Poisoning the Well

Although it was around 9:30 p.m. when I got to bed last evening, I rose overnight at 1:45 a.m. to ready for another of my five-mile walks, leaving here at 2:15 a.m. and returning at 4:17 a.m.

Before leaving home, and without my jacket, I weighed in at 192 / 193 pounds, so that was what I had to work with when early into the walk I stopped at an elementary school playground for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups. I was only able to achieve my current usual number of repetitions ─ four in the first set, and two repetitions in each of the remaining five sets. And of course, I held the very last pull-up at highest elevation for a 10-count.

Fortunately I do not recall anything else meriting mention in the walk, although I did see from somewhat afar a lass wearing a short dress who appeared to have gorgeously developed legs. She was with some chap, both of whom were toting baggage. They were walking ahead of me on the opposite side of Fraser Highway after departing the area of a 7-Eleven store at the intersection of 140th Street (Google Map); then just before 138th Street, they turned 'up' unlit Quibble Creek Greenway (Google Map) into the darkness.

This led me to wonder if they were homeless ─ maybe they had an encampment up that way. I know someone has a tent in the brush or woods near 100th Avenue, and roughly midway between Quibble Creek Greenway and 138-A Street.

Anyway, once I was back home, I remained outside for a half hour to water front yard garden plants.

I was not back to bed until well past 5:30 a.m. ─ maybe it was even 6 a.m. And my morning was to start when I rose well before 8:30 a.m., feeling not at all well slept.

When my brother and I got together mid-morning for some T.V. via our Android TV Box, I led us off with a 15-minute retrospective of what freedom fighters have been dealing with since early 2020 ─ the video was posted yesterday to Rumble's Vaccine Safety Research Foundation channel: VSRF Is Making An Impact.

After that, I tuned in an hour-long (1:03:42) livestream of today to Rumble's childrenshealthdefense channel: Poisoning the Well.

Is there a safe way to drill for natural gas? What are the health impacts of fracking? Tune in to ‘Good Morning CHD’ to hear from three panelists who have first-hand experience with Big Oil and its capture of community leaders and local governments.

We finished up with a 55-minute upload four days ago to YouTube's Dane Wigington channel: Geoengineering Watch Global Alert News, July 15, 2023, # 414 ( Dane Wigington ).

By the way, before my bedtime yesterday evening, I watched two shows. First was an episode of the older sitcom Cybill ─ this one was season two's episode 12 ("The Big Apple Can Bite Me").

Then I watched a women's MMA match on YouTube ─ a 19-minute video: Full Fight | Julia Budd CLASHES with Charmaine Tweet | Invicta FC 7.

The match actually took place back on December 7, 2013. I do not like Julia Budd's demeanour at all, so I was rooting for Charmaine Tweet. The fight went the three-round distance, but Julia Budd was given the unanimous decision by the judges.

Okay, I have another walk planned for the wee a.m., so I must be quick here and be done.

I had my usual early afternoon nap following my day's first meal, but I never sunned this afternoon. This is a bath day, so the sunning was sacrificed. However, it is presently nearly 7 p.m., so I still must have that darned bath!

All else I have to report is that I placed an order online today for a "Titan" stun gun / flashlight / baton ─ with taxes and shipping, it is costing me $103 and change.
