Last evening's early bit of T.V. entertainment (via our Android TV Box) included an episode of DC's Legends of Tomorrow ─ this time it was season six's episode eight ("Stressed Western"). This has become the best of DC's T.V. series for its pure entertainment value.
I also watched an exciting 13-minute YouTube women's MMA match that originally took place on March 25, 2017: Full Fight | Tonya Evinger defends her bantamweight title against Yana Kunitskaya | Invicta FC 22.
Honestly, Tonya Evinger has a sloppy-looking physique ─ I can't quite understand how she is able to dominate far better-looking physiques such as that of Yana Kunitskaya / Santos. But there is no question that Tonya is a superb fighter.
Note that during DC's Legends of Tomorrow, I downed both cans of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I had chilled in the fridge, yet I was not as affected by them as I normally would have expected.
In fact, after getting to bed ─ probably by 9:30 p.m. ─ and then rising at 1:45 a.m. to ready for a five-mile+ walk, I initially even forgot that I had drank the malt. There was no apparent aftereffect.
My eldest stepson was still up at the time, watching videos on a laptop or tablet at the dining table. But as far as I know, I got away on my walk unnoticed.
Supposedly the nighttime temperature was above 18° C. (64.4° F.) at that point when I left at 2:11 a.m. after weighing in at a somewhat disappointing placement between 188 and 189 pounds ─ this was a fully clothed weight, but sans jacket.
When early into my walk I stopped at an elementary school playground for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, after barely making my new normal of repetitions as far as the fourth set, I questioned if I was going to manage doing so on the final two sets.
It took much heaving and foot-fluttering (or maybe even kicking), but I was just able to hit the two repetitions expected in each set. So: 4 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 2.
I don't understand why last night was so exceptionally difficult.
The night sky was moonless and clear, and I had the walk sleeveless, wearing a light sleeveless hoodie underneath a sleeveless black denim jacket. Oddly, in my old journal back in 1982 on this day, I wrote that after getting to a fitness circuit's chin-up bars ─ probably around 6:30 a.m. at most ─ I reportedly found the bars sufficiently uncomfortably cold to my bare hands that I was impaired from doing my expected normal repetitions.
Anyway, this morning in the present, it was 4:16 a.m. by the time I was back home. There was nothing particularly remarkable about the walk itself.
I think that it was closer to 6 a.m. than I like by the time I returned to bed, and my morning was to commence around 8:20 a.m. ─ my younger brother had yet to emerge from his bedroom.
After we got together for some T.V., around 9:15 a.m. he had me put our Android TV Box to work, so I led us off with a 34-minute August 10 addition to BitChute's BANNED.VIDEO channel: Chris Sky Exposes The Deep State's New Plan to Destroy Humanity.
Chris Sky of https://www.chrisskyforchange.com/ guest hosts The Alex Jones Show to expose the Deep State's plan to destroy humanity.
Then I tuned in yesterday's hour-plus (1:13:24) livestream to Rumble's TheLastAmericanVagabond channel: Shelby Thomson Interview - Locals Convinced Maui Fires Not Accident As Evidence Suggests Foul Play.
Joining me today Shelby Thomson, co-founder of Unjected, and resident of Maui, here to discuss what she has witnessed, as well as what her family experienced, in surviving the fires that have devastated the island of Maui, and entirely destroyed the historic and rebellious town of Lahaina. We discuss the many failures and ineptitudes of the government during its ongoing response, the many different anomalies that have been observed by the local population, as well as some very relevant US military installations in the island that overlook all of it.

I am enough of a "rational theorist" to recognize that the implications made in the video may be pointing at the truth.
We finished up with an episode of The Conners ─ this one was season four's episode 18 ("The Best Laid Plans, a Contrabassoon and a Sinking Feeling").
I don't think my brother got much bed rest afterwards. I had just finished having my day's first meal when he was all set to leave for the day to socialize. I needed a nap, so I got that. And then at 2:37 p.m. I was out in the backyard beginning a very sunny sunning session that could not have been too far below 1½ hours.
And here we are.
All else I have to add is that I made an online purchase at AliExpress.com for a pair of boots that cost me $67.08 Canadian. The expected delivery date is September 5.
I have some concern that my estimate on the size ─ European 46 ─ might prove problematic. I haven't bought a pair of boots in maybe 20 years, and always used to just get size 11 (North American). But in my old age, I think my feet have swollen somewhat, so I wanted to get something just a little looser.
If that turns out to be what I have done, I hope that I haven't gone too loose!
Another early a.m. walk is on the books for tonight, so I must close today's post ─ it is already after 7:30 p.m. and I must yet sup. Heck, I also have two cans of malt in the fridge that I may try to drink.
