Ever susceptible to dissolution, it was at least 10 p.m. when I got to bed last evening (I suspect that it may have been considerably later), even though my cellphone alarm was set for 1:45 a.m. to get me up to ready for a five-mile+ walk.
Concerning the actual distance, I would not doubt that normally it is at least 5¼ miles, and last night it may have exceeded 5½ miles.
Regardless, I anticipated that I was going to find myself woefully weary when my alarm chimed. And although it did so for something in excess of a minute before I became aware of it, I found myself to not feel especially worse than usual for rising so early.
It was 2:18 a.m. by the time I was outside and on my way, having weighed 189 pounds fully clothed, sans jacket. Knowing this, when early into the walk I stopped at an elementary school playground for the usual six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, I was determined to match my new normal for repetitions in those sets ─ and I managed to succeed: 4 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 2.
And of course, I held the very final repetition at highest elevation for a 12-count. I then finished up with eight slow full-range push-ups performed at a decline on a cement ramp.
A seeming full moon ─ not once did I bother to use my flashlight.
Fortunately, there was nothing much else to report about the walk itself. The little additional distance was added because I was unable to access 98th Avenue at its termination at King George Boulevard (Google Map) due to nighttime roadway maintenance involving the laying of some sort of pipe. There were quite a number of vehicles, including at least two pieces of heavy machinery and the constant roar of something that may have been a pump but which sounded more like a grinder ─ it was relentless, and I could hear it for a long distance.
I was ultimately going to be going as far as 96th Avenue, but since 98th Avenue was inaccessible, I opted to use 98-A Avenue and thus accrued some additional distance.
It was either 4:21 or 4:24 a.m. by the time I was back home (I now forget). I didn't get back to bed until possibly after 6:30 a.m.
My morning began when I checked the time around 9:15 a.m. ─ I normally have already joined my younger brother by then for some morning T.V.
I wasted little more time; and when he invited me to put our Android TV Box to work, I led us off with a half hour episode of The Sequel to the Fall of the Cabal on Rumble: THE SEQUEL TO THE FALL OF THE CABAL PART 21 — COVID 19 - KILLER NOSE SWABS & ABUSED PCR TESTS.
In this episode we show you the great dangers of the Nose Swab that transmit carcinogenic ethylene oxide, nano-particles called Morgellons, and DARPA Hydrogel containing nano-bots called Theragrippers that – in all probability – contain the ‘vaccine’. The fibre nose swabs cause havoc inside your head, where they may damage facial and olfactory nerves. When they pass through your blood-brain barrier, the door is open for viruses and bacteria to attack your brains. Were you told about these risks before you complied to these nose swabs? Were you told they may cause eye-bleeds and even brain-bleeds? And what about the PCR test? A marvellous invention, totally abused to pump up the Covid-19 numbers and to further surround this ‘Pandemic’ with lies, fraud, scandals, and deceit.
Unfortunately, I did not seek the video on BitChute where I would have been able to access its original source here ─ that is where I acquired the episode description above.
Oh ... wait! The first show we watched was 27 minutes, and had been uploaded to Rumble's The Official Corbett Report Rumble Channel on July 27: Kissinger and Xi Keep Great Reset on Track - #NewWorldNextWeek.

We finished up with an hour-long (1:02:28) addition on December 17, 2021, to Rumble's America's Untold Stories channel: Alec Baldwin and the Rust Tragedy - Part 9 - Warrants.
Mark Groubert and Eric Hunley continue the exploration of The Rust movie set tragedy where Alec Baldwin shot and killed Halyna Hutchins.
A second warrant has been issued for Alec Baldwin's phone. This is the second warrant. What are they seeking? Where were the live rounds on the set anyway?
'Twas time thereafter for some brief bed rest for my brother, and he left for the day after I had my day's first meal and before I had yet gotten my needed nap.
After my nap, beginning at 2:17 p.m. I put in at least 82 minutes of sunning, if I am recollecting correctly.
I will be undertaking another walk in the wee a.m. tonight. So, since it is approaching 8 p.m. and I have yet to sup, I am going to do that ─ I need to be set to evacuate downstairs if I notice my brother arriving back home, for I cannot become involved with him and any T.V. in common.
