's difference in their ages).

This morning's T.V. fare was of course different. Around 9:10 a.m. I led us off with Odessa Orlewicz's hour-long livestream of yesterday: Interview WIth Attorney Ron Berutti Who is Suing Blackrock .

Attorney Ron Berutti is fighting the criminal vaccine mandates & cr!tical race theory at Blacrock. He has sued Mayor De Blassio, Gov. Murphy and Gov. Hochul. He is currently suing Blackrock for cr!mes against the U.S. constitution. As seen on numerous U.S MSM/Independent TV stations.

There was only time for one further video, because my brother bowed out around 11:30 a.m. to seek bed rest before he left for the day to socialize. I chose yesterday's addition to Rumble's Vaccine Safety Research Foundation channel ─ the video somewhat exceeded 1½ hours (1:38:05): Full Episode #78: A Mother's Vaccine Tragedy.

Nurse Angela welcomes Nurse Heather Schultz and OB/Gyn Dr. Kimberly Biss who will discuss their personal experiences of vaccine-related tragedies and the impact of Covid-19 vaccines on maternal health.

Nurse Heather Schultz, a Bachelor-prepared Registered Nurse in the Chicago area, has become a passionate advocate for mothers who have tragically lost their babies after receiving the Covid-19 vaccine. Though she couldn't control what happened to her own daughter, Makenna, Heather is determined to spread the word and spare others from enduring the same excruciating and life-changing experience she went through. Heather’s personal story will also shed light on the importance of informed decision-making and the vital need for support for affected families.

Dr. Kimberly Biss, an experienced OB/Gyn with nearly 30 years of expertise in caring for pregnant women, will reveal valuable firsthand experience with the unfortunate impact of Covid-19 vaccines on maternal health, reproduction, and fertility. As the chief of staff at a prominent medical center, Dr. Biss has observed the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic and has noted an increase in pregnancy and gynecological problems following the rollout of the mRNA vaccines. She offers a critical perspective on this unfolding health crisis.

Our host Nurse Angela is a former ICU/NICU nurse who has herself experienced near fatal and extreme adverse effects from the Covid-19 vaccine. Angela brings her knowledge, expertise and personal experience to the conversation, ensuring a comprehensive exploration of the topic.

Don’t miss this conversation amongst these three esteemed medical professionals. Together, they will provide unique and invaluable insights into the impact of Covid-19 vaccines on maternal health, sharing personal stories and medical expertise.

Unfortunately Dr. Kimberly Biss would not speak loudly enough to maintain my interest, and I refused to crank the volume up any louder. I had it at '45', and often '25' is too loud for many YouTube videos, yet the doctor was nearly inaudible at times. Her hosts were comparatively so loud as to be excessive ─ ergo my refusal to crank things up further just to keep Dr. Biss and her presentation interesting.

Heck, I found myself zoning out for quite long stretches as she quietly droned on; and the point came when I began preparing my day's first meal with the T.V. in the living room too indistinct to hear ─ I probably missed out on nearly 10 minutes. But I cared little ─ I would have gotten little from what was televised anyway.

My brother actually skipped the last hour of the video primarily due to that audio deficiency. Either guests must be compelled to speak loudly, or else there must be some post-production adjustments made to equalize the audio of each person before the video is posted.

My brother left for the day before I had returned to bed for an early afternoon nap. And since the afternoon was sunny and hot, before it was yet 2 p.m. I was out in the backyard sunning for something over 1½ hours.

I have an early a.m. five-mile walk scheduled for tonight, so I will need to get to bed reasonably early to allow me to capably rise at 1:45 a.m. to ready myself for that outing. Consequently, no late evening with my brother tonight.

The Hot Weather Is Back

I think that I gave myself about four hours of bed time last night. Since my cellphone alarm was set for 1:45 a.m., then I must have gotten to bed no later that 9:45 p.m.

Sleep is seldom easy to achieve initially; and then if I am fortunate, I will sleep in blocks that will not have very long wakeful periods.

My cellphone alarm did definitely alert me.

When I quietly opened my bedroom door just to check if my eldest stepson was still up downstairs, I was annoyed to find that he was. I hate having to ready for my walks surreptitiously.

To my relief, I don't think that he remained up more than a further 10 minutes.

By the time I was all set to leave on my walk, I weighed myself while fully dressed for it: 197 / 198 pounds. It was 2:14 a.m. when I was on the other side of the locked front door and on my way.

