Yesterday's early evening T.V. entertainment via our Android TV Box included an episode of FBI: Most Wanted ─ this one was season three's episode 18 ("Reaper").
I also watched a nigh 15-minute women's MMA bout on YouTube: Insane Dominance π₯ Stamp vs. Julie Mezabarba Full Fight. The fight originally took place on October 29, 2021.
I like Stamp Fairtex, so I was rooting for her. Julie Mezabarba was darned good, but Stamp was just too skilled and lively.
I only drank one can of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I keep in stock, and I was likely to bed by maybe 9:20 p.m. with my cellphone alarm set for 1:45 a.m. to get me up to ready for one of my five-mile+ walks.
A point arrived in the night when I felt unusually awake, so I dared to check the time: 1:28 a.m. Although I did just lay there a couple or so further minutes, I saw it as folly and decided to rise. And now I am considering hence to set my alarm for 1:30 a.m. ─ I truly appreciated those extra minutes.
I was to notice that my wife's bedroom light was on behind the closed door, so it was apparent that she was home. Fortunately nobody else was up.
In readying, I checked my bank account online and saw that she had earlier withdrawn $400, dropping my chequing account to well below $100. I was convinced that she had gambled it away ─ back to her old casino addiction.
I held my temper and kept readying. It was another very warm night ─ I now forget the claimed temperature, but I imagine that it was somewhere in between 19° and 20° Celsius. Fully clothed but sans my sleeveless black denim vest, I weighed between 187 - 188 pounds, if I am remembering correctly.
It was 2:10 a.m. once I was on my way.
When I stopped at an elementary school playground early into my walk for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, I found it ridiculously difficult to make my new normal in repetitions: 4 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 2. I don't know why this is ─ I should be slowly improving, and not finding myself struggling these past two nights as if into a decline.
At least I was able to do nine slow full-range push-ups in a declined position afterwards on a cement ramp ─ one more than usual.
The night was moonless and cloud-free.
There isn't anything about the walk that I feel like taking the time to tell of, except that at times I found myself absolutely furious about my wife and the $400.
I believe that it may have been 4:09 a.m. by the time I was back home, so I made very good time without any jogging. And I may have gotten back to bed by 5:30 a.m.
My wife never had to work today, and she is still home as I type these words early into my evening. She was to volunteer to me about withdrawing the money ─ she said that she needed it for her car insurance, and would try to replace it by tomorrow.
That revelation was amazingly consoling ─ I hate thinking the worst of her. It hurts me.
As for this morning, since I was low on cans of malt, when my younger brother left to pick up his girlfriend Bev at 10 a.m. to drive her to work, I went along so that he could stop at a B.C. government liquor store two miles from here where I resupplied with a further four dozen cans.
We were to watch three videos on T.V. over the latter half of the morning, thanks to our Android TV Box.
The first two were each something over 50 minutes and were both interviews of Dr. Peter McCullough:
Dr. McCullough Explains Myocarditis, Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex Concealing Vaccine Injuries, and More with Host Alex Jones on InfoWars
Fearless Outspoken Media Host, Political Independent, Fighting for Civil Rights, Medical Freedom, and the Future of our Children
For such a trim lass, Shannon is certainly fetching ─ and likeable!
I also tuned in Odessa Orlewicz's video of yesterday that exceeded an hour (1:11:15): The Smart City Mafia. The Pre Planned Smart City of Lahaina Did NOT Include What Was Already There.
I am doing audio only in this episode and showing images, documents, and videos.
I will show books that were sent in to be published on dates that scream "prior knowledge by the author" that this event was about to take place. I cannot find any information anywhere about the authors. Is this a fake name? I will also show links to the planning of Smart Cities in Maui, an excerpt that insinuates insisting on cooperation from the "community" and a video with more information.
The video is also here on Rumble.
I confess that we did not watch to full conclusion. I got too annoyed at her constant interruptions of a long video she was playing; as well, she kept her own microphone on so that she could keep interrupting and this resulted in a dreadful feedback echo.
She's got to stop doing these annoying constant interruptions each time a thought pops into her head when she is playing videos.
This was the video she could not just let play through: THE MAUI EXPERIMENT! HOW THEY DESTROYED LAHAINA TO BRING IN A WEF SMART CITY GOVERNANCE....
I must rush this post to a conclusion ─ it is already after 7:30 p.m.
After my brother left for the day to socialize, early into the afternoon I had a needed nap following my day's first meal. I never bothered to do any sunning, for it was a bath day.
When I had stripped down naked late in the afternoon for that bath, I weighed 182 pounds at very most ─ so possibly in between 181 and 182.
This is very good, but I still have that damned flabby pouch accrued to my lower abdomen. It never existed like that even a decade ago anytime I was into the lower 180s, so obviously I must be losing some muscle.
It sucks getting old.
There is another early a.m. walk scheduled for overnight, so I will not be sitting up late.
