I watched no T.V. last evening ─ the spare time was simply not in existence. Yet it is possible that I was not to bed until almost 9:40 p.m., my cellphone alarm set for 1:30 a.m. to get me up to ready for one of my five-mile+ walks.
When I did rise, my youngest stepson still seemed to be up, but he was settled into the boys' den area and I was able to do my readying undisturbed.
Supposedly the temperature hereabouts was 14.5° Celsius (58.1° F.), according to an online check.
I weighed myself fully clothed in my black denim jacket (c. 187 pounds) and without it (c. 185 pounds). This was most remarkable, for it was not at all long ago when a nude body weight of 185 pounds would have been encouraging.
I slipped away on my walk at 2:08 a.m., finding the moonless sky clear but for some very wispy traces of cloud.
When early into my walk I stopped at an elementary school playground for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, that remarkably light fully clothed body weight was fresh in my mind; and as a result, I managed to fairly comfortably increase my pull-ups in the first set by one ─ and now I fear that I am going to be forcing myself to seek to make this my new normal.
So in the first two sets of pull-ups, I managed five and then three repetitions; then three chin-ups in the next two sets; and as usual, two pull-ups in the final two sets between a pair of gymnastics-style rings. And the last of those pull-ups on the rings was held at highest elevation for a 15-count.
I finished up with 10 slow full-range push-ups in a declined posture on a cement ramp.
I have to admit that I was feeling rather good about myself.
Apart from some a**-hole who yelled as he drove past me at one point on my walk, there was nothing much else mention-worthy; and I was back home by 4:07 a.m. Evidently my youngest stepson was just about to retire.
I never returned to bed until shortly past 6 a.m.
My morning began a little before 8:30 a.m. when I rose and dressed, and was soon downstairs to watch some T.V. with my brother.
At his invitation at 9 a.m., I put our Android TV Box to work and we finished off the last half of a video we had to break from during yesterday's noon hour ─ at approximately an hour long, it had been added to Rumble's A Warrior Calls channel two days ago: Lawful Offices: Christopher James - The Fake & Corrupt Injustice System.
The Amazing Christopher James Pritchard - Kevin Hoyt interviews the Lawful Expert from Canada. Christopher picked the mother of all battles and won... he literally PROVED that THE VID does not exist. I guess everyone missed it.
He shows how the fake Governments and fake courts really have ZERO jurisdiction or authority over YOU and they know it. It all comes down to three simple questions and not falling back into their trap. 3 questions and you're out! AMAZING!!!

I have not before heard of American Kevin Hoyt, but I find myself liking the guy.
I next tuned in Odessa Orlewicz's 23-minute video of yesterday: Martial Law In Shuswap Area To Punish Local Residents For Saving Homes & Helping Each Other.
Apparently they may have dropped the $60 permit cost. It is unclear. Martial law for Canadians that were trying to save their homes with help from their community.
The video is also available on Rumble here.
The final video of this ilk that we were to watch was also on Rumble ─ it exceeded an hour and was livestreamed three days ago to Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson's channel: Live With Major Jeffrey Prather.
Retired special operations soldier, Major Jeffrey Prather joins us today and will talk about the deep state’s involvement in child trafficking and how we can help stop it.

We concluded our viewing with an episode of the old BBC sitcom Coupling ─ this time it was season two's episode two ("My Dinner in Hell").
My brother thereafter had a wee bit of bed rest while I had my day's first meal. He left for the day while I was still involved here at my computer, but I did soon seek a nap.
The morning had considerable blue sky and sunshine, but by midday this largely changed. It grew overcast, and we may yet have some rain this evening. Should that be so and it continues overnight, I will likely find myself unable to match last night's totals in the pull-ups and chin-ups ─ I would need to wear gloves for the wet bars, and I would also likely have to wear my jacket (I removed it to exercise last night).
We shall see.
My wife arrived home around mid-afternoon, but I will not allow her presence to keep me up late. Besides, both of her sons are home.
With that said, I am going to break loose and watch some T.V., and maybe even have two cans of strong (8% alcohol) malt ─ one for sure!
And it is raining audibly as I type these words at 6:55 p.m.