The night was tinged with a cool element to the air, and the sky only lightly clouded.

Early into my five-mile walk, I made the usual stop at an elementary school playground for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, and managed four repetitions in the first set, two repetitions in each of the next four sets, and just one repetition in the final set.

I recall that I was to see three separate pedestrians within maybe the first mile (one person was a woman with what appeared to be two pieces of luggage, one suspended from each hand), and then no one else until I was returning home and maybe just over a half mile from it. It was an attractive woman coming my way who seemed to have something like a sheet or large towel draped over her shoulders. When she saw me, she gave me a wide berth, trying not to appear cowed, but there was no other reason for her to have abandoned the solitary sidewalk along that road and instead choose to walk in the traffic lane on the other side of the road, warily keeping her sights on me until we had bypassed one another.

It would have been soon after 4 a.m. ─ less than 10 minutes past.

I was back outside the locked front door of home by 4:17 a.m.

The only wildlife I sighted were a total of five rabbits, but for a time I did hear a distant owl, and of course there was the distant chorusing of frogs in the Green Timbers Lake area. Oh ─ I did see a large, long-haired, orange cat streak across the road just before I encountered that final odd woman. I mention the cat because I actually wondered if it might have been a fox ─ since I have not seen a fox in many years, I can only conclude that it was a cat. There are nothing but homes along that road.

I never checked the time once I returned to bed, but the morning was coming on ─ it may have been as late as 5:30 a.m.

I think that it was something like 8:22 a.m. when I did later check the time and decided to rise, for it seemed that I could hear the T.V. downstairs proving that my younger brother was up.

I didn't go downstairs until towards 9 a.m., and very shortly after that he invited me to put our Android TV Box into action.

In doing so, I led us off with Odessa Orlewicz's 1½-hour (1:31:02) livestream of yesterday: Interview With Scott Newgent- A Trans Hero Changing The Narrative To Save Children.

With Scott's speech having more than 7 millions views on Twitter alone ,and his huge part in Matt Walsh's famous documentary 'What Is A Woman" he is changing history by being courageous against the big pharma cabal $$$$$ and speaking truth about the fraud of sex changes. The cabal is getting nervous as his movement picks up storm.

Important links for Scott Newgent's movement: https://www.trevoices.org/scottnewgent and https://twitter.com/NotScottNewgent ; His speech solo as featured in the episode: https://twitter.com/NotScottNewgent/status/1634682798903635970 and the documentary

The video is also at this Rumble link. I do not understand why the video description makes no mention of second guest Scott Geiler.

Next I tuned in a 42-minute YouTube documentary at the DW Documentary channel ─ the video had been uploaded yesterday: Is AI the future of humanity? - Artificial intelligence and its limitations | DW Documentary.

Artificial intelligence is often portrayed as the future of humanity. But is the logic of algorithms really infallible? Today, even programmers warn against overestimating AI. After all, artificial intelligence presents us with opportunities, but it also comes with risks.

Since the beginning of the 2000s, the term "artificial intelligence" - or "AI" for short -- has been on everyone's lips. The reason for this comeback? The triumph of deep learning, or multi-layer learning. The technology seems to stop at nothing: language acquisition, criminal investigations, self-driving cars, medical diagnoses. But how do these systems work? And what are their limitations?
Deep Learning is based on extremely powerful statistical tools, but their true capabilities are light years away from the ‘intelligence of the future’ promised by some. Only the humans who work in the shadows of AI to train it, improve it or correct its algorithms have real neural networks at their disposal. Doubts about and criticism of artificial intelligence are growing ever louder, especially among developers and computer scientists.
This is because the technology is highly susceptible to systematic bias and the reproduction of stereotypes. Even more problematic is the opacity of the system, which experts call a "black box" because even they barely understand how it works. But regardless of the weaknesses of "intelligent" machines, more and more virtual assistants are creeping into our private and professional daily lives. A development critically examined by this scientific documentary.

I concluded our viewing with Peep Show, an old long-running British sitcom, and its premiere episode ("Warring Factions") of season (or series) one. The series has some work to do to reel us in.

My brother soon enough thereafter sought some bed rest, and I managed to have a meal and then get to bed for a nap before he emerged from his bedroom and left for the day to socialize.

We are back to sunny, hot weather; so this afternoon ─ beginning at 1:58 p.m. ─ I undertook approximately 1½ hours of backyard sunning.

