If I am recollecting accurately, it may not have been much later than 9 p.m. when I got to bed last evening, my cellphone alarm set for 1:45 a.m. Although my wife was home and had prepared a great supper, she was not social; so when I retired, I said nothing ─ she was in her own bedroom next to mine, and had been for quite some time.
I had enjoyed my supper after a can of strong (8% alcohol) malt, and while watching some T.V. (via our Android TV Box) that included an episode of FBI ─ this one was season five's episode 13 ("ProtΓ©gΓ©").
I was also to watch a women's MMA match on YouTube that may have been the third in which I have witnessed a tiny combatant named Alesha Zappitella.
The first time I watched her I thought how close her legs seemed to being chubby, despite how small she was (under five feet tall). But she never stopped bouncing in the ring, so it was apparent that there was more to those ample legs than 'babyfat'.
Whether I noticed it that time or not, the second time I watched her, it was starkly apparent to me that she was in an impossible situation with her opponent because little Alesha's almost dwarf-like legs could not reach her taller opponent who had much longer limbs. Alesha would throw a kick, and it essentially went nowhere because her opponent was considerably out of reach. It really did look a lot like a 'little person' with 'little person' legs and arms trying to fight someone with longer 'normal' dimensions.
And then I realized that I quite liked this doughty little warrior. In fact, her almost stubby little legs began to attract me, and I started recognizing their beauty.
And now I'm a fan. I don't remember how she fared in that first match, but she did lose the last two via decisions, for the fights went the full time limit.
But I am drifting off topic.
I got to bed sensibly last night, rather fretting a little that I may have increased my body weight a little, for early into my upcoming night walk I would be engaging a half dozen sets of pull-ups and chin-ups at an elementary school playground, and I did not want to find that I was unable to achieve what have become my new normal for repetitions.
When my cellphone alarm chimed, I felt rather well rested. I decided that since it was supposedly a warm night, I would wear a light sleeveless hoodie and a sleeveless black denim jacket. So just before I left home, I weighed myself: at most, 188 pounds. That was quite good!
Yesterday's morning weather reports claimed we would be having some rain today and perhaps carrying over into tomorrow, but I was to find only the thinnest of streaks of cloud. The moon was possibly waning to a crescent, and anytime some cloud drifted across it, the moon was sharply visible due to the weakness of the covering.
So how did I do at the school?
I felt able-bodied. And to my surprise, this was borne out because my new normal was broken by the addition of a repetition that I now realize that I am somehow going to have to try to establish as an even newer normal.
Keep in mind here that I am 73 years old; and my pull-ups and chin-ups are relatively slow and measured. Each one results in me lowering to a complete ─ that is, a relaxed ─ hang; and then I rally and pull myself up for the next repetition.
So in the first two sets of such measured pull-ups (i.e., overhand grip), I managed four and then three; and that was followed by two sets of three chin-ups (i.e., underhand grip) each ─ that second set of chin-ups was where I managed the extra repetition, for before I had only been managing two.
And I finished with two sets of two repetitions each, pulling up between a set of gymnastics-style rings; and the very last pull-up was held for a 12-count (that is approaching more of a 15-count).
I capped off the exercise stop with eight slow full-range push-ups in a declined position on a cement ramp.
I felt remarkably good once I was done and on my way.
There was nothing remarkable about my walk thereafter that I can recall; and the only time I turned on my Titan stun gun / baton / flashlight was during some of the first half of the unlit Quibble Creek Greenway as I walked it from Fraser Highway (Google Map) to 100th Avenue where I was to make a right turn.
I never attempted to jog, neither did I push my pace. It had been 2:14 a.m. when I left home; and I arrived back at ... was it 4:19 a.m.? I think so.
I believe that I was probably back to bed by 5:30 a.m., and my morning was to commence around 8:30 a.m. when I rose. My younger brother was by then downstairs watching T.V.
I soon enough joined him; and a little past 9 a.m. he invited me to put our Android TV Box into action.
I had two videos in mind, so I got the first one going ─ a 70-minute (1:10:31) addition two days ago to Rumble's ICIC.LAW channel: Why are Canada's Forests Burning.
