πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠πŸ’€☠ A History of Modern Medical Tyranny

This post will definitely be short ─ not only is my evening upon me, but I am verging on a headache. I have not felt very hale ever since my early afternoon nap, so I skipped sunning for the second consecutive day (there was no forecast rain).

Instead of sunning, I delved deeply in depravity instead. But enough said about that.

I did rise at 4 a.m. overnight, and within 10 minutes of the arrival of 6 a.m. went on a five-mile (minimum) walk that saw me withdraw $200 so I could do some grocery shopping at Save-On-Foods as I was returning.

Before leaving, I had undertaken some exercising in the backyard tool shed, managing the usual six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups with an opening set of four repetitions, and two repetitions in each of the remaing five sets.

Maybe I was to be feeling poorly because I never got a nap following the outing. Also, I had quite a miserable night's sleep.

My younger brother and I only watched one video on T.V. this morning via our Android TV Box. The video was a two-hour (2:05:22) Gary Null documentary titled Manufacturing Madness released just this month.

This film describes medical tyranny and the role of psychiatry in enabling it.

I must quit today's post here. Possibly if I perk up somewhat, I may get out this evening for another long walk, but if I do, it will sure be surprising from my present vantage.
