Earthquake Weapon

It was not much at all past 9 p.m. when I got to bed last evening, my cellphone alarm set for 1:45 a.m. to get me up to ready for my five-mile+ walk.

I was to get to sleep reasonably enough, but after later finding myself ridiculously awake and recognizing that my younger brother was still up and watching T.V., I made a check of the time ─ it was something like 12:36 a.m. at most.

My brother did soon thereafter go to bed, but sleep was to prove wretchedly elusive for me. And when my alarm finally chimed, I felt concern over my state.

No one else was blessedly up, nor was my wife home after having supposedly worked beginning late the previous afternoon. At least when I later logged into our chequing account online once I was back home from my walk (she was still away), she had not been plundering the account to party and / or gamble away. The bi-weekly mortgage was due today, and did ultimately get debited by the bank.

As for my walk, I never got away until 2:16 a.m., first weighing just slightly under 189 pounds fully clothed, but without a jacket. Everything was dry outside; but there was likely more wisps and streaks of very light cloud than there was of dark sky.

I didn't actually feel too short on sleep, thankfully.

Early into my walk at the elementary school playground (and I had decided to wear my sleeveless black denim jacket over a light sleeveless hoodie), I removed the jacket and just barely managed to hit my new normal in repetitions for the six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups that I tackle there: 4 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 2. The final pull-up was of course held for a 12- to 15-count.

And then I performed eight slow full-range push-ups in a declined position on a cement ramp.

I was to use my flashlight just once, and that was during the first half of my walk 'up' the unlit Quibble Creek Greenway after I left Fraser Highway (Google Map) and headed for 100th Avenue.

I also want to mention something new that I began early this past week ─ it relates to when I leave 148th Street and start working my way down 96th Avenue (Google Map) towards Green Timbers Way (Google Map) where I turn.

The avenue is divided by a grassy and treed median, with the traffic flow separated. Well, I now walk against the flow, taking to the 'lower' side of the highway. The only sidewalk is along the 'upper' side of the highway, but the walk is so tortured and upheaved by the roots of trees that at night progress is ludicrously slow when using it.

So I recently began walking the opposite lane. Traffic is very infrequent, so when something does come at me from ahead, I just step off the highway to the edge of the forest where I am effectively out of view, and I wait for whatever is coming to pass and thereby make my way clear again.

Despite those several waits I am forced to make due to traffic, I make such rapid progress walking the well-maintained highway that I eclipse the time that the sole sidewalk would result in for me.

It was 4:16 a.m. by the time I was back home ─ I had been gone just an hour, and had done no jogging.

Incidentally, when I was at most ¾ of a mile from getting home, I began to feel a few mist-like sprays of what could only be an attempt at rain. A look skyward, and to my surprise there was nothing but a solid dark grey everywhere.

The sensation of mist increased, and soon there was almost a visible such mist when one looked far enough ahead. Anon, the pavements were wetted; and since I was sleeveless, one might expect that I would be getting a sense of discomfort.

This was never to be. Even though the mist was soon running down my temples as my head and face grew wet, the sensation of that fine rain was almost pleasant ─ it was a very odd realization. I was in fact enjoying it more than I was not.

Anyway, I was likely back to bed by 5:40 - 5:45 a.m. My eldest stepson apparently had to get up (he did so very soon after I was into my bedroom where I keep this computer) due to having a 6 a.m. start time on a 12-hour day shift. I merely shut myself up into my bedroom and left him to be unimpeded with whatever his early routine is here at home upon rising.

I think that this misty rain probably continued for at least a couple of hours ─ our plants needed it.

I rose anew around 8:15 a.m. And awhile later after joining my brother for some morning T.V., shortly after 9 a.m. he issued his invitation for me to put our Android TV Box into action.

And so I led us off with a 1¼-hour (1:14:50) addition to BitChute's Mercola channel on August 2: How Endotoxins and Estrogen Can Wreck Your Health- Interview with Kashif Khan.

Kashif Khan, founder and CEO of The DNA Company, which analyzes your DNA and keeps your data private, unlike 23andMe and other companies that sell your genetic data to third parties like drug companies.

Our discussion here is not about DNA analysis, however, but rather endotoxin and mycotoxin, which can play an important role in many chronic degenerative diseases, and estrogen excess, which can produce symptoms identical to endotoxin. Khan is quite knowledgeable in this area.

Endotoxin and mycotoxins play an important role in many chronic degenerative diseases.

Endotoxin, also known as lipopolysaccharide (LPS), is produced by gram-negative bacteria in your gut. When complex carbs aren’t digested in your stomach, they travel down to the intestine where they feed these bacteria, and as the bacteria grow, multiply and die, the bacteria release LPS, which can result in leaky gut, allergic reactions, organ dysfunction and even sepsis.

Endotoxin also catalyzes metabolic reactions that convert tryptophan in your gut to serotonin. You do not want high levels of serotonin because it’s antimetabolic. It suppresses your body's ability to create energy in the electron transport chain, so you become tired and fatigued, your metabolic rate slows and you gain weight.

Estrogen excess can produce symptoms that are identical to endotoxin toxicity, and an estimated 30% of endotoxin cases are misdiagnosed, and are related to excess estrogen.

Estrogen is one of our biggest toxic threats today, as both men and women are exposed to high amounts of estrogenic compounds in their diet and environment. Most already have too much estrogen, which is a major driver of certain cancers.

A lengthy description, but I felt it was necessary.

Next I tuned in the third and final part of a series ─ this video was uploaded to YouTube's Shawn Ryan Show on July 21, and was 35 minutes: Eric Hecker - Antarctica Firefighter for Raytheon Exposes Scary Earthquake Weapon | SRS #66 (Part 3).

Last but certainly not least, Eric Hecker closes out our Whistleblower Marathon this week on SRS. Eric is former Navy and contractor for Raytheon, a major U.S. defense contractor. Eric's position as a firefighter and plumber for the South Pole facility gave him unrestricted access to the compound. During his stay, Eric observed highly advanced directed energy weapons and other technologies beyond what we previously thought possible. Eric has also testified to congress under oath and hopes to bring his experience to the public for the good of humanity.

And because I like the actor, on the same channel I tuned in a less-than-five-minute video that had been uploaded on July 5: What is The Everyday Carry of The World's Top Underrated Movie Actor?

What is your go-to for your everyday carry? Join Jim Caviezel as he briefly explains what he carries, including his most recent addition, the Sig Sauer P365 Macro.

After this, I just tuned in a couple of T.V. shows, including an episode of Inside No. 9 ─ this one was series six's episode four ("Hurry Up and Wait"). Actor Adrian Dunbar must be a decent bloke to play himself in such a totally negative fashion.

As I said already, I do not know exactly how long it rained, but by midday things were lightening up outside. By mid-afternoon, there was a lot of sunshine. It looks as if I will be returning to my sunning tomorrow afternoon. And very heated weather is ahead.

My brother had his bed rest after our T.V. together. I had my day's first meal, and was having my needed nap when he left for the day to socialize.

It is approaching 6:45 p.m. right now, and my wife has still not contacted me nor shown up. All I ask is that she leave that chequing account alone. Yes, the mortgage has been taken, but I cannot afford her waste of precious financial resources that are not hers to waste.

I have another early a.m. walk scheduled for overnight, so I hope to be in bed by 9 p.m.
