Common Law Court Action

I have little time to blog.

I will report that my early plans to go on a long walk that would involve some grocery shopping failed. I wanted to leave well before 6 a.m., but it was after 6 a.m. when I got away.

And it was hotter than expected ─ I was overdressed. I had my brother's monthly expenses reconciliation cheque to deposit ─ something like $205 and change. However, my damned financial institution's main ATM was still jammed or locked ─ it had been when I went there two days before.

Thus, I was again forced to deviate my route and walk a half mile through downtown Whalley to a different credit union where I made the ATM deposit.

This completely scuttled my walking plans, so I simply returned home, probably getting a two-mile walk out of the venture.

I soon enough returned to bed, but I was not feeling at all hale. I never really slept ─ I just basically zoned out.

When my younger brother and I later got together for some morning T.V. via our Android TV Box, I led us off with a 28-minute interview that Dr. Peter McCullough hosted on his Substack: No Silencing Recording Artist Aly Cook--Profile in Valor.

Then we watched an 18-minute video uploaded yesterday to Rumble's Bonobo3D channel: In Common Law Court with Dr. Daniel Nagase.

Dr. Daniel Nagase is suing the BC Supreme Court for having prevented him from protecting his children from experimental injections. The Attorney General attempted to obstruct justice by attempting to strike his case before its heard.

In court on July 7, 2023, Dr. Nagase was accompanied by 30+ supporters.

After the judge entered the courtroom and sat down, Dr. Nagase's 30+ suporters, remained standing and collectively stated:

"We are a Common Law Grand Jury."

"We are Convened under the Magna Carta."

"The government must accept the Magna Carta as common law
if pleaded as such."

"We are pleading as such."

"We are here to notice the Attorney General of British Columbia through Michael Kleissinger and other agents of said office, that the motion to strike case s-233597 brought by daniel-yoshio of the family nagase, obstructs justice."

This has enormous implications ─ I am rather anxious to find out what Christopher James Pritchard (A Warrior Calls) will have to say when he learns of it.

Informative and entertaining ─ my brother even watched all of it, though it took us approximately halfway into the noon hour.

I put in a couple of minutes over 1½ hours of sunning this afternoon following a needed nap, and then I had to return to bed yet again!

Flies during my sunning ─ especially common green bottle flies ─ become most annoying, so I have continued my swatting war with the buggers. I actually got to witness one of the crippled victims fall prey to a cruising wasp. I took a couple of cellphone photos, but I have not yet checked them out ─ maybe tomorrow.

I am hoping that I will find it within me this latter evening to get away on a 5.625-mile round trip hike to do some grocery shopping that was intended for early this morning.

I am going to indulge in at least one can of the strong (8% alcohol) malt that I keep in stock first, for it is not yet 8 p.m.

Should all proceed as hoped, I will likely be reporting back about the walk tomorrow.