In this episode of ICIC, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich talks with Peter Mac Isaac, former provincial game warden in Canada about the current situation there, particularly with regard to the devastating forest fires from which humans, animals and nature are still suffering. This series of wildfires began suddenly in the spring and the causes are being blamed on the narrative of man-made climate change. Peter Mac Isaac is not afraid to openly express his personal opinion on this and has already had to suffer reprisals from the Canadian government, which has censored his expressions of opinion in every way. This dictatorial approach of the government under Justin Trudeau to suppress freedom of expression is reminiscent of the harsh persecution of the "Truckers for Freedom" movement in the so-called "Corona Pandemic", when many courageous people rebelled against the incipient totalitarianism in Canada and received broad popular support.
As an expert in the field of nature and forest protection, Mac Isaac denounces the government's fatal handling of the forest fires. Why were no experts called into action and why were they even discouraged from assisting on the ground? In his opinion, one of the simplest terrorist methods is to frighten people with fires so that they will accept without protest any measures that the government orders, such as a "climate lockdown". It was modeled on the "Corona pandemic" with its inhumane measures, after which new sociopolitical and social control mechanisms could be installed. Through his reporting on the situation in Canada at that time and through the comparison with almost all other countries in the world, it becomes quite clear that everything that happened then and is currently happening are meticulously planned and orchestrated actions carried out by a certain group, namely "Mr. Global" and the correspondingly corrupt and unscrupulous henchmen.
He points out the importance of not being intimidated by this small group, of standing up and speaking the truth out loudly. It only takes 3% of the people on the planet to initiate a momentum of change, the other 97% who suffer from fear and cognitive dissonance will then join and also find the courage if they have role models. Because if we do not change anything today, this task will become more and more difficult for our children and our children's children. We must not remain inactive, the time to stand up is now!
I felt that video merited me supplying the full description.
Then it was something quite different ─ a nearly 1½-hour (1:26:49) interview uploaded July 17 to YouTube's Shawn Ryan Show channel: Michael Herrera - US Marine Encounters UFO Black Ops Human Trafficking Operation | SRS #66 (Part 1).
We're giving whistleblowers a platform and a voice this week on SRS. Former Marine Michael Herrera tells all in part one of this three part series. Herrera and his team were tasked with responding to a major earthquake and tsunami in Indonesia providing overwatch and logistical support.
Little did they know–they would come face to face with a UAP / UFO and be ambushed by an unmarked shadow unit of operators. Tune in this week to hear Herrera's story and how he is testifying to Congress to illuminate the hidden truth.
There were three 'commercial breaks' during the programme, but they didn't detract from the interview at all. I will have to tune in the next two parts to the series ─ they are much shorter, and each features someone else as interviewee.
The thought occurred to me ─ and I voiced it to my brother, possibly getting him to consider the implications ─ what if all of this is not merely some U.S. black government military operation, but is in fact part and parcel of the "Mr. Globalist" agenda being played out on all of us?
If the so-called 'Elite' are behind this and have this level of technology at their beck, how can we possibly prevail against them?
Anyway, moving on, my wife had a surprise for me. I don't think she rose until into the latter half of the morning; but a point arrived when she was bidding my brother and I a goodbye ─ and she announced that she was off to work!
I have no idea where. I just hope that it is not back to where she worked before ─ near by a casino where she has squandered thousands of dollars, and racked up plenty of debt for the both of us.
Finally, there was no rain today, although the sky was overcast when I rose this morning to watch T.V. with my brother. At times it has been very bright outside, but I have never noticed the Sun to have ever broken through the clouds.
So no sunning today ─ since it was a bath day, I do not really have time for both.
I did bath early this evening, first weighing myself while fully naked: possibly I just edged above 185 pounds.
I intend another wee a.m. walk tonight, so I hope to be abed by 9 p.m. again ─ that served me well last night. And since 7:30 p.m. has just been passed, I must finish this post and go and have some supper. I don't think I have the time for a can of malt first, unfortunately.
