Much Applause for Rob Schneider

Facebook: Jason Christoff

I can not even guess at my bedtime last evening ─ it could have been anywhere from 9:15 - 10 p.m., but I can certainly say that my cellphone alarm was set for 1:45 a.m. to get me up to ready for a five-mile+ walk.

Earlier, I had watched a good episode of 9-1-1: Lone Star ─ the episode was season three's episode 16 ("Shift-Less"). I never watched anything else of consequence.

When my cellphone alarm chimed at 1:45 a.m., I was more awake than asleep, so I had little issue over getting up. And by the time I was outside and on my way, it was 2:14 a.m.

I had weighed myself fully clothed, but sans jacket, and I believe that I was just below 189 pounds.

The night was fairly cool; and there was sufficient light cloud cover overhead that I was never to need to turn on my Titan stun gun / flashlight / baton because the light clouds reflected sufficient illumination.

When I stopped early into my walk at an elementary school playground for six sets of pull-ups and chin-ups, I managed to best the previous night's performance ─ and that one happened to be one that had topped my recent performances of a number of weeks' standing.

My usual six sets would have me managing repetitions of 4 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2.

Two nights ago, I managed 4 - 2 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 2.

Last night, it was 4 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 2.

I was very pleased with myself, but I know that I will not be maintaining that performance if my clothed weight starts creeping up towards the mid-190s again.

The sole other event worth mention was while I was walking 'up' Quibble Creek Greenway towards 100th Avenue (Google Map) where I would be turning 'right'.

As you look at that map, you can see where Quibble Creek Greenway was angled towards the right and then becomes straight for a stretch before it meets 100th Avenue. Well, I was walking the angled stretch and with the straight portion within sight, when I noticed a canid appear from the right and took to the very beginning of the straight portion, heading on up towards 100th Avenue.

I figured that it had detected me coming its way, and I did not have much doubt that it was a coyote.

Then just as it reached 100th Avenue, it turned left along the sidewalk there, and I got a quick look at it from the side ─ it was carrying something fairly large in its jaws. I assumed either a rabbit (most likely) or even a cat, but possibly even a pup of its own.

I am still inclined to believe that it had a rabbit.

Whatever the case, the coyote was not in sight by the time I got to 100th Avenue and turned right.

Once I was back home, it was 4:14 a.m., so I made good time without any jogging. However, I remained outside and lost maybe 40 minutes watering front yard garden plants.

And it was at least 6:10 a.m. by the time I returned to bed, only to rouse and rise little more than two hours later.

When I joined my younger brother for some morning T.V., I used our Android TV Box to access two videos.

The first was fairly short (36 minutes) and had been added to Dr. Peter McCullough's Substack on July 15: Common Mucosal System and Immunobiotics: Courageous Discourse with Dr. Robert Clancy.

Dr. McCullough links to a download of Dr. Clancy's new published paper, but for anyone who just wants to look at it without downloading it, this link presently works.

I cannot say that I have ever heard of Peyer's patches before, but who knows? I have forgotten a lot since first starting to read health-related information back in the second half of the 1960s.

The second video was very enjoyable despite exceeding 1¾ hours (1:49:49), and was added two days ago to Rumble's Vaccine Safety Research Foundation channel: Full Episode #87: With Rob Schneider & James Thorp, MD.

This Thursday on VSRF LIVE, Superstar comedian and film actor, Rob Schneider joins Steve Kirsch to discuss Covid-19 vaccines and how he worked in Hollywood throughout the mandates system..
Steve will also be joined by James Thorp, MD, Chief of Maternal and Prenatal Health at The Wellness Company. Dr. Thorp is an expert in the treatment of high risk pregnant patients with over 42 years of experience in his field. During the Covid years, Dr. Thorp attended to thousands of high-risk pregnant patients annually, and became deeply concerned about the increase in fetal deaths and miscarriages following the Covid-19 “vaccine” rollout. Join us and ask Dr. Thorp your questions about vaccines and maternal & fetal health!

I had no idea that Rob Schneider was so enlightened! I now have a huge appreciation for the comic actor.

The video took us into the noon hour, at which point my brother sought bed rest. Before I could do similarly, I noticed my wife arriving home ─ she disappeared while I was sunning Thursday afternoon, and was only now returning.

After some token socializing, I then left her so that I could have that needed nap, and was down for longer than I anticipated. My brother had left for the day, and my wife had done an enormous amount of weeding and other gardening ─ including pulling up two plants that I had waited two years to see flowers from.

I have replanted the roots and what little leaf stalks yet remain; and I gathered what separated stalks that I could find in the compost wheelie bin, and now have them in water to see if they will form little roots.

I have no idea what sort of flower these plants would have produced ─ I think that they produce nothing until into their second year, so that is likely not going to happen now. If the root systems survive, then we will likely have to wait until next year.

My wife also 'weeded' other hapless plants that might not have been weeds.

Oh, well; the weeding definitely needed doing. But perhaps not quite so wholesale.

I only sunned for 20 minutes this afternoon, for I did not commence the session until 3:41 p.m.

I weighed myself beforehand while entirely naked, and possibly registered just below 183 pounds. I have not weighed so little in many, many months. Of course, today I am on my Sabbath fast, so I will not be taking in any calories until just after 9 p.m. ─ supposedly sundown hereabouts is now as early as 8:55 p.m.

I am unsure if my wife will be staying home ─ there are indications that she may light out at some point this evening.

I have no early a.m. walk planned, but I do intend to rise at 4 a.m. and try to get away well before 6 a.m. on a five-mile+ walk that will see me doing some grocery shopping when I am a mile or so from home during the return leg of the outing.

As well, in lieu of any afternoon sunning tomorrow, I intend to see about getting a couple of passport photos taken ─ I want to get out on Tuesday and renew my passport, for it expires that day. Monday is a statutory holiday, so no government offices will be open.

I will require two references on the renewal application, and have already solicited one willing candidate. The other one I have in mind is probably going to be agreeable as well.

Enough blogging for today.