And now I am back again to wishing that I had a supply of regular-strength beer to augment the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I try to keep in stock for my latter evenings while watching T.V.

I will be sitting up late this evening, so it certainly would be grand to have some regular beer chilling for the early evening.

Oh, well. Maybe one day ─ a drawback of not being a driver or car owner.

This Time Around It's All of Us

Whilst awaiting my younger brother's arrival home last evening, among the shows with which I entertained myself was an episode of The Avengers ─ in this instance, it was the fifth series' episode three ("Escape in Time").

I had hoped to watch three shows with my brother, but he apparently could not pry himself away from whomever he was drinking with until especially late ─ he never showed up until well past 10:30 p.m.

As it was to develop, we only had time to watch an episode of just one of the three shows. In this case, it was Z-Cars, and the episode (available on YouTube) that had aired on July 10, 1962, entitled "Appearance in Court".

We may also have watched an old sitcom, but I am now unsure if the episode was watched last night or the night before, so I will not waste further time speaking of it.

Of course, further T.V. ensued today just after mid-morning. Again putting our Android TV Box to work, I led us off with another episode in a documentary series we are working our way through. The episode well exceeded an hour (1:12:07). I used a different source, but I am going to instead here link to its original source ─ Rumble's childrenshealthdefense channel: Never Again Is Now Global: Part 4 — This Time Around We're All Jews.

“Never Again Is Now Global,” a five-part docuseries highlighting the parallels between Nazi Germany and global pandemic policies premiered on CHD.TV

The Alliance for Human Research Protection, founded by Holocaust survivor and human rights activist Vera Sharav, produced the film and Sharav directed it.

Each one-hour episode focuses on recent testimonies by Holocaust survivors and their descendants who discuss comparisons between the early repressive stages under the Nazi regime that culminated in the Holocaust and global COVID-19 policies.

Individuals featured in the docuseries explain how Nazi interventions — including the suspension of freedoms, imposition of lockdowns, coerced medical procedures and identity passports — are similar to modern-day dictatorial constraints on citizens worldwide.

Watch the FULL Series on CHD.TV:
https://live.childrenshealthdefense.org/chd-tv/events/never-again-is-now-global/

Then it was an 18-minute December 22, 2012, upload to YouTube's The Best Film Archives channel: Battle of Midway in Color | World War 2 in the Pacific | Documentary | 1942.

The description is far too long to reproduce here ─ suffice to say that it is an original 1942 documentary.

From the same YouTube channel, we also watched a 14-minute September 21, 2012, upload titled How to Protect Yourself from Nuclear Fallout and Survive an Atomic Attack - 1950s Educational Film.

Again, the video description is much too long for reproduction here.

In between those two videos we watched a 14-minute June 30, 2020, addition to BitChute's bluedemon218 channel: GoiΓ’nia Incident (Archive Footage).

The GoiΓ’nia accident was a radioactive contamination accident that occurred on September 13, 1987, in GoiΓ’nia, in the Brazilian state of GoiΓ‘s, after a forgotten radiotherapy source was taken from an abandoned hospital site in the city. It was subsequently handled by many people, resulting in four deaths. About 112,000 people were examined for radioactive contamination and 249 of them were found to have been contaminated.

l topped off the viewing with an episode of the old raunchy British sitcom Coupling. We have now watched all of series (or season) one, so the episode we saw was the sixth ("The Cupboard of Patrick's Love").

My brother thereafter sought his bed rest, and then left for the day before I had taken my early afternoon nap. I must say, following it I felt worse off ─ that is, not quite well.

There was sufficient thin cloud about that I justified not needing to try for any sunning. But even if I had felt up to it, I lacked the time ─ this was a bath (and head-shave) day. Between bathing and blogging, I can spare little spare time to sun as well, so I have now had four consecutive days from it.

I will not be sitting up this evening, for I need to rise at 1:45 a.m. to ready for a five-mile walk.

And I reckon that this is where I will end today's post.

We Are in Big Trouble

I am fairly sure that I got to bed before 10 p.m. last evening, my cellphone alarm set for 1:45 a.m. to get me up for my five-mile walk.

Despite awaking at times thereafter ─ and having to assume some other comfortable position conducive to sleep ─ my alarm did pull me alert, so I was at least dozing at the time.

It was annoying to open my bedroom door and see that lights were on downstairs ─ my eldest stepson would be sitting at the dining table watching videos on his tablet or smartphone. I would have to sneak away once I had surreptitiously gotten ready for my walk.

