Canada's Political Prisoners

Twitter: Alexander Griffin

Last evening, following an episode of The Rookie ─ this one was season five's episode 12 ("Death Notice") ─ and a women's MMA match from YouTube, I failed to exercise probity. I wasn't to bed much after 9:45 p.m., but the morale damage and physical wear were done.

I still rose to my 1:45 a.m. alarm to begin readying for my five-mile walk, but I did not sleep well, and something more felt off. And to my considerable surprise, when I cautiously opened my bedroom door, my younger brother was still downstairs and only then just turning off the T.V.

He must surely have passed out at some point, and was likely also into his supply of hard liquor. Evidently my eldest stepson was also up, for after my brother shut himself up in his bedroom, my stepson availed himself of the dining table to watch videos on his smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

As far as I know, I managed to get away unnoticed no later than 2:16 a.m., and had weighed a disappointing 194 pounds with my jacket on.

The street had mainly dried from earlier rain; and in fact, despite wispy stretches of cloud, there was more clear sky than not.

However, when I got to the elementary school playground early into my walk for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, I had to wipe the rain off the bar I would be using for the exercises. I removed my jacket, so that likely lightened me by at least a pound. I was to achieve my norm ─ four pull-ups in the first set, and two repetitions in each of the others. The very last pull-up was held at highest elevation for a 12-count.

There was something definitely amiss with me, though. When I had risen from bed, my left ear kept reacting negatively, as if I was developing an inner ear infection. And of course, I felt underslept.

Note that I was carrying my new Titan stun gun baton flashlight in an unzipped nylon gym-style bag ─ this proved to be perfectly suitable. I easily withdrew it the very few times that I felt the need to light my way, so hence I shall always carry it in that fashion.

For several years, my left foot / lower leg has a lame quality whereby after a short time walking in certain footwear, it becomes increasingly difficult to rise up onto the ball of the foot in the act of walking. The point arrives where I ultimately cannot make that rise, and I am forced to limp flatfooted.

So last night I never pushed myself, thereby delaying the full onset of that state, and I was likely able to disguise any lameness to a random observer.

I do not know what I can do about this recurrent condition. New boots, maybe? Mine are all likely 15 - 20 years old; and I have no running shoes or joggers.

By the time I was back home without other incident at 4:24 a.m., the sky had largely clouded over.

I was back to bed by maybe 5:15 a.m., and my morning was to begin around three hours later.

It did rain later in the morning and early- or mid-afternoon.

When my younger brother and I got together mid-morning for some T.V. via our Android TV Box, I led us off with Odessa Orlewicz's very interesting hour-long (1:03:33) addition yesterday to Rumble's Libertytalkcanada channel: Canada's Political Prisoners? The Coutts 4 Urgent Updates. Facts Vs Propaganda.

Interview- 4 men who have not been found guilty of a crime yet have spent a year and a half in solitary confinement with no trial, no bail, no nothing. Real criminals that have committed crimes like shooting policemen who are awaiting trial are out on bail in Canada. The sad state of Canada is reflected in what many call The Coutts 4 being "Political Prisoners" and pawns in a political game , because they were protesting the tyrannicaI mandates. I interview Jason Lavigne whom is a paralegal and podcaster and expert on this case. This episode is important. Jason also gives a NEW update about Jeremy Mackenzie's case. Charges are being dropped!

Her home website Librti.com was offline when I tried to access it, so I had no choice but to use Rumble.

Incidentally, here is Jason's Rumble account: JasonLavigneMP.

We were also to watch a video just slightly longer (1:08:47) that had been added three days ago to BitChute's Mercola channel: A Doorway to Freedom From the Global Cabal’s Tyrannical Takeover - Interview With Dr. Meryl Nass.

In this video, I interview repeat guest Dr. Meryl Nass, who has a monthly podcast with journalist James Corbett on Children's Health Defense (CHD) TV. Their show is focused on the implementation of the World Health Organization’s efforts to install global tyranny with respect to health and global governance.

The World Health Organization is laying the foundation to take control over all aspects of everyone’s lives, across the world, under the auspice of “biosecurity”.

A new organization called Door to Freedom is being set up as a one-stop shop where everyone can learn what the plan is and what we can do to stop it. Door to Freedom also hopes to align freedom organizations around the world to act in concert to get the word out more widely.

The global cabal that is trying to seize control over the world have access to loads of capital, but they’re also using our tax dollars. The U.S. government has spent some $5 trillion on the pandemic response. Much of that money went to bribe media, hospitals, influencers, churches, medical groups and other social organizations to push the official narrative.

Current laws give immunity to a lot of bad actors, including the Federal Reserve, the Bank of International Settlements, everybody who works for the WHO and the UN, federal government employees as well as many private organizations. Vaccines and their manufacturers are also indemnified.

We need to pass new laws that eliminate all of these indemnifications, so that we can retroactively take them to court for the crimes they’ve committed.

We finished up with an episode of Barry ─ we have now watched season three's episode seven ("candy asses").

At its conclusion, my brother went on up to his bedroom for some rest; then very soon thereafter, I noticed an unfamiliar car backing into the driveway.

Someone had brought home my wife and quite a load of her baggage ─ just this past Saturday, she returned to Canada one day short of a full six months since her flight overseas, and now she was finally showing up here.

I had declined too much to feel up to engaging her, so I turned off the Android TV Box and the T.V. and hustled up to my bedroom for a nap. My wife's eldest son was home and still in his bed, whereas the younger lad had just nipped out ahead of her homecoming, and would likely be back anon.

I probably managed 2 - 2½ hours in bed ─ I needed it!

My wife was busily engaged with her two sons in the boys' den area (my brother had already left for the day to socialize). So I briefly joined them, and she gave me what I expect was likely a boxed 750-ml bottle of Hong Thong (a Thai whiskey).

And so she is home at last!

Right now it is just approaching 7:45 p.m., and she has been napping for some time. I still intend to have an early a.m. walk, so I will be getting to bed reasonably early into the evening, but I will have to be on the watch for my brother ─ I must not become involved with him.

My wife and I have separate bedrooms, so we will not be disturbing one another's sleep.
