πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠ Massive Unrest

I only had time early last evening to watch an episode of Cybill ─ it was season two's episode 13 ("Educating Zoey"). A week or two ago I thought I was watching that episode, but I later found out that what I had watched was a misfile of an episode with a somewhat similar title ("Finding Zoey").

I believed myself on track to be getting to bed early enough for my 4 a.m. wake-up call, but I betrayed myself and dallied inconclusively until well past 11 p.m. ─ maybe even after 11:30 p.m., if not at least 11:45 p.m.

When my 4 a.m. alarm chimed, I was ready enough to get up, but I knew that I was short on sleep. During Cybill I had drunk a can of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I have in stock, but I cannot seriously claim that it should have adversely affected me nor my sleep.

As I was suspecting, my eldest stepson had a 12-hour shift to start at 6 a.m., so he was to rise around 4:30 - 4:45 a.m. However, I shut myself up in my bedroom to afford him his morning privacy to ready for his day.

And give me my own privacy, of course.

Alas, I proved negligent in getting away when I wanted. The plan was to leave here no later than 5:45 a.m. so that I could try and have some exercise. I was going to be having a five-mile+ walk that would see me stopping for some grocery shopping at Save-On-Foods about a mile from here when I was making my return towards home.

I could have exercised in the backyard tool shed before leaving, but my lack of proper sleep overnight was too telling. I believed that the walk of three or four blocks to the elementary school playground early into this foray would revive me enough to exercise.

Well, I never managed to leave home until within two minutes prior to 6 a.m. ─ this was far too late. The store opens at 7 a.m., and I didn't want to be arriving there too deeply late into its first hour of opening.

I was so disheartened by this debacle ─ as well as how daylit it had become ─ that I was void of the resolve to stop at the school for exercise. It was discouraging, but I did my best to weather that disappointment.

I kept a slow pace. The old Wolverine boots I was wearing are not ideal hiking boots. This is especially troublesome for my left foot. Due to how inflexible the sturdy soles are, my left foot will gradually lose its ability to rise up on its 'ball' when it lifts off to take a step. Ultimately, the foot will become lamer and lamer until I am effectively walking with a flat-footed fully-lame gait.

This happens far too soon if I walk fast, so I try never to do that when wearing these boots.

Anyway, I got in the full walk, as well as my shopping. No one else was yet up when I got home, so I put everything away ... and then I finished off what I had run out of time for late last evening.

And so there was no restorative post-walk lie-down.

My younger brother had risen and was by then watching T.V., so I went downstairs to join him. He had on a world championship women's pairs beach volleyball competition between the U.S. and Brazil that the latter won ─ I have no idea when the game was played.

Once that match was done, he had me put our Android TV Box to work, so I tuned in an 80-minute (1:21:03) August 17 livestream to Rumble's Man in America channel: Martin Armstrong: MASSIVE Civil Unrest Coming in 2024 & All Crypto Will Be SEIZED.

Join me for an important discussion with renowned economic forecaster and cycles analyst Martin Armstrong.

We discuss:
- What his model predicts about 2024 and the election
- What happens when the CBDC is rolled out
- Why he believes ALL crypto will be seized by the deep state
- What gold and silver will do in the next few years (and whether they will seize gold like in 1933)
- Why he believes Agenda 2030 will fail
... and SO MUCH MORE.

My brother admitted that Martin Armstrong was both knowledgeable and interesting, and I agree.

Following the video, my brother retired to his bedroom, but he could not have gotten much rest ─ I kept hearing him moving about as he evidently readied for his early afternoon departure to socialize for the day.

After he left and I had eaten my day's first meal, I had a deep nap.

Although the day was sunny, the smokey sky is so thick that I deemed it futile to try to sun out in the backyard. This morning when I was walking into the East on the outward leg of my walk, by the time the Sun was showing through tree tops, it was a nearly blood-red large ball that was easy to look at.

The skies have remained grey, with only the vaguest suggestion of a blue tint.

This is a bath day for me, and I am home alone as I type these words just after 6 p.m., so I am going to close this post and  have that bath ─ my eldest stepson will have finished work. I am contemplating that I might afterwards tune in a Christmas movie and have a couple of cans of malt.

We shall see.

I may thereafter head on out for another walk to a different supermarket ─ this would entail a 5.625-mile round trip. So that is saying much ─ I feel more like having another nap, truth be told.