The extra caution I had to practice in getting ready was probably responsible for me not actually being on my way until possibly as late as 2:17 a.m. once I had locked the front door after me.

I did take the time to weigh myself while fully dressed and in a jacket and my hikers ─ I was maybe 197 pounds. This mattered early into my walk when I stopped at an elementary school playground to engage six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups. Although I managed four repetitions in the first set, then two repetitions each in the next three sets, all I could achieve was one pull-up in each of the final two sets.

Those final two sets were performed between two rungs of a sort of elevated horizontal ladder ─ a type of "monkey bars". I lacked all will to enable me to push past the strain to eke out a second pull-up in both sets. This may have been largely due to a carryover of the depletion I experienced yesterday arising from my moral weakness the night before that had me remaining up until 3:30 a.m., if not a little later.

There is nothing else about my walk warranting mention. I only ever saw rabbits by way of wildlife; I did hear the usual distant frogs in the Green Timbers Lake area of Green Timbers Urban Forest Park, as well as at least one owl.

Only once do I recall seeing another human on foot the entirety of my walk, and he was quite remote from and ahead of me, for a time trekking in the same direction as I ─ this is the solitude I seek and a major reason I walk so late at night.

It was 4:15 a.m. by the time I was back home and outside the locked front door, for I never pushed my pace. The house was in darkness.

I didn't get back to bed until possibly as late as 5:30 a.m.

I eventually slept on and off, and finally rose maybe around 8:20 a.m. or a bit before. As yet, my younger brother had not emerged from his bedroom, although I expect that he may have just finished up showering.

I joined him for some T.V. around 8:40 a.m., and at 9:10 a.m. at latest I put our Android TV Box to work.

First up were to be two videos uploaded yesterday to Rumble's A Warrior Calls channel, leading off with the longer of the pair ─ both were very much under an hour each: Dr. Rima Laibow Exposes It All.

Guest: Dr. Rima E. Laibow
https://preventgenocide2030.org/
www.opensourcetruth.com

Renowned psychiatrist and physician Rima E. Laibow, MD, brings her nearly 50 years of hands-on, clinical experience practicing totally non-pharmaceutical medicine to families and educators. In this interview she exposes the culling of the population, eugenics, strategic & tactical programs to counteract the psychopaths and much, much more!

Dr. Laibow is the Medical Director of the Natural Solutions Foundation, www.DrRimaTruthReports.com.

Then it was People Remain Ignorant We Are In Big Trouble.

Christopher James no longer believes that enough Canadians are going to 'wake up' in time ─ the looming agenda of the evil 'Elite' will wash over and overwhelm us. This is what I also expect is to happen, despite the well-meaning but misguided bravado of people like Dr. Rima Laibow ─ she thinks that mass E-mail campaigns to our politicians can divert them from giving us over to the W.H.O. and those who are behind it and similar world organizations.

The next video we watched was our last ─ a 51-minute upload yesterday to Rumble's Vaccine Safety Research Foundation channel: Censorship Panel- Covid Litigation Conference 2023 (Atlanta).

This was:

... a sample of the Covid Litigation Conference (2023).

The Covid Litigation Conference 2023 (CLC 2023) was an outstanding event that brought together trial lawyers who are actively involved in advancing Covid-19-related lawsuits. The conference provided numerous networking opportunities and engaging panel discussions led by attorneys experienced in Covid-19 litigation.

I am too inclined and aligned with Christopher James where the legal system is concerned ─ far too many judges are corrupted, or just ignorant and blind. My brother has no faith in judges and expensive lawyers, either; in fact, he sought bed rest with approximately 20 minutes of the video remaining, for it was a snooze to those of us who are simply unenthusiastic about the legal realm.

I let the video play on while I rounded up my day's first meal. The show ended fairly early into the eating of that meal, so I retired here to my computer to finish eating. My brother actually left for the day to 'socialize' before I had yet sought my early afternoon nap.

The latter afternoon yesterday became so sunny that I fully expected that we might be in for a sunny day today, but that has not been so ─ an overcast sky seems to have prevailed, freeing me up for the third consecutive day from having to devote 1½ or so hours to any afternoon sunning.

This evening shall be one of television entertainment via our Android TV Box, and two cans of strong (8% alcohol) malt will also be figuring in ─ but not until well into the latter evening.

