After a little television last evening, I ought to have betaken myself to bed in order to better fortify myself to be rising at 1:45 a.m. for my five-mile walk, but I pursued dissolution instead.
It was 11 p.m. before I was to bed, and even then sleep held back.
When my 1:45 a.m. alarm chimed, I dutifully rose, but I was tellingly lacking. However, I readied myself; and after a fully-clothed weigh-in (sans jacket) of 192 pounds, by maybe 2:16 a.m. I was on my way.
My you-know-what was dragging, as the saying goes. When early into my walk I stopped at the elementary school playground where I tackle six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, I doubted I would match my usual performance of late ─ even though my overall body weight was less than it has been for a long, long time.
Fortunately, the reserves were there, and I managed four repetitions in the first set, and two repetitions in each of the remaining five sets. This has indeed become my norm that I cannot seem to best.
As for the walk, it was happily uneventful, but I was seriously feeble of pace. Even the slowest of jogging was out of my wheelhouse.
Incidentally, the orangish moon seemed just as full as the previous night when I walked.
Anyway, my timing proved my lassitude, for it was 4:18 a.m. once I was back outside the locked front door. Sometimes I am back home six and even seven minutes under two hours, so this was indeed a poor showing.
And although I did not feel like putting in the effort, I remained outside for just over half an hour to water front yard garden plants.
I cannot recall my time at returning to bed, but I know that it was definitely ahead of 6 a.m.
My morning commenced somewhere around 8:25 a.m.
After my brother turned the T.V. over to me just after 9 a.m so that I could put our Android TV Box to use, we were to only watch one rather short (32 minutes) video that had been added yesterday to BitChute's BIG PICTURE with James Patrick (Planet Lockdown channel: The TRUTH about the Ukraine War | Doug MacGregor.

My brother got ready to leave and pick up his girlfriend Bev at 10 a.m. to drive her to work; but as he was about to head for the door, he announced that he would be taking his van in to some service centre to have it figured out why on Sunday two red warning lights on the dashboard have flared on and will not be coaxed into submission.
I did not realize that he would not be returning ─ I wonder if he had any inkling?
Around 1:30 p.m. I had my usual short early afternoon nap; and then at 2:36 p.m. I began just over 1¼ hours of sunbathing out on the backyard sundeck. Both of my stepsons were away to work today.
Hot as it was, there was a good breeze; but the entire sky is hazed over and looks more cloud-white than blue.
And I see that I mis-attributed the above video source ─ we watched it on YouTube at the BIG PICTURE with James Patrick channel.
I am not going to spend the usual amount of time that I normally do when making a post, for I just may attempt to get out this evening for another five-mile walk instead of having it in the a.m. tonight.
I will likely require a bit of a nap first, though. We shall see.
