Keeping It Short

As has now occurred for (I believe) four consecutive evenings, yesterday I barely eluded consorting with my younger brother due to his earlier than expected arrival home. With plans to rise at 1:45 a.m. overnight to begin readying for a five-mile walk, I dared not involve myself with him and sit up excessively late.

And this is where things stand for this evening ─ I plan to rise again at 1:45 a.m. overnight.

I have nothing especially remarkable to report concerning last night's walk. I had weighed possibly as much as 194 pounds ─ 193 minimum ─ without my jacket. So when early into the walk I stopped at an elementary school playground for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, it was an effort managing the usual four repetitions in the first set and two repetitions in each of the remaining five sets. And of course, I held the final pull-up at fullest elevation for a 10-count.

I had left home at 2:12 a.m., and was back at 4:13 a.m.

It was  closer to 6 a.m. than I like by the time I made my return to bed. And I was not to be in bed too much over two hours before commencing my morning.

When my brother and I got together for some mid-morning T.V., I led us off with Odessa Orlewicz's very good 1½-hour (1:39:59) programme of yesterday: Interview With Mahmoud Mourra & Nico King. We Discuss The Mainstream Media Hit Piece & Agenda On Mahmoud.

The mainstream news and WEF/UN/WHO alphabet soup are worried about the Muslim community starting to take a stance against the sick porn & gender confusion being taught in schools. Mahmoud, Nico, and I discuss CANADIAN unity, fake news, and the liberals agenda to divide Canadian parents through ridiculous headlines.

The video is also available at this Rumble link.

All else we were to watch was an episode of Yellowstone ─ this time it was season two's episode six ("Blood the Boy").

Thereafter it was essentially the usual routine. My brother sought some bed rest, whereas I had my day's first meal, and had not yet taken to bed for a nap when my brother emerged from his bedroom and left for the day to socialize.

After my short nap, at 2:31 p.m. I was beginning an hour and 35 minutes of backyard sunning that managed to take quite a lot out of me.

Anyway, it is after 7:30 p.m., so I am going to call a halt to blogging for today and round up some supper while watching some T.V., and be prepared to hustle myself to my bedroom should my brother return prematurely ─ my walk must have priority.