The first item on my agenda upon publishing this post will be giving my late old friend William Alan G.'s ladyfriend Sandy a call ─ she has been pestering for such. I do wish that she could find something both fulfilling and engaging with which to devote her time and attention. I do not at all enjoy wasting time with idle telephone conversations ─ this will be strictly an act of charity.

πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠ Something Strange Is Happening in Cities

Twitter: DC_Draino

Following the relatively early publication of yesterday's post, my conduct thereafter gave notice ─ which I recognized ─ that my proper bedtime was unlikely. I would be sitting up at evening's end, as it proved, until possibly at least 3:30 a.m., if not nearer 4 a.m.

The only reason I did not complete the process of descent the first time was because mid-evening had arrived and I realized that I had best have a small supper before my brother showed up.

I barely gathered a few things together before he did show up, and so I only managed to turn on the T.V. as he was removing his footwear and jacket inside the front door.

Via our Android TV Box, our entertainment was to begin with an episode of Riverdaleseason four's episode five ("Chapter Sixty-Two: Witness for the Prosecution").

Then it was time for The Graham Norton Show ─ a star-heavy episode 18 ("FULL Graham Norton Show 17/2/2023 Judi Dench, Hugh Jackman, Michael B Jordan, Eugene Levy, Paul Rudd") of season (or series) 30. I used YouTube for the source, and specifically the Sd Tv channel (see this link). Note that the episode also included singer Pink who performed late into the episode before joining the others.

Next came an episode of Yellowstoneseason two's episode four ("Only Devils Left").

We finished our time watching T.V. with an episode of the 2001 / 2002 British sitcom Happiness ─ season two's episode one ("A Little Bit of Love"). The full two seasons of a dozen episodes are presently available on YouTube's BEAST channel ─ that specific episode (plus the 11 others that are all listed in the sidebar) are at this link.

My brother sensibly went to bed, but as explained before, I did not.

It has been a sorry day.

We had some rain overnight, and the day has remained overcast and oddly chilly after the lengthy string of hot, sunny days that we had experienced.

I had difficulty sleeping in this morning and almost decided to get up just after 7 a.m. However, I held off until nearer 8 a.m., actually rising just ahead of my brother.

When we got together a little while later for more T.V., around 9:10 a.m. I again put our Android TV Box to work and tuned in a nearly 1¾-hour (1:43:20) September 9, 2022, upload to Rumble's Cult Of The Medics channel: Cult Of The Medics - Chapter 6: MISSING PIECES.

Cult Of The Medics - Chapter 6: MISSING PIECES

Chapter Six "Missing Pieces" covers Pandemic of Corruption, The Club of Rome, The Order of the Alchemists, Deep Church/Deep State, Etymology, The Rockefeller Syndicate, Human 2.0, Dark Matter...

Watch the rest of the series here:

This series is over 15 years of work from Truth Warrior David Whitehead who has released this project for free. He gives permission to share, download, re-upload, clip, and reference.

We are gradually working our way through the series.

My brother wanted some bed rest before heading away for the day, so all else we watched was an 11-minute April 18 (2023) upload to Rumble's reallygraceful channel: Something Strange is Happening in Chicago.

Documenting all the strange happenings in Chicago as of late...just a coincidence or something more? You tell me.

Surrey where I live classifies itself as a city, but it is nothing even remotely as bad as a major true city. Nevertheless, I have wanted to live remotely in a rustic environment since I was maybe 14 years old.

Only debt and familial responsibilities / obligations are keeping me here. The former would never exist if I had not gotten married in 2005 and brought my wife here in 2006 from her native Thailand.

For someone like me, city life is corrosive and corrupting. I daresay I believe myself unlikely to survive it ─ I have grown too infirm. A liberating financial miracle must soon befall, or it will be too late for me ... if it already is not.

Yesterday I had hoped that I might get out this evening on a walk and shopping expedition, but my misbehaviour last night has left me too disheartened and discouraged to be facing the public. Instead, I will retire relatively early this evening and rise at 1:45 a.m. for a five-mile walk.

Nature's Embrace

Twitter: Maxx Power

My bedtime last night was not too very much after 10 p.m., although it may have been nearer 10:30 p.m. Sleep was fairly slow in arriving, but I was not much concerned, for my cellphone alarm was set for 4 a.m.

The alarm was to rouse me, but I had experienced a number of wakeful periods; I even rose to use the toilet once.

