Whilst awaiting my younger brother's arrival home last evening, among the shows with which I entertained myself was an episode of The Avengers ─ in this instance, it was the fifth series' episode three ("Escape in Time").
I had hoped to watch three shows with my brother, but he apparently could not pry himself away from whomever he was drinking with until especially late ─ he never showed up until well past 10:30 p.m.
As it was to develop, we only had time to watch an episode of just one of the three shows. In this case, it was Z-Cars, and the episode (available on YouTube) that had aired on July 10, 1962, entitled "Appearance in Court".
We may also have watched an old sitcom, but I am now unsure if the episode was watched last night or the night before, so I will not waste further time speaking of it.
Of course, further T.V. ensued today just after mid-morning. Again putting our Android TV Box to work, I led us off with another episode in a documentary series we are working our way through. The episode well exceeded an hour (1:12:07). I used a different source, but I am going to instead here link to its original source ─ Rumble's childrenshealthdefense channel: Never Again Is Now Global: Part 4 — This Time Around We're All Jews.
“Never Again Is Now Global,” a five-part docuseries highlighting the parallels between Nazi Germany and global pandemic policies premiered on CHD.TV
The Alliance for Human Research Protection, founded by Holocaust survivor and human rights activist Vera Sharav, produced the film and Sharav directed it.
Each one-hour episode focuses on recent testimonies by Holocaust survivors and their descendants who discuss comparisons between the early repressive stages under the Nazi regime that culminated in the Holocaust and global COVID-19 policies.
Individuals featured in the docuseries explain how Nazi interventions — including the suspension of freedoms, imposition of lockdowns, coerced medical procedures and identity passports — are similar to modern-day dictatorial constraints on citizens worldwide.

Then it was an 18-minute December 22, 2012, upload to YouTube's The Best Film Archives channel: Battle of Midway in Color | World War 2 in the Pacific | Documentary | 1942.
The description is far too long to reproduce here ─ suffice to say that it is an original 1942 documentary.
From the same YouTube channel, we also watched a 14-minute September 21, 2012, upload titled How to Protect Yourself from Nuclear Fallout and Survive an Atomic Attack - 1950s Educational Film.
Again, the video description is much too long for reproduction here.
In between those two videos we watched a 14-minute June 30, 2020, addition to BitChute's bluedemon218 channel: Goiânia Incident (Archive Footage).
The Goiânia accident was a radioactive contamination accident that occurred on September 13, 1987, in Goiânia, in the Brazilian state of Goiás, after a forgotten radiotherapy source was taken from an abandoned hospital site in the city. It was subsequently handled by many people, resulting in four deaths. About 112,000 people were examined for radioactive contamination and 249 of them were found to have been contaminated.
l topped off the viewing with an episode of the old raunchy British sitcom Coupling. We have now watched all of series (or season) one, so the episode we saw was the sixth ("The Cupboard of Patrick's Love").
My brother thereafter sought his bed rest, and then left for the day before I had taken my early afternoon nap. I must say, following it I felt worse off ─ that is, not quite well.
There was sufficient thin cloud about that I justified not needing to try for any sunning. But even if I had felt up to it, I lacked the time ─ this was a bath (and head-shave) day. Between bathing and blogging, I can spare little spare time to sun as well, so I have now had four consecutive days from it.
I will not be sitting up this evening, for I need to rise at 1:45 a.m. to ready for a five-mile walk.
And I reckon that this is where I will end today's post.
