Early last evening I only had time to watch one show on T.V. via our Android TV Box ─ an episode of Supergirl. This one was season six's episode 13 ("The Gauntlet").
I wonder why the creators of the series decided to go with the juvenile title "Supergirl" instead of "Superwoman", while the sister series "Batwoman" totally ignored using the juvenile "Batgirl"?
Whatever.
I do not believe that I made it to bed any earlier than 9:30 p.m., and my cellphone alarm was set for 1:45 a.m. to get me up to ready for a five-mile+ walk. Due to how warm it was in my bedroom, I not only ran the ceiling fan, but drew the heavy curtain from my open bedroom window to facilitate entry of any cooling night air.
I slept normally, without any concerning long wakeful periods. And when my alarm chimed, I had completely forgotten that I had the walk ahead of me.
No one else was up, so I was able to ready in peace. Yet it was 2:17 a.m. by the time I was on my way. I had seen online that the outside temperature was at least two degrees warmer than what till then I have been experiencing as "warm" out there.
If I see that it is 17° C. (62.6° F.) or some fraction of a degree above that, I deem it warm enough to have my walk bare-armed ─ I will wear a sleeveless light hoodie and a sleeveless black denim jacket over that.
But I do not recall thus far seeing the claim that the night was 18° C. (64.4° F.). Yet when I checked just ahead of leaving home, it was supposedly into the upper 19° C. (66.2° F.) ─ in other words, nearly 20° C. (68° F.).
I don't wear shorts. For one thing, I prefer to offer any mosquitoes as little opportunity as possible. But I also feel that pants offer some added protection in the event of an attack by man or beast.
I had also weighed myself just before leaving, first removing the sleeveless jacket: I was just barely topping 186 pounds. That is a very light clothed weight for me. Nevertheless, when early into my walk I had some exercise at an elementary school playground, it was all I could do to match my new normal in repetitions for the six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups that I engage.
So four and then three pull-ups in the first two sets (I do them to a complete hang ─ this is not some cheating race to see how many I can rack up); then three chin-ups in each of the next two sets; and finally two pull-ups in each of the final two sets performed between two gymnastics-style rings, and the very last pull-up was held at highest elevation for a 12- to 15-count.
Note that each set has a 30-count break ─ so maybe 30 seconds.
And as usual, I topped everything off with eight slow full-range push-ups in a declined position on a cement ramp.
Last night was moonless, and the sky cloudless, but I never noticed a Perseid meteorite ─ such is the light pollution hereabouts. Maybe next year I will finally be living far from here where I have the undisturbed natural world all around me.
I recall nothing else worth mentioning concerning the walk, and it was 4:18 a.m. once I was back here. I remained outside to water front yard garden plants.
And thus it was possible that I was not back to bed until 6 a.m. or more.
My morning was to begin around 8:15 a.m. As yet, my younger brother had not emerged from his bedroom.
After we were watching some morning T.V. together, around 9:10 a.m. he invited me to put our Android TV Box to work, so I led us off with a livestream of well over an hour two days ago to Rumble's TheLastAmericanVagabond channel: Were Directed Energy Weapons Used In Maui? Let's Look At What We Can Prove...
Welcome to The Daily Wrap Up, a concise show dedicated to bringing you the most relevant independent news, as we see it, from the last 24 hours.

From the looks of a video added to the channel today, I think that we're going to have to tune it in tomorrow.
There was only time remaining for this next video, for it was not too much short of 1½ hours (1:23:47): Cult Of The Medics Chapter Eight: UNDERWORLD.
We live in the sunlit world of what we believe to be reality. But there is, unseen by most, an Underworld, a place that is just as real, but not as brightly lit, a dark side if you will…
Catch up on the series here: https://cultofthemedics.com/
This is the culmination of 15 years of research that I am presenting in several episodes. This project is on-going and all-encompassing, and it's important that it's out there. Therefore, I am releasing this project for free. You can share, download, re-upload, clip, and reference. All I ask is that you credit where credit is due, and make a small financial contribution if you see its value. https://www.cultofthemedics.com/donate
There are numerous sources for the video ─ the one I have linked to may not even be the one that I accessed this morning. My brother and I have watched all eight episodes thus far, and there is a ninth that is available. We'll be into that one in a couple or so weeks, I am sure.
After the video, my brother had some bed rest and was up again and all set to leave for the day to socialize before I had yet sought a nap following my day's first meal.
When I did lie down, it may have been for 1½ hours, and was nearing 3 p.m. before I got outside for some backyard sunning ─ my first session in maybe five days. Already my face was showing its characteristic undesirable pallor.
I neglected to keep track of my time out there, but I bet it was not too much under 1½ hours.
I may try to cram in two cans of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I am running out of supply of, so with my early evening already here, I am calling it a day for blogging.
