Last evening's 5.625-mile round trip hike to Real Canadian Superstore over towards Guildford did take place, but it was only after mid-afternoon today that it occurred to me that I had forgotten to buy one of the two main items I had intended to buy.
Possibly my encounter with a skunk approximately a half mile before I got to the store helped override whatever recollection of that intention may have been with me. I came upon the wee beast perhaps a third of my way 'up' 145th Street as I ascended it from 101st Avenue (Google Map) on my way to 103rd Avenue. The skunk was just off the left edge of the laneless narrow street ─ homes line that side, while forest lines the other.
Initially I considered trying to bypass the animal, but I decided that the street was just too narrow ─ if the skunk let fly its stink, I would be toast. I did make a tentative effort to enter the forest and bypass the animal, but it was just too dark and I was not certain that the witless skunk mightn't decide to venture directly into the forest and intercept me.
So I returned to the street, and was surprised to see no sign of the skunk. I then proceeded cautiously, but got safely past the area where it had been, and saw no indication of it whatsoever. Maybe it really did go into the forest, and we would have intercepted one another after all?
Anyway, I left here on the hike a little past 9:20 p.m., and was back by 11:50 p.m. My younger brother had come home after I had gone, and was conscious ─ I do not know about earlier.
I decided to have a can of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I try to keep in stock, and join him for some T.V. At midnight he invited me to tune in something short via our Android TV Box, so I found us an episode of My Family ─ season (or series) two's episode two ("The Unkindest Cut").
We are slowly working our way through the entire series.
This morning when we got together for more T.V., just after 9 a.m. I used our Android TV Box to tune in a 21-minute addition just yesterday to Rumble's Bright Light News channel that proved of considerable interest: [INTERVIEW] The New World Order Is Coming Fast -Rocco Galati, Constitutional Lawyer.
Through decades of lawsuits taking on the Canadian govt and globalization treaties, like the tried-and-failed Multilateral Agreement on Investment involving 25 OECD countries and the European Commission, constitutional lawyer Rocco Galati saw the roadmap of centralized control for the world early on.
These experiences helped Galati see through "Covid-1984" early on and shape his belief that we are well on the road to global fascism via the New World Order.
My brother had to leave to pick up his girlfriend Bev at 10 a.m. to drive her to work, so I went along in order to resupply myself with another four dozen cans of the malt.
We were afterwards to watch a 1¾-hour (1:48:11) addition of two days ago to Rumble's TammyCuthbertGarcia channel that fairly quickly became very interesting: Danielle Pistilli & Alicia Johnson - The Hidden Healthcare Crisis SOS.
Today on the Naturally Inspired Podcast Danielle Pistilli and Alicia Johnson are joining us.
.
Danielle and Alicia are community organizers. They have spearheaded the world freedom rally’s, been bold spokes people for health freedom and are tremendous advocates for health care workers.
.
Together Danielle and Alicia have produced a new documentary called the hidden healthcare crisis.
.
A film that brings attention to the unjustified firing of unvaccinated health care workers in British Columbia.
.
These two powerful and courageous women are making sacrifices and taking the hits along the way to bring light to the injustices they see in our world today.
.
They told me that they are “just moms” but I think you’ll find like I did that they are talented, honest and fiercely dedicated to doing what is right which is deeply inspiring.
I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed talking with them.
I did not realize that I would quickly recognize Alicia Johnson as being one of Odessa Orlewicz's circle of friends. In fact, I had no idea that the two guests were from my province of British Columbia ─ I merely opted to choose any latest video of Tammy Cuthbert Garcia.
I think that even my brother enjoyed the long interview.
Thereafter, since it was at least 11:45 a.m., I decided to just play a sitcom, so I selected an episode of The Last O.G. ─ this time it was season three's episode three ("Ballin").
My brother seems to enjoy the series more than I do.
Once that show concluded, my brother sought some bed rest before heading away for the day. I fixed up my day's first meal and ate it, and had still not gotten back to bed for my usual early afternoon nap before he was all set to leave.
I didn't spend more than an approximate hour in bed; and then by 2:16 p.m. I was beginning 1½ hours or so of backyard sunning.
I will be sitting up late this evening to watch shows with my brother once he is back home again; and of course, I will be having a couple of cans of malt, but I will not start on those any earlier than 9:50 p.m.
I have no overnight plans except to remain in bed.