The plan was to be away on a five-mile walk, leaving ahead of 6 a.m., and stopping on the return at Save-On-Foods approximately a mile from here. Since I fully expected to not be essaying any exercising at the elementary school due to how daylit it would be well before 6 a.m., I instead visited the backyard tool shed after it became light enough and had some exercise there ─ more than I would have taken the time for at the school.

One of the first things I did after rising was boil water and have a mug of 'well-doctored' instant coffee. I had decided that in view of how depleted and enfeebled I had felt all day yesterday on my Sabbath and caffeine fast, I needed the fortification.

I definitely had a good exercise session in the tool shed.

By the way, my thumb joints are still painful, but I do my best to type gently, and I am of late able to bear the pain that comes of using my hands to exercise.

I was pleased that I actually got on my way a few minutes ahead of 6 a.m., and not only was I not greeted by an ever-heating Sun, but there has been little direct sunshine all this day ─ we might even have a little rain overnight.

About a mile from home I made a $200 withdrawal from my chequing account.

If I had to pinpoint the approximate halfway point of my walking route, I would most likely say that it was 100th Avenue & 148th Street here in north Surrey. Well, for only the second time, I opted to take to the Salal Trail at that intersection (Google Map). The trail is part of the complex in the Green Timbers Urban Forest Park.

The first time I gave it a go, I followed it through to 96th Avenue, but this time I wanted to see if I could make my way as close to Green Timbers Way at 96th Avenue (Google Map) as I could.

So I walked Salal Trail as far as Cedar Trail (Google Map), and then blindly turned onto it and followed it in the direction of the man-made Green Timbers Lake. I had not before checked Google Map to work out a route.

Well, I soon enough passed one trail that I saw would go through to 96th Avenue ─ I had actually walked it once before when I had cut through the forest early in a Sunday morning from 100th Avenue on the other side of the lake. Google Maps does not reveal its name, but it is Hemlock Trail.

But this was still not as near to Green Timbers Way as I wanted to get, for in walking 96th Avenue I knew that there was one more trail. And so there was ─ after I had passed by the lower end of the lake, where Cedar Trail had melted into Willow Trail ─ I soon made a sharp left along Willow Trail and came out on 96th Avenue, very near to Green Timbers Way.

That was just about perfect, for it had spared me a half mile of 148th Street, and a lot of 96th Avenue as well. From Green Timbers Way, I walked to Save-On-Foods (Google Map) and got some shopping down before finishing the walk to home.

I cannot deny that I recognized the awesome therapeutic effect bestowed from all of that serene trail walking.

Upon arriving home ─ my younger brother and two stepsons were all still abed ─ I put away my purchases and then got back to bed for some rest.

I soon enough heard my brother stirring about, but I knew that he would involve himself with the Sunday morning edition of The Province that I subscribe to before he began watching any T.V.

I likely teetered upon some sleep more than once before eventually I believed myself to be hearing the T.V., but it was most difficult finding the will to finally get myself up to make another coffee and then join him.

When around 10 a.m. I put our Android TV Box to work, we were to only have time for one video, for it was not too very much short of 2½ hours (2:24:50) ─ yesterday's livestream to Rumble's TheLastAmericanVagabond channel: The Deadly LNP/Spike Protein Design & The New modRNA Ferritin Nanoparticle Universal Flu Injection.

All Video Source Links Can Be Found Here At The Last American Vagabond: https://www.thelastamericanvagabond.com/new-modrna-ferritin-nano-injection

My brother thereafter returned to his bedroom for some bed rest before he left for the day to socialize. I prepared a meal, and then had myself a nap.

There was of course to be no sunning today.

Now a little news concerning my wife, who is presently in her homeland, Thailand. She first left YVR early evening on either January 23 or 24 to visit a sister of hers who lives in Rome, Italy. My wife visited there until quite early in April, and then flew on to Thailand where her mother and some other family members live.

My wife sent me this text yesterday at 7:19 p.m. via Facebook Messenger:

I’m not sure when I coming back probably another month

I am perfectly fine with that ─ at least she is not here and putting my chequing account into constant jeopardy.

I will be sitting up this evening to watch some T.V. with my brother once he eventually returns, and in so doing will have ─ beginning no earlier than 9:50 p.m. ─ two cans of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I seek to keep in stock. The T.V. selections will be made possible via apps downloaded into our Android TV Box.

I would still rather be rich and living remotely, close to the soil and Mother Nature, as I wish that God intended for me.
